It is such a nice and convenient place that satisfies almost all of my needs as a Chinese. Their food and all sorts of stuff are famous as “No added” totally natural. The price is affordable. Perfect customer service! I love this place.

Everything is fresh, like very fresh, I personally like the way they do for the vegetables, they don't spray water on them to make them looks like fresh. Also I am a big fan of their mango tea, you can find them at the cooler with other juices. The price is ok, I feel comfortable to pay for the money for those really good quality food. Oh no soft drink like coke here, they are a really healthy superstore.

I used to give it five starts but recently found that their product lineups are not consistent. They used to have organic natto, then switched to different brand, then today it was sold out and one of staff told me he doesn’t know whether they’re going to have it anytime soon or not without asking somebody who might know those information. It’s still nice to have Asian store but little disappointed. I wish there will be no need going to T&T one day.

Love this store. Interesting selection. Fresh produce. Wish the bakery was bigger. Can only get the sausage buns in the morning. Have never seen them in the evening… Parking can be a little tight, but at least it’s free.

Another Sungiven location, now in sunny White Rock, the store is not as big as the one in Vancouver but still has lots of specialty items that other locations do not carry. They have fresh meats, produce and seafood ( needs to order as a group to get special price ), check with store for details! Free parking available behind the store!

I had previously given them 5 stars but after a couple of bad experiences, I cannot anymore. The store is nice, good selection of things, clean and well stocked. Customer service on the other hand, is lacking. I recently went and waited in line for a while for a cashier. There was only one till working and the lady there was helping another customer. There were 3 other ladies behind the cashier counter but since they were all chit-chatting and avoiding eye contact with me, I assumed their shift had ended and they were getting ready to leave. Suddenly, to my surprice, another customer comes and they all come close to the register to help her. What happened there?! Is my money not good for these people?! Is it because of the way I look?! The lady who was helping the first customer, noticed my frustration and opened another till to ring my stuff while finishing with the other person. She really tried to make the situation better, I appreciate that, but how is it possible that you have 3 people there refusing to help me that "run" to attend to another person who came after me?!

I would like to say this Asian market has more than what I respect. Amazing market produce super fresh rare fish in store, also for limited time live lobsters. It is well known live seafood is not rare in Vancouver area, somehow it is not usual to see fresh swordfish in many seafood market. I love the price here which gives me more ambitions to come and shop again. If you live in White Stone, here May be the best market for you to hunt Asian food.

Looking for an Asian grocery supermarket in White Rock/South Surrey area? This is a good place to check out. Limited parking, kind of awkward entrance. Friendly staff, good variety of Asian grocery products, somewhat limited in quantity. Comparable prices when consider you don't need to drive to Richmond for similar products.

First time shopping here and everything looks very clean and fresh! In terms of COVID-19 precautions, they actively clean their baskets, keep hand sanitizer stations available, and all staff and customers seem to be wearing face masks. However, since the store is smaller, social distancing is a bit difficult during busy times unless they start limiting the number of customers shopping at the same time. For pricing, it's similar to Whole Foods, so it's a little more expensive but you are paying for quality. I did wish the store was bigger, with even more variety, but I think they did very well for the space they occupy.

Amazing Little SuperMarket! ???? Clean, with a Lo fi vibe. Found all of my favorites ( calpice, Tao Kae Noi Wasabi Crispy Seaweed, Winter Melon cakes, etc ) The clerks are friendly, and quick on their feet. Don't get me started on the chalk art work at the end of the isles! Seriously, wonderful store, with lots of products, cakes, and flowers. Check it out!

My first impression was to give them 5 stars, during their grand opening because they high end, local food brands. This is no longer the case! Jacksonville sausage or Maple Family bacon is most definitely not local. Infact, the meat comes from a large processing facility. How about their Ocean Wise local fish? Nothing Ocean Wise or local ???? I'd encourage your company to familiarize yourself with Ocean Wise. The Vancouver Aquarium has plenty of free educational resources on buying sustainable seafood in grocery stores. IIt's one thing to advertise local fresh food. It's another story when you mislead customers!

We are so happy to have Sungiven Foods in the South Surrey/White Rock community. The store carries a great variety of Asian and non Asian grocery items, meats and vegetables. Most of the prices are quite compatible; some items are higher priced but it sure beats having to drive into Richmond to make purchases. We are very happy with the customer service when my husband had to make an exchange today. This will definitely be a regular go to shopping destination for our family!

Went by today for the first time since they opened… Not at all what I was Thinking it was going to be. I guess I expected it to be a little bit more of a grocery store rather than an Asian specialty store. Some of the staff were quite nice and helpful… I bought some produce, cucumber and tomato. Also bought a few different items I wouldn’t necessarily normally buy, but thought I would try something different. The cucumber was Bad and the tomato may have been previously close to frozen as the inside was mushy… Wouldn’t recommend their produce unless it’s specialty Asian produce. All in all was a bit of a letdown, certainly not somewhere i’d go to twice! Also noticed at the cash that the person in front of me and the person at the other till to the side of me were given a free item when they were checking out? Yet I wasn’t offered anything? Not sure if that’s a special promotion… I spent close to $60 so I would guess that if it was a promotion for their opening it would’ve been offered to everybody?

Just discovered this place couple weeks ago and this store is my new fav Asian store in South Surrey. They are like T&T store but smaller version, the only different is they don't sell cooked food. They have fresh and frozen meats and bake goods. Im just hoping they have more selection of Asian vegetables but overall I'm happy with my newly found store. Staff are friendly

Just did my first online shopping for pick up here! I am amazed! I’ve been consistently shopping here in person after they are open. The store feel so much cleaner and more organized than other super market! Staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful! They will find out the information for you! Help you carry groceries out! You name it! Just overall very pleasant shopping experience! Okay back to the online shopping. I made a mistake by choosing delivery but I was able to very quickly notify them and change it to pick up! Best customer service ever! This happened around 8pm the night before my pick up day! Can you imagine? My purchase were well organized in three sealed boxes! So much easier to carry and put away at home. And what they picked for me are so fresh! I don’t have to worry about getting rotten berries or veggies - which happens at save on and superstore every time (or even wrong veggies). The shopper contacted me via text directly when substitute needed. Overall such a great experience and efficient! They did me such a favor to get my purchase ready before 11am the next morning! We are lucky to have Sungiven in White Rock!!!
