I came in with 2 friends and before we were even greeted, Kylie asked us for three pieces of ID (we're 22, 22 and 24 - so not obviously underage - and we weren't even her customers). And after I Checked out and was waiting for the rest of my party, I was asked to wait outside in 1 degree weather because I guess I was taking up space, or annoying Kylie.... Who knows, but it was completely uncalled for. It was technically fine for alcohol purchasing needs, I just didn't feel welcome and will try not to return, and young looking people should avoid if they want to maintain their dignity.

Garbage staff and cashier who suspected my because of my presumably skin color. I had valid government id but she refused because I didnt have a secondary Id. I've been buying from this place for the past 10 years no more. I guess you need to have snow white hair to buy liquor here.

Great selections and staff are always friendly. Always prefer going to stores where the staff actually know the products(!)...never understand owners that have a liquor store but neither they nor their staff ever know any of the products...?!? These guys also have quirky gifts often in-store, like swag or give out free flowers (with purchase) for their customers. Thoughtful touch.

First time in this store the other day, just moved to the area. Love the store layout, very easy to find things, great selection, very good prices. The gentleman at the till was super friendly. My new go to liquor store. They also do deliveries with skip the dishes!

This business is still a five star after many years of being their customer. I've always liked this store with a great selection and today the staff were particularly nice. The margarita glass was a nice touch. Got home wife said, she likes the traditional glass style better, but I liked it. Staff with a slight accent and people skills too. Wonderful.

This is MY wine store. Amazing service, pricing and always welcoming. Staff are all fantastic and good for a laugh, loving the product selection, I'm not a craft beer drinker but their selection is amazing, wine gems and specials are always on and best of all there are many items below government price levels. Clean B.C. liquor store well located in White Rock. Parking is a problem do to the close proximity to the mall and there is a good variety of products. B.C. pricing leaves a lot to be desired.

Was told for the first time in my life that my status card is not government i.d. (LOL). I told the rude middle aged blonde cashier that it is in fact government id as it includes my photo and birthday, I presented it with my SIN card. She was extremely unhelpful and told me she’s not going to argue with me. My boyfriend and I have only ever gone to whiterock liquor store and won’t ever be back.

Before you buy any Beer or Coolers check the expiry date on the can or box this store sells expired. This has been reported to both the brewery and health Canada, BBB Also Have video evidence of rude cashier and receipt and box / bottom of can for all proof

Being a longtime client of your White Rock Store I was completely disgusted that you have the greed to charge 59.95 for the Crown Royal Harvest that was sold out at the BC Liquor stores. The suggested retail is 29.95. To try and gouge customers 100 percent makeup on top of retail is totally reprehensible. Your clerk stated you receive 30 bottles ... so enjoy your 900.00 that you screwed your clients out of and I for one will never return. I have also informed everyone I know as to your opportunist greed especially this time of year. I try my best to shop locally and avoid big box retailers for the purpose of supporting my local business partners as I am one as well. You put a black eye on the rest of us for this disgusting business practice.

Worst liquor store around the area. Been in there at least 10 times for beer on crutches and they suggest you pay a tip when paying electronically but won't even help ya get beer or get it to the cab. I'll never go back
