Love, love, LOVE Sip Cafe! I wish there was a location closer to Halifax. I was there each day of my three day work trip to Yarmouth. Fantastic teas, food, gelatos and staff.

Wonderfully updated Sip Cafe with great specialty coffees, a wide range of loose teas, and many more beverages, soups, salads and sandwiches to choose from. Everything made fresh (except for the cookies - coming from someone who worked at a high end pastry shop they don’t have a very good shelf life anyways) so it’s a great place for lunches. They also make breakfast sandwiches and wraps too. One of my go-to places where the black bean burrito never disappoints and the frozen shivers make for a great treat.

Post modern, semi industrial decor, good coffee. The flat white (not on menu) was excellent. Nice balance of steamed milk and micro foam. The steeped tea latte was delicious, unsweetened as we like it. The break panini was gooey with cheese. PS they cater the ferry between Portland and Yarmouth. Excellent on ferry as well

(Written May 2015) Was recently in Yarmouth on business and had a chance to stop in. Great place with even better service, staff, and products. I was looking for sushi for dinner and found out they have that available as well. Delivered Tuesday and Thursdays. If you need to do a little work before hitting the road, wifi and power plugs are conveniently located. I will be making this a regular stop.

The coffee is great, no sugar made perfectly. If you like the taste of just coffee this is the spot. Atmosphere is great as well, couch's, it's like having a coffee in your own home. Anyone visiting the area, this is a must for real coffee lovers. Way to go Yarmouth, bringing in business to bring in new life.

I was on business in Yarmouth and couldn't just leave without visiting a local coffee shop. I'm really surprised that small town like this has so much selection of teas. I couldn't even count how many types they had on the wall. That's not the point cause I was there to try some coffee. Decided to experiment with "the dirty hippie" as they call it. That was an interesting drink! It feels like a latte and it's got this nice foam on top with a leaf art and everything, but it also has this unique taste. Sadly I won't be going back anytime soon to try other drinks on the menu, but for anyone travelling that way you might want to check it out. One thing that bothered me is what coffee did they actually use. Many places have their own blend but they weren't selling any. Anyways... 5 stars for my drink, 5 for overall variety and 3,5 for interior

Didn't enjoy the hotel coffee, so I walked a short distance and got myself Sip's americano. Delicious! Also try the apple pie. It's not often that I ask for a breakfast sausage panini and a slice of pie. No regrets. It's a pretty chill atmosphere with lots of seating. Interior is basically wood. Like having a Vancouver cafe in Yarmouth.

Probably the best spot in Yarmouth to grab a coffee and hammer out some work (fast internet 32mbps) or catch up with friends - although seating is a little tighter inside and they don't have a double door so you can a waft of cold air when you're sitting down. Hopefully they expand soon!

The baristas at Sip can craft whatever your caffeinated heart desires. As well as the coffees, there are several dozen types of tea and lots of deli style eats. Comfortable and pleasant cafe with a double garage door front that opens onto the street in the warmer months. Great place to enjoy coffee and conversation and forget about the clock.

My husband walked to this cafe from our hotel to get coffee. He was won over by the menu and decided to try out 2 different sandwiches for our lunch. They were hot and delicious even with the walk back to our hotel. I had the curry chicken wrap and he had the turkey and brie sandwich. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone stopping in Yarmouth for lunch.

Love SIP! The food and beverages are excellent and there is lots of room when we have to bring the baby car seat (both to move around and to sit). Service is friendly and prompt. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. We do prefer the atmosphere at the Meteghan location but enjoy the proximity when we're in Yarmouth.
