Awesome local store... good knowledgeable staff and no prices are not higher than home depot as mentioned by others..selection is very good and items not in stock are available within 1 to 2 days from their other location. Staff very knowledgeable and easy on the eyes... hey where else can u get to watch a chick handle a front end loader with a smile :)

I use CLS for a majority of my bulk mulch and soil deliveries. I have always found their staff to be pleasant and very accommodating. I never have to worry about ensuring I am on site to receive my deliveries as their drivers are consistently accurate with my product placement requests. If they are unsure of a drop location or there is a problem for some reason they always contact me first rather than dropping off the load in an inconvenient spot. I appreciate the great communication!

CLS is fantastic for bulk products, especially when splitting the load with neighbors. Their drivers have no problem dropping part of the load in one yard and part in another. Am looking forward to getting more product from them next year to finish my yard.

If you don't use CLS, I don't know what to tell you. Aside from their outrageously good prices, their service is on point. Had a 7 cubic yard gravel delivery into a specific area in our alley that required skilled maneuvering and it worked out absolutely perfectly. This is after having to reschedule literally the night before, which they easily accommodated. Can't recommend enough!!

Used CLS a few times in the past and have had great experiences. Today unfortunately that was not the case. We had ordered ordered stones from the Cochrane location and recieve a phone call that we could pick them up in the Bearpaw location. Initially I was dealing with a gentleman in the office (didnt catch his name) who was very helpful and had great customer service. Kaylie who was working in the office also, was rude, condescending. When it was time to go load the products into my vehicle, no one was able to come and show us where the product was located in the yard and when we found it, Kaylie came back and began arguing with us. Hopefully moving forwards she can gain some customer service training so this won't happen to anyone else.

I have been dealing with CLS for many years. For the most part these are local people and they work hard for your loyalty. Being a landscaper we are a bit more demanding than the public because our living relies on our product and dependability. We are almost always helped out in the yard quickly even when they are busy. Their prices have been really close or cheaper than Burnco or next option to buy from. They are more expensive in small quantities, but so is every one. They also deliver full truck loads of product for a good price. As well as stone or hard scape materials. We buy from CLS regularly through out the season and are grateful for their expertise and help. They are an all round great company!

BEWARE: CLS may damage your vehicle during loading! CLS caused ~$5k of damage to my vehicle and their MANAGEMENT and OWNER deny all liability as they claim “Load at your own risk”. Obviously, I was not the one performing the loading. Why would anyone allow them to load their vehicles if they knew this was the risk? Their words: “this sort of marking is not uncharacteristic of gravel loading when small truck boxes like yours are loaded with bulk gravels”. It is quite surprising that the amount of paint chips (probably 50+ on each side of my truck) to both the bed of my vehicle, and damage to the rear glass of my truck is ‘not uncharacteristic’ and acceptable to them. What I found most disappointing, is they were completely unapologetic. In my opinion this company has negligent/improperly trained operators and clearly has no empathy for their customers or good ethical standards. IGNORE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW! THE MESSAGE IS ALREADY CLEAR FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT!

Cochrane CLS Landscape Supply yard is great! They always have common landscape materials in stock. Staff are friendly and always able to help whether its with product advice or getting loaded with materials. Nice to have this little supply yard right in town.

We moved into a new house in the fall and wanted to get our yard landscaped before the winter. Cochrane Landscape Supply was extremely knowledgeable in helping us choose the best products for what we were looking for. We ordered all of our supplies through them and they were extremely prompt in delivering them so we could get that done in time. This spring we went back to order the supplies for the rest of our yard and they made recommendations for how we could add the finishing touches to our yard. We are extremely grateful for their great customer service and the knowledge they have around what they do! We can't wait to enjoy our newly landscaped yard all summer!!! I would definitely recommend CLS to anyone in the future.

I have been going here for years, i like them and their service, but today i feel i got robbed i drove away feeling very angry, i brought 3 garbage pails to fill with mulch, filled myself with a little help, and then after they were filled found out out that i could have got twice as much for cheaper if i just got a yard dumped in my truck, when i asked them about paying twice as much for what i got, all they could say was that's the way it is. If i wasn't in a rush i would have dumped it and got my money back and went somewhere else. That pricing isn't even ethical and for now on i will show around first instead of going there first.

Three times this season I have had the pleasure of dealing with CLS. I have purchased and picked up landscaping materials and it was a seamless process, and they made it very efficient. We are not professional landscapers and the staff helped us and were able to give top quality advice and service. In fact, we went to CLS on our first visit to get a load of black mulch, and upon arriving we discovered they had a large variety of shrubs, and perennials. We did a one stop shop! Based on our initial positive experience we returned twice more even though we live quite some distance away. Rather than lining up at other stores that do not have any product we pulled up, and shopped around, and found exactly what we were looking for. We have recommended CLS to our friends and colleagues.

After using Cochrane Landscape Supply in the past at our previous home and being very happy with the work, we called Cochrane Land Supply to turn our ordinary builder grade front yard into a rockscape, that was both maintenance free, and had curb appeal. From quoting to completion ... the job was handled professionally and courteously. The job was completed on time, and on budget. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.
