I generally shop here from time to time but lately there doesnt seem to be alot of people on the floor. I say that because today while shopping I found head lettuce that was all brown..not one good one. Bagged bean sprout that were all mushy and bad. Brown hamburger patties and yogurt with expired dates. Now these were just the things I was after..who knows what else is in the store. Never used to be like this..very sad to see.

Not very good. Wanted to buy bagged lettuce to find out it was 7 days expired...inexcusable...the cashier juat threw it in the garbage without even writing it off...its very noticeable that no one is doing there job... Customer service blows....its dirty, half the shelves were empty..which is due to renovations? Not likely...I have seen 4 major retail renavations, and its 100% lazy to do that...shame on you #Sobeys #Freshco for allowing a store to get to that point...p.s there was no reno workers in the store at all....everything I witnessed was completely avoidable..

Cashiers should be better trained about the details of register promotions : after being $11 under the $100 threshold for the advertised i went back and added $15 worth of product to my purchase (with the cashier full understanding of the situation) and the full total was well over the limit - but eas not informed that the promotion was pretax total and ended up 30cents under when she processed the purchase : management said there was nothing they could do : train cashiers better for these situations and have them informed of the details of register based promotions

I get groceries at this FreshCo on a weekly basis due to the close proximity of my house. The store is very clean and organized. Produce selection here isn't always the freshest, sometimes I really have to dig to find fresh fruit/veg. Always good sales here on multiple items weekly. Definitely check the flyers.

Complete disaster in morning! Staff lady was rude enough to spoil your day! I was here at 9.30 am. I understand it's not very busy time for them to open two register but there can be exceptions when they must open two register rather than hanging on one. Like a customer with full cart in front of me and I had only two lettuce and that staff lady did not care and just showed me with her eyes to wait back. I could have even waited if the gestures from staff were welcoming enough. At least learn how to be polite when required before standing to serve customers... My request to manager to show Doris how to serve customers and at least show some courtesy!

We are all having hardships of been taken advantage of by the Federal government of increased carbon taxes and other prices of inflation. During this COVID they want you in and out but you have people with full shopping carts and have a few items and stand in line minimum 20 minutes. Unfortunately this is the closes grocery store for ppl that dont drive like me !! The strawberries you have to dump the container out and pick ur own and at that ur not guaranteed there gonna last long ! There produce section is literally a food section of its own never seen such rotten fruit veggies and potatoes in my life !! If you have to unfortunately shop there as I do make sure your very picky smell the potatoes and the rest of the veggies and the prices wow absolute!y ridiculous !!! By the way if you oranges you bring home and your finger goes threw them or you can't tell what that terrible smell is in the kitchen its definitely something you have brought home from freshco ; last week I emptied my fridge cupboards looked in my pots and pans cupboard under the stove act it was the produce believe it or not !! I have went to check out and had three members of the staff stand there for about 20 mins talking about bs and I couldn't believe it when I released one of the young girls was a manager so if you have to shop there be careful !! By the way if tour food from there goes rotten in a day or two they want you to keep it and the receipt and bring it back in to get a refu d !! That's disgusting the kids wanna eat it if they see it and really you think I'm gonna keep rotted food in my fridge so other items get cross contamination that's grossed seriously you need to refrain ur staff or hire new ppl ! I wish I lived closer to another grocery store so I didn't have to go there but with a disability there's not much I can do but hope another good store opens around here one day really really soon !! The produce manager Eddie he's a ....... Well I'm a lady I won't write what I think of him there is one nice worker there a man he's tall brown hair stocks the shelves and is always joking with customers and making sure ppl are in a good mood I honestly think he never has a bad day ! So freshco either fire employees or retrain seriously cause they do not take there jobs serious which is horrible and tell them break time chit chat not when customers are there !!!! The employees are so darn inappropriate and could care less for the customers why can't we cut the bar code off and they can scan it to see we got it there ! This store is the most horrible place I've shopped in yrs I'd rather spend the extra if I have it to go to zehrs or metro at least there food is edible !!!!

Over all, a good grocery store. Lots of options. Seemed clean and the produce was nice and tidy. My only complaint was that there was a HUGE line up, and only two cashiers available. I think hiring a third cashier for all times would be helpful. I cashed out, but had to wait to bag my groceries because there was a line up of people. Which worked out fine, but this can cause groceries to get mixed up.

Everytime I go in the store the employees are stocking the produce and shelves at the busiest times of day it seems. I even had an employee push his way in front of me to stock oil while I was very concentrated on finding a specific oil. He couldn't care less if a customer was trying to shop. Said "don't mind me" as he basically pushed me out of the way and stood in front of me so I couldn't shop. It's always over crowded. Specifically the location I shop at never has baskets by the entrance. I have to walk to the checkout and excuse myself around customers waiting in line to grab a basket. They don't have a great selection of produce. I get that frescho is a basic grocery store.. but once I went there they didn't have ginger root for two days. This happens often where an item they usually have just isn't there.

The worse service and attitude that I haver ever seen and when I called the manager I was greeted with the same manners. When I confronted the cashier's attitude she told me it was her last day on that store... basically saying she didn't care.
