Been through here a about a half dozen times over the last year. I have spent more than $400 dollars on nutrients and was asking advice of Andre regarding a new product that he was suggesting/pushing on me when he got visibly upset with me and told me that people pay him hundreds of dollars to come to there home and answer questions. Also T and t hydro is much less expensive.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. After receiving the email saying my order was ready we went to the store and sat in the car for forty minutes, calling as per instructions, but no one answered. Eventually we gave up and left without receiving our order. There was another person there also waiting for curbside pick up. She was still there when we left. I hope she eventually got her stuff. It’s been four hours for us now, and we still haven’t heard back from the store. At this point I want a refund but I doubt that will be happening. It wasn’t a lot of money, and fortunately I can just consider this a small price to pay for a lesson learned. I won’t be giving this establishment any of our business again, which is sad because we just moved here and I was hoping to find a good garden centre in the city and avoid shopping at the big box stores. I understand that these are difficult times for everyone right now, but it seems like it should be possible to coordinate curbside pickup a little better than this. A pandemic doesn’t stop a business answering a telephone. It sure as heck didn’t stop them from taking our money. UPDATE: We did get a refund the next day.

Im a huge fan of this place!! Last year they helped me set up a hydroponic unit which worked awesome and since then Iv gone to them for my outside/ inside gardening and recently they blew my mind when I went in asking about my Bonsai tree soil which I almost bought online and they mixed up a customize batch for my tree based on its leaves and such........ Im always super impressed with the service I get..... and if you happen to go when there plants has made fruit, they share!!

The houseplant I picked up is like as good as any high end greenhouse but a big level above any store. Don't be fooled. So I spent 1 buck more than the national chain but there is no comparison. Thanks to the friendly people there it was a great shopping experience. Will go back soon.

Went to All Seasons Garden Centre on a Saturday at around 11:30. Their website says that they are open at 11:00 and their 'Open' sign was illuminated, however, the door was locked. I knocked on the door and no answer. I called the shop and once again, no answer. The lack of response and inconsistency was really frustrating.

Wow... Knowledge and service at its finest! Was looking for a replacement light cover for a different (golf simulator) application - Andre went above and beyond to help and explain ir light transmission. Their pricing is AMAZING. Their staff are friendly but will push hard to upsell. Having said that, if you know what you are doing, this is where you want to go. I found one of the staff is super helpful, while the other one not so much. I asked whether a plant was cat friendly, and when the staff didn't know the answer, they immediately went and googled it for me.

This is one of the most fantastic and welcoming (and beautiful) places, with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend supporting this lovely local business as much as you can. I was having an issue with soil pH while growing gourmet mushrooms, and Andre was able to give me a full scientific lesson on how soil pH works and what it means, and then recommended the best equipment he could without any unneeded bells and whistles. And they offer free calibration of water-based pH testers, which is just above and beyond. I love this place.

Fantastically knowledgeable staff. However after sitting outside the main door for 15 min after the signs say they open and watching 4 customers and a product rep all go test the door and then return to their cars to wait or leave, I can’t help but wonder how much this business cares. 4 lost sales in the first 15 mins of the day because no one bothered to open the business or answer the phones. What a disappointment. What a waste of time.

Cashier tried to rip me off by more than doubling the amount of my purchase. He realized he got caught when I asked for a till receipt which was never offered, nor was a bag for all 15 of my small items. Also, the same cashier had no idea of what the equivalencies between the metric & Imperial system are for items they're selling, quoting wrong prices for items because they don't know the capacity. Thoroughly unimpressed. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my plant growing things now. Bye.

It pains me to write a negative email about an Edmonton small businesses but the service here was just so bad I would not recommend this place at all. I had a very unfortunate incident here Saturday morning. I needed some plants so thought I would pay a little more and support a small business. The OPEN sign was on so I walked to the door, it was locked due to COVID restrictions, no problem, so called the number on the door. No Answer. As i was walking away a young man with long red hair very rudely came to the door and snidely said they were closed. OK, why is the open sign on. I said "no problem" and continued to leave. He than, again, rudely, asked if I was waiting for something. I said no, but asked if they had a particular plant. He replied, "No" and adruptedly closed the door. Super disappointed and will certainly suggest folks stay away from this location.

A good bank of knowledge available on the equipment they sell and it's backed with obvious experience on the various systems. Generally adequately friendly staff. A reasonably good selection, even though it's a relatively limited store surface. There are good opportunities for buying bulk items as well as smaller sizes and if they don't have what you need they tend to be relatively fast at getting it.

I recently decided to start growing cannabis and after checking out the other shops in town I finally settled on All Seasons. The shop is pleasant and tidy, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly (Especially Andrae!) and I feel really welcome when I come into this place. I wasn't sure where to begin but they helped me pick out the right equipment without trying to upsell and made sure that I knew what I was doing every step of the way. Anytime I ran into trouble they were just an email away and always had the answer. If you're going to grow pot I wouldn't even waste your time going anywhere else these guys know their stuff and the service can't be beat.

Anytime that I have had a problem with my plants the people at the shop have been very friendly and helpful. When I first came in I didn't know anything about growing and they were able to help me pick out a tent and light set up that worked best for me and they've been guiding me through the whole process of growing. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Mostly hydroponic focused, but a nice selection of equipment and knowledgeable staff. The front of the store is a "jungle", quite worth going just to see this. No planters or soil like at a typical garden store. A large selection of grow lights, water pumps, fertilisers and hydroponic growth media.

The staff at All Seasons are top notch. They're pretty chill and let you traverse the ficus jungle unmolested, but they're happy to help when asked. I've been many times, never experienced an upsell; in fact, Andre tried to talk me down from 4 digits to 3 on a recent purchase. I've had lively conversations, good advice, and honest dealing there and I recommend you seek the same.

This place used to be really great, but over the years Andrea and his staff has become less and less personable. They used to be so passionate about gardening and could talk about random nothingness, share smiles and take my money. Nowadays they seem to not even be happy to see me, or people I sent to them, and really seem annoyed by new growers or people who don't want to try chemical bottled nutrients. Lately I find them to be very impatient, dry, and at times condescending when they think they know more. Andrew is a relatively new staff and unknowledgeable person who has no people skills and always leaves me with a bad feeling. Seems like everything changed when now that Benjamin is not around. He was an amazing staff and one day he was just gone not too sure why. After years of business and trying to support a local business (buying things in this store for more expensive than I could buy online) these guys seem to not give a damn about old/new local people so I don't think I'll be supporting them going forwards! Good luck to them and anyone who ventures their way!
