Such a nice place to buy some plants and flowers. Bought some lily and daisy flowers from here and they are gorgous. Will come back again to check if they have some balck plum trees here. Nice staff also.

Lots of great selections! Natalia was very kind and helpful in finding our very first tree! Update: we have received our tree and was nicely put in place in the hole we dug. However the tree did not look lush and vibrant as the day we purchased it. It looks so gloomy... I now have changed my rating to 4 stars.

Nicely organized. It was a bit chilly day we went for the first time. Looks like things kept really organized. People are friendly and approachable. I recommend this place for your gardening needs.

They have good collection of trees and Shrubs. Their Warranty program is not good compared to other Nurseries in town. We had 4 trees were damaged by rabbit, other nurseries took 3 back and gave us Full refund in store credit, no Question asked. Cheyenne Farms does not cover the trees damaged by Animals. They only Refund 50% in Store credit. Not Recommend just because of their Warranty Program.

Don’t buy anything from this place!! Go elsewhere! We purchased 2 trees, and multiple bushes and shrubs from Cheyenne and spent thousands. A few months pass and one of our bushes isn’t taking so we tried to return it under the 1 year policy after talking to them on the phone saying no problem, but they wouldn’t let us saying the bush wasn’t dead. The bush has shrunk in size and now it will not pass our community inspection. How hard is it to exchange a $42 bush? Save your self a headache and buy from a nursery that will help you out.

Terrible customer service. My husband went one too many times to give them another chance and all 3 times he went looking for trees they could care less that he was there only to buy 2-3 trees. They seem to care more on commercial sales and I believe they even mentioned it once. One of the ladies that works there also made it very clear they were closing in half an hour and didn’t care to help him with what he was looking for. Will never go back. Big loss for them for we bought 125 trees to make a shelter belt on our property last summer from someone else.

Not great staff, unfortunately they ruined my experience. Seems like a nice place though. 3 separate ladies made sure I knew they were closing/closed when I arrived at 4:50pm.Weren’t friendly at all. One lady asked if I was done and I said do you want my business and she said “depends how long your going to be, we’ve worked 10hours”... yikes not a great response.. none of them tried to help me carry the 3 plants over . Decided they didnt really deserve my business after that and left. Think my clock read 5:07 and they closed at 5pm. Not great customer service if you ask me. I don’t support those kind of businesses.

Great selection of healthy and well maintained plants. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and pieces of advice. Specifically, I would like to thank Kathy for her loyalty and a great service. She was the first person to help us when our plant had become weak; and we hadn’t had any idea what was going on with it. Also, I appreciate the hard work done by Natalia who is the professional of what she does. She always there to give advice on. Great place to buy flowers, plants, and a garden stuff.

Very knowledgeable staff. They will let you know every details in regards to your planting needs, I am tree clueless so this was very helpful. They don't rush or up sell you they simply show you what's around and inform you on what works well with what. Prices are not bargain but compared to what we have bought at canadian tire etc they have superior quality and a 1 year warranty. Selection is unbeatable. In my opinion well worth the extra bit of money to come here. The gentlemen with the big beard is amazingly helpful!

Super beautiful place with a vast variety of trees and bushes. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices are by far the best I have found, fair for fantastic product. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for all their gardening needs.
