Service was good very friendly staff good food good prices expect that it was cold! Had to wear 2 sweaters my family and others wore winter coats. It's like they don't know what heat is. So cold food was almost cold by the time you got back to your seat, so wouldn't reccomend it unless you feel like freezing I wouldn't go there until they figure out there heat situation.

We went 10 minutes before the buffet was closing, didn't look too appetizing but it wasn't fresh. We ate off the menu and it was delicious. Will definitely go again next time I'm on the Island. Will stick with the menu though. Tables weren't cleaned off when we were there either but they only had one person working on the floor.

Convenient location for Summerside. Good variety for their buffet. Price is around $15 - $16. Average for most buffets. No discounts for seniors. On a personal note, would prefer plain white or a vegetable fried rice. Our waitress was excellent.

We travelled with elders who refer Chinese food and unable to taste seafood. Found this place by google. Not many choices in town anyway. Service is great and price is fair. But don't expect too much on food quality. Lots of fried dishes.

we went for the buffet...due to covid we couldn't serve ourselves,but they have a good system going on. we had a price of paper with the food items offers at the buffet ,you check off what you want and the waitress brings it to you, you are allowed to do this 4 times. Note...any wasted food is charged. The service was excellent and prompt , although it wasn't busy in there at the time we went . The food was quite tasty and most of it was hot and fresh. Unfortunately I did get a couple of lukewarm/ cold egg rolls which was disappointing, as well as the chicken balls were very small with the chicken inside being a little tough . The sauce for the chicken balls was a little flat(?) not much taste to it. But having said that the overall consensus of the 3 adults was that the buffet,as a whole, was very good . special mention ...the mandarin chicken was a hit !

It is a place if you like the Canadian style of Chinese food. The unique one is they provided hot Chinese tea (tea bag) with the Chinese tea pot and cup. It offers buffet so that you won't be worry about the portion of food. The variety of food is sufficient for an individual. My minor comment is if they offer hot and sour soup will be perfect.

Exquisite Chinese food. Adorable atmosphere. Extremely pleasant service with a smile. The homemade sweet and sour sauce is to die for. I only wish they would give out the recipe. I was very pleasantly surprised with the authenticity and diversity of tastes. Surprising mostly because of the small hidden treasure of a town within which Jade Garden resides. When visiting do not pass up the opportunity to try the pork dumplings. You will never forget the experience.

Great food. Service was very good. Price is reasonable. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just a heads up though. Their weekend buffet starts at 4pm. It gets quite hectic around 5:30 on, so get in early to beat the mobs. Plus you'll actually get to have some of everything because by the time it gets crazy with people, they start having trouble keeping trays full. A lot of buffet frequenters tend to gravitate towards the same few dishes so they're usually empty. Bottom line. Go early and enjoy. The food is good.

Worst buffet I’ve ever had without a doubt food was cold buffet was empty and they didn’t refill it after almost an hour , my pop was disgusting like how do you mess up a glass of pop ? and the water tasted like it came from the toilet , we spent 42$ on 2 people we left hungry we ended up going to kfc down the street, won’t ever be going back please don’t waste your money at this restaurant...

Showed up on a tuesday, No buffet. We ordered $140 worth of food, The appitizer was fine, however no refills are included for the fountain drinks, The food came and it was beyond terrible, one of my kids ended up vomiting after the second bite, Everyone else could not get passed two bites, The club sandwich the bread was moldy and very dry, The french fries she stated they make fresh in house however it was from a bag of mccain. The combos 3 and 4 was beyond terrible and so was the hamburger steak which only tasted like fish with gravy sauce on it. We told the waitress about our complaints however she said they coom everything at the same time thats why the hamburger steak tastes like fish, Since we did not eat and still paid the bill they charged us a bogus fee for wasted food $3.00 a dish so because the food was unbearable and that we still paid full price for our dishes we had to pay an addition of $3 per dish I informed her its not right but will pay it she programmed the machine and before handing it to me added her own tip to the machine.

Very disappointed almost all the food i got was burnt and i ordered takeout and was told it would be 25 minutes and it was over 1 hour before we got it we were missing sauses and was expensive for the portion size and quality of food.

Amazing buffet, the selection is pretty small but it's not more then 10$ a person and all you can eat. The waitresses are friendly and the place is fairly clean. It could use a make over tho some of the chairs are fairly old and has the feel of a cafeteria mixed with a fancy resturant it's a strange feeling but everything else is really good making it a favorite place for me.

My friend group and I stopped here after a day at Alberta Beach on our way back to Edmonton. The portion sizes are pretty big but it's worth the price. I had ordered the sweet and sour chicken balls and they were amazing. Probably the best chinese food I've ever had in my life. You don't get this kind of quality in Edmonton.

Very sub par food in general. Refused to add any broccoli to the mixed vegetable fried rice. Which was giving me "minute rice and frozen vegetables" vibes. No vegetarian options on the menu aside from the above mentioned fried rice which by the way wasn't very good. Excessively large portions of greasy bland food. Do yourself a favour and get your Chinese fix elsewhere.

During both of my experience with the "All-You-Can-Eat" was exceptional and appreciated the food being topped up and the vast amount of tables allowed my family & I to pick our seating location. But the "Dine-in" services, I was unfortunately below standard as we were over-charged for beverages & two people eating option, by 20 dollars more. I would encourage the partons to attend only during the "all-you-can-eat" times which you'll get the best bang for your buck.

Stopped in on a business trip. Food was reasonably priced especially considering how large the portions were. The chicken balls and dry ribs were both a little overcooked, but flavourful. The interior of the restaurant is old and could definitely use a bit of sprucing up. We went today for lunch. The size of the dishes were unbelievable!!!! There was 5 of us and we all came away with a box because none of us finished what we ordered. Would definitely recommend

This western Chinese restaurant is open for sit down dining and delivery. In town for thrift store shopping, we found this gem across the street. Very friendly people, nice small town atmosphere but it is the food that is the wow. We had the Szechuan beef, Singapore rice noodles and lemon chicken. We asked for medium spicy dishes and they delivered. The dishes were spicy and flavourful with very good portions. The beef was tender with a good spicy red sauce, it was our favourite. The lemon sauce on the chicken had a hint of lemon, it could be abit stronger. The chicken was fried well with a good portion of chicken inside. Good curry flavour on the Singapore noodles. The owner even offered us a curry noodle fish ball dish to taste (not on the menu) and it was yummy. With international travel curtailed, it is a good idea to visit and see the small towns around you. Go and experience small town life, talk to the local people, visit a shop or local eateries. Jade Garden is a gem, SO GET INTO YOUR CAR AND GO !!

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The food was fresh and flavourful. The wonton soup was amazing. We didn't order of variety but large portions for the price. Will have to try more items next time for sure. Probably the best Chinese food I have had in 10 years. Try it out and go for a drive. It's only half hour from the city.

If this is the Chinese restaurant located in a hotel in Edson we can recommend it. My sister is a great Chinese food lover whereas I stick to more conventional food. The menu satisfied both our wants and the service was great. Everything was great. I highly recommended this restaurant.
