I wish there was another place to get our tractor serviced. I dealt with Cervus in May to get a spring tune up on the tractor and it took them more than a week to return repeated phone calls. They also mounted the mowing deck while they had it. During the summer the mowing deck came loose and damaged several things. In the 12 years we have had the tractor and mounted the mowing deck ourselves it has never came apart like it did this time. Now I discover that the bucket no longer tilts. Of course I haven't used the bucket all summer but when I tried to plow snow the bucket would not tilt. Here we go again. 2 phones calls so far with no reply. How do these people stay in business? If my company offered customer service like this we would be out of business.

I was truly impressed by the whole first time experience at Cervus on this past Saturday. Troy in parts was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Not Only they saved me about 50% more than what the other John Deere dealer in Calgary was asking they also informed me of an alternative solution that saved me from waiting on my parts to come from the US and ended up with spare parts that I know I will eventually need for nearly the same price. Their show room is absolutely beautiful and what you would expect from a well run operation. I highly recommend this location.

Had a fantastic experience getting toys for Christmas gifts. Really cute exciting toys that give you a down in the farm feel of course loads of mini john deere tractor toys. super high quality the steering wheel actually turns the tractor wheels. toys look durable. Huge selection, lots for boys and girls of all ages indoor and outdoor toys. my 2 ur old had a blast walking round the store saying tractor and pointing at everything. Outstanding service, i even showed up well after close and Reggie was just leaving and said no problem I have kids myself and let me in so i could get gifts in time for xmas.

My son loves going to this location if nothing more than to dream of being a farmer. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. If you are into John Deere collectables this is probably one of your better bets in Southern Alberta.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over a decade both for my own machines and my company machines. This is the best equipment dealer in Calgary, period. They have saved me many times when I was in a pinch. One example of this is a few years back, one of our snow removal machines had blown a tire first thing in the morning on a big storm day. I brought the rim and blown tire to this dealer and was desperate to get my machine going. They didn't have the tire in stock that I needed. Gord was working service, and he had one of the same machines on their show room floor. I didn't ask, but he got a floor jack from the back, jacked up the tractor on the showroom floor and gave me a wheel and tire to get me and my business through the storm. They had this tractor on their showroom floor for a week sitting on a jackstand until they had a tire to put on it. When we make an equipment buying decision in our company, the dealer is a big part of that decision, when we choose John Deere equipment, it is not because we think John Deere is absolutely the best, it's because of this dealership and it's extremely good service. We have brought other brands of equipment to them for service multiple times because the other dealers did not make us feel like they cared. If you want the best, I highly recommend this dealership.

They pre-commissioned my HomeDepot purchased John Deere lawn tractor. After 3 years the transmission failed. Called every day for a week, left multiple messages at the service desk and no one ever called back. I think unless you are a large commercial or farm customer they could care less about your business. On a side note JD says the transmission is "non servicable" and it's $2,000 to fix. I spent a few hours Googling the issue, ordered the parts for $80 and a few hours of my time and I am back up and running.

BEWARE !!! Bought a tow strap , it ripped apart the first time i used it. The manager refused to replace it and give me back my money. Rude customer service , i was asked to leave . Had to leave the $850 tow strap there and got nothing for the my money Very disappointing expierence dealing with this outfit. They sell a lot of cheap Chinese junk that has a 1 time use at extremely grossly over inflated prices.

Had a terrible experience with them in May. My tractor needed a regular maintenance service (just oil and filter change). When I called them, I was told that it would need about 2 weeks, but it took 4 weeks to get my tractor back.
