This place has definitely earned its 5 stars. Best fetticine alfredo I think I've ever had. Pro tip: the buns are excellent and taste even better in the alfredo sauce. Ask for more buns!

A hidden gem in the city, the food was super nice and delicious, portion are good and staff was fabulous. The restaurant is so clean and neat. Also the atmosphere is perfect if you have an event or small party.

The food exceeded my expectations, I've driven by this place a ton of times and always wanted to try it and I'm glad I finally did. 6 of us filled 3 tables with 9 different dishes, everyone have the food 2 thumbs up. Prices are at par with big name chain restaurants but the portions are bigger and more filling. Place was very clean and our hostess Sam was a delight, lots of smiles, on the ball and knew everything in detail (don't mind my buddy's belly in the one picture, couldn't crop him out lol)

Everything was fantastic! The service was thorough, prompt and very friendly and personable. We had our two young children dining with us and they made them part of the experience! Food was quick, fresh, hot and delicious! We had calamari(which our one year old LOVED!)Gnocchi Gorgonzola, Penne Rose with Veg, and a cheese pizza! We were super impressed and will be back next time we are in Calgary! Thanks for taking such great care of us!

The parmesan veal was excellent and came in a nice portion. The minestrone soup and bruschetta were also delicious. Very conveniently located beside our hotel, so if looking for a quick pickup or dine in option and craving for some tasty Italian, check this place out!

Amazing flavors. The complementary bread is mouthwatering. We ordered lasagna and parmesan eggplant, both are very good. The pasta and all the ingredients are homemade which makes you enjoy the rich flavors. Love it. The atmosphere is lovely, the waitresses are super friendly.The only thing that make me rate it 4 is the price. Great place to have a special night with special people. I am happy to try it because they have halal meat options and it was great to try unique foods flavors and it is Halal meat????????????????

Amazing food! Been there once and for sure would be going back again. As we eat halal, they clearly explained which items can be prepared halal. We tried Frangelico Chicken and Baked Lasagna with extra Grilled Chicken, and loved both of them. At can be bit pricey, but good special occasions. Highly recommended and would be definitely going back.

I came here with my family. I got the Parmesan eggplant and as dessert I got the creme Carmel they were both good. The waiter is nice and I would come here again

This has got to be one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. Everything is made in the house and the friendly waiting staff is fantastic at explaining the dishes and giving recommendations. The prices are ~20; for the quality, that’s extremely worth. The pasta is quite rich with unique flavours. Nothing is ever too greasy either. This is a smaller restaurant that doesn’t seem to catch the eye, but without a doubt worth a try!

Great Service. This isn't a high end restaurant and is priced accordingly. Great place to take care of your Italian Food craving though. They allowed me to make up my own platter of Veal, Chicken & Salmon. They obviously charged me extra which I expected. Give this place a try. I hear their Lasagna is awesome which I will try next time.

So very good. Travelling through Calgary looking for dinner and saw the reviews. All so very true. Service is polite and prompt. Meals homemade and tasty. Tiramisu and creme caramel were delightful. Highly recommend a stop.

A bit of a hidden restaurant by a bunch of hotels. The food is excellent. I do think it's a little on the pricy side for the amount of food you get. But if you're staying in the area, it's worth trying!

Ordered via skip. We had the frangelico chicken and the eggplant parmesan. Chicken was overcooked so dry with no seasoning (salt/pepper) and just plopped in this overally sweet gravy like consistency sauce, came with 2 pieces of chicken and could only eat one. the eggplant stayed firm but that's the only good thing, no seasoning and just drenched with sauce over top. the side penne pastas for both dishes was plain, just pasta tossed in a jar marinara sauce very dissapointing. only tasty thing was the tiramisu nice balance on the dessert. the skip driver never knocked or rang the doorbell. we sat and waited by the front door until we decided to check outside and it was just left out there in minus 20

Delicious food, fresh ingredients and great service! We ordered the grilled veal with mushrooms and it was delicious. Mushrooms were very fresh and had the right combination of flavours. In addition, the tiramisu was perfectly well balanced (not too sweet unlike other places). This is by far the best authentic Italian restaurant in Calgary. The flavours will beautifully dance around your taste palette.

