Wow! Just, wow! I have been blown away by the service, quality and price of this gift basket. Service was incredible, I received a call directly from the company to ensure they got my order right, gave me options for variety (no extra cost), and confirm date and time of drop off. So pleasant to work with, kind and patient. Quality was incredible!!! The select items placed In the gift were so beautiful, good quality, eye catching and well worth the price. Now, let's talk about the price. Price is always a touchy subject. In previous experiences I have got ripped off and having baskets delivered that were full of broken items, rotten fruit , dead flowers, spelling errors on cards(even though sayings were in the original written instructions), delivery delays, added fees not discussed before hand etc etc etc. But with white rock gift basket co. it was very straightforward, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, no delivery delays and a very wonderful product delivered directly to friends, family, colleagues, prospective clients etc. I can't recommend this company enough and looking forward to another opportunity to spread joy from the surprise and delight of being surprised by beautiful products!! Crystal was amazing and so accommodating. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, and I wanted to send a gift basket to my niece the same day (if possible). She was able to make a custom basket better than I could of asked for, for a great price! Crystal did not just drop it off at the front door, she made sure they were home to receive the basket and made a few trips. I truly appreciate her efforts.
