I was in the town for two days. This place was highly recommended. I came with a friend and ordered late with Almond milk. What I got was large coffee and a splash of Almond milk. It was not even properly steamed. I returned a coffee and told the barista that that is not what I ordered, he was very impolite, he even did not try to understand my complaint. For sure I will not come to that place again and would not recommend it at all.

Javaroma is a great place to chill and enjoy peaceful time in Yellowknife. It is the place I used to regularly go to, and I still make sure to visit whenever I am in Yellowknife. The owners are very friendly, engaging, caring with excellent service. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy their tasty espresso coffee, other hot and cold drinks, wide variety of bagels, delicious panini sandwiches, unique daily specials and free WiFi access(it is hard to get in Yellowknife).

I ordered a bubble tea, the service was quick, and the bubble tea tasted great! It would have been better if there was tapioca pearls on the bubble tea menu, I ordered honey as a replacement but it wasn't as good.

Nice place. Modern atmosphere. Feels a bit generic. The latte is surprisingly good and i like the fact that this place opens late. No complaints, yet nothing really stands out. This is a bit of a shame, as i would not have given it a second look in passing. This is a bit of a hidden gem. To nit pick, the coke fridge looks out of place.