My wife and I discovered this venue purely by chance while doing errands in the neighborhood. The service was friendly and personal, portions amazing and the menu offers great diversity for all palates. The tomato sauce is freshly made and the pastas are amazing. Highly recommended! This location respects the masks exceptions bylaw.

This place is a hidden gem! Calamari is fresh & delicate in taste, pan cooked not deep fried! Main course of Fettuccini & Shrimp was very creamy and yet not heavy. Service was attentive and casual. I travel for business and eat out quite a bit, this place is fantastic!

Disappointed with our mushroom Alfredo tonight. We’ve had it twice before and it was wonderful. Tonight it was flavourless and unseasoned. The garlic bread was delicious tho. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again. $50 for flavourless pasta just isn’t worth it. ????

Amazing prices for what you get. Tastes like a 5 star Italian place but it's not too hard on the wallet. Service was good, everything was so fresh. The bun at the start was the best ???? and the Cesar salad was the freshest I've had with home made dressing. 10/10 would recommend

A very nice night out. Pros: The service was amazing and very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Food is priced fair and came out at a reasonable time. Cons: If your looking for an athentic Italian restaurant, I would look some place else. The giant TV playing baseball in the middle of the room completely stands out from the rest of the restaurant. The low quality of the food provided a sub-level experience of what true Italian cuisine should be. Invest some money in fine olive oils and vinigars to go along side each appetizer as well as a proper charcuterie board. The pasta was disappointing to say the least, I ordered the carbonara, a classic Italian dish that should NOT have any cream in it. Unfortunately this dish had multiple disappointing features such as onions, cream, and old pasta all swimming together in so much sauce I would've considered it a soup. In conclusion: if you are looking for a fun night out that won't cost too much and leave you full. This is a fantastic place with amazing service But if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. I urge you to look elsewhere.

During our 2 week long stay in Calgary, my husband and me visited this restaurant for the love of italian food. Garden of italy was located just opposite to our hotel four points on Sunridge way. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our server Lisa was amazing and despite having her second shift of the day, Lisa’s energy was infectious. Coming to order, we ordered: Baked Lasagne: Layered homemade pasta with beef, parmesan, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce was utterly delicious. Chicken Pizza: Thin crust 12” pizza topped with sautéed chicken, mushroom and sun dried tomatoes. However the pizza disappointed me a little bit as i was looking for the authentic italian taste in that. Overall i would go with 4.5/5 for Garden of italy and i would definitely love to visit this place again.

I was looking for an eatery to invite some guest and my family for a little celebration, came across this restaurant, got good reviews from a friend so thought to take the risk. I was surprised with the service and food quality, it was above my expectations. We were served with freshly baked bread and butter and the bread was so perfectly done. Pasta and lasagna were spot on. My personal favourite was fettuccine alfredo pasta with grilled chicken added to it. A must go place to have some good Italian food. Highly recommended.

Just got a meal delivered from skip the dishes. $20.00 for Fettuccine with creamy garlic prawns. (3 shrimp and 4 prawns) with no bread, Can't say that I'm impressed, and I'm still hungry. My wife ordered the lasagna said it tasted good. Also to mention sauces had leaked everywhere, maybe styrofoam clamshell containers are not the ideal container for this style of food. Considering this was a $50 meal, I'm disappointed.

Been there for the first time and loved it! Almost 90% of the menu is halal! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We tried the steak and yes halal steak! Famous lasagna and garden chicken! All of them were very tasty. Restaurants location was very convenient for us as it is in the middle of 2-3 hotels. Would love to visit again. Highly recommend everyone to go there!
