Hi, there are a few things wrong with the reply to this review.
1. The email that suggests reading their blog was sent AFTER the transaction was made and offers no indication that the order can be cancelled or changed.
2. There is no mention anywhere of a shipping policy, and there was no checkbox that I had to confirm that I've read this in any part of the transaction (just double checked this now on mobile). So 2 did happen in my case.
3. Canada Post does offer refunds for orders that where not delivered on time; however, only the shipper can request for it. I think it's the least that you can do for good customer service for clients who have spent a lot on plants and shipping and are only requesting the shipping payment back after losing everything.
4. I sent out an email requesting for the Canada Post refund since it was already over the agreed upon time on December 12 and still have not receive a response at all.. I feel like the only way to get a reply is by posting a bad review on here.. I got one within the same day!
This is bad customer service and this is why I left a bad review. The plants died and that's a bad judgement on my part, but the rest is bad customer service.
Note: The reason I said 3 weeks is since its 5 days shipping, and it took 11 days, this is more than two business weeks, but not quite 3 weeks as pointed out.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
My order was in transit for over 3 weeks when I paid for 5 days shipping (shipping alone was over $45).. all the plants ordered were unsalvageable by the time I got them.The plants were in no way properly packaged for shipping. Tried contacting the company, no answer back. Overall, SUPER disappointed. Poor customer service.
I would strongly reconsider if you were thinking of placing an online order.
