I really like this store! Lovely selection of tropical plants and seeds, and really cute flower pots and garden products. I think the staff is friendly, and I never leave this store empty-handed; the price on their plants are great, the selection of succulents is fantastic, and they sell an impressive selection of seeds. The prices on some items do seem a bit steep, but I'm happy to support such a well-run local business.

I picked up my mother in law in Calgary (who lives in a different home from me) drove her out to Cochrane because she was specific about wanting to go to this store. She was planning on shopping for shrubs and I wanted to shop for garden ornaments and flowers. We had a 4 yr old and a 10 yr old with us, one child grabbed my hand and the other hers. We got to the store (there was no line up) and continued to walk in, we were rudely stopped and told only two of us could enter because of a rule of only 2 members per family. This is fine but we are from two different households. They then ushered my elderly mother in law out the door and told her she would have to wait, by this time several other people were continuing to enter the store and a long line had formed. I left the store to find her sitting outside in the rain and made a decision on the spot to not ever spend any of my money at this store again. I could not believe how terribly they handled the situation. Why not count heads like other stores do!? This was the rudest experience I have ever encountered from a business!!!

This is THE BEST NURSERY. The staff is all amazing and the plant selection is amazing! Prices are somewhat high but in the plant world things are in high demand so that may reflect on certain products. Most of my plants have been very healthy, but it’s up to the customer to know what to look for in terms of root establishment and pests. They outsource for their plants so that’s not a thumbs down to them. The energy when you go here is like no other nursery. Jane and “the boys” are so knowledgeable. This is my happy place!

I'm sorry I have to write this review. But, I was not very happy with the product I ordered. I only wanted to spend $60. and was charged $76.84. I ordered a fruit basket with a poinsettia. I didn't ask for a tree. It sure didn't look like what I asked for. The service was great and friendly. However, over priced and not happy. I'm on a budget too. Next time I'll just call Safeway again. At least they don't over charge you.

The staff was absolutely rude and threw us out in front of everyone. Was pretty discriminatory really. I never did anything wrong. When it comes to customer service ... Just don't go there.

We like this place for garden shopping. Good selection of seeds, trees, bushes, annuals and perennials. Prices are reasonable on most stuff, and the plant quality is very high (pre-planted baskets are nice too!). Their containers and furniture seem priced higher than other places. In the case of furniture it appears due to it being higher quality.

Very nice store with tons of product! Everything you need to grow plants is here +more. I love the selection of house plants aswell. I think I'll come here for all my plant needs from now on. The reason I'm not putting 5 stars today, was because there was maybe 1 other customer in the store and about 5-6 employees on the floor, and no one greeted me, looked at me, or asked if I needed help. But when I approached the one girl she was very nice and helped me with everything I needed! And the checkout lady was very nice aswell.

They had the bark nuggets at 5 per bag was good price and had lots of them. The issue I had was their handicapped parking spot was filled with carts and kids picnic table. I need the extra space as I load my E chair on driver side so was not to impressed with this or with their lack of concern after mentioning this to them. Thankyou for clearing the handicapped parking spot, I know its tough when busy stuff happens so appreciate that you addressed it after we left.

My first experience with ordering online and going in was not good, and I will not be giving them my business again. Did not receive any confirmation email letting me know my order was ready, although their site says 6-8 hours to fill online orders. I waited over 2 days, and sent them an email inquiring about it, when I noticed my card had been charged. Next day I get an email saying it's ready, and the confirmation email must be in my spam (I checked all my mailboxes and it wasn't there...) Horrible signage for curbside pick up (who puts the sign at the end of the parking lot, in a one way area? The only way to see it is when you leave). I'm not sure if there was that information in the confirmation email I never received. Also fairly expensive!

5 stars the first time I went there, negative 5 stars the next!!! First time I went was great, there was a nice lady who was very helpful and provided lots of suggestions. I spent ALOT of money that day and am now kicking myself for it. I came back the next week and was shocked when I heard the bearded guy next to the cashier (later found out was the manager) bashing customers and making fun of them for their concerns and questions regarding their new plants (while also dropping tons of F bombs in the process) disgusting! People probably just want their overpriced plant to thrive and not die, whats the harm in that!? If everyone were pros at gardening indoors and out, there would be no need for your store or its employees!! I will NEVER give them my business again or recommend them to anyone I know! After going to a few of the big box stores up there, I see they completely price gouge also! You can find some of their "rare" plants at Canadian Tire by the same grower out of Burnaby for half the price!! I rarely write reviews, but could not hold back on this one!

I messengered them and they answered in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later they messaged to tell me my order was ready. I’m impressed with the quick response. Excellent customer service. If you need to smell the roses and don't have any of your own go there. Great varieties of annuals and perennials trees and shrubs. Nice.

The employee who was working the cash register had her mask pulled completely down under her chin. She was out in front of the counter. When I approached she pulled the mask up and went behind the counter; but I had to walk where she had just been with her mouth and nose exposed. The Boston Fern I bought was overgrown but healthy. If a person is being cautious with their health, curbside pickup at this store would be something to consider rather than going in.
