Disgusting! If I could give negative stars, I would. YOU ARE PAYING FOR CONTAMINATED FOOD. My husband and I ordered ice cream here and unfortunately had to return it. The slab where they mixed was dirty when we entered and I honestly didn’t notice. My husband ordered mint with chocolate and I ordered a white coloured ice cream with chocolate chips as well. However. Parts our ice cream were pink and red! When we returned to ask what it was, the cashier said it was raspberry sauce from a previous order that accidentally got mixed in, and she offered to scoop it out of our ice cream. Then a gentleman came out and we explained what happened and he said “we usually clean it..” no apology or anything. He did give us a refund in the end but we are still just absolutely appalled by how our ice cream was handled, and their reasoning. To me, that is like getting a dirty cup in a restaurant and the server saying “oh we usually clean our dishes. Just use the other side of the dish, it’s fine”. It’s not fine. It’s a serious foodsafe issue. We could have had a peanut allergy, and they could have left a peanut product on the slab, had it mix with my ice cream, and then we would have been in serious trouble. I highly suggest they train their staff to clean every time. Even if they would have asked us to wait while they cleaned it, I would have rather waited for them to clean it, then waste my time getting dirty food and then having to return it. However, when we walked in, it wasn’t busy and they weren’t even trying to clean the slab or anything (which is why I didn’t notice it was dirty until it was too late).It really didn’t seem like a priority; which in the service industry, clean surfaces should be of the upmost priority.

One of the worst marble slab experiences I’ve ever had. I used to come here when I was younger and it was ok, but today was terrible and I don’t think I’ll come back. The staff were unenthusiastic which I am normally indifferent to, but they didn’t inform that their machine couldn’t take debit till after they gave me my ice cream. As I don’t carry cash, they could have at least told me before hand. Tastewise, the cones taste like cardboard after like one minute of being in the ice cream. After no time at all, the napkin became fused to the cone. I never write reviews for places but this was the most unpleasant ice cream experiences I’ve ever had and I refuse to come here again.

Grand opening of Marble Slab Creamery in Whiterock. Super good. Staff was fantastic and so helpful with some awesome suggestions. Max 4 people in the store and Covid protocols being followed.

What can I say marble slab is the best ice cream parlor. They're ice cream is very creamy and you can put on as many toppings as you want yummy, plus they give you a card they stamp with each visit after 10 visits you get a free ice cream

The quality of the ice cream is not as good as the homemade shops in white rock. But the hours are way later and the banana split was a great deal

My wife and I went there for ice cream several time, good experience for the first two times, but we felt terrible for the last time visit. The server took so long to slab the ice cream to the waffle cone, the ice cream started to melt from the side before the paying transaction. The most terrible thing is using napkin to wrap the waffle cone and we must remove the sticky and soggy napkin to finish the waffle cone, eventually we have no choice but threw away the rest of the cone melt to the napkin. We don’t think we will go back anymore! Compare with the quality of the ice cream, honestly it is quite pricey!! NOT HYGIENIC TO USE NAPKIN TO WRAP THE CONE!!

Yesterday visited at this creamy shop. I ordered birthday cake ice cream. The girl behind counter was very professional and gave me lot of suggestions. I visited there a month ago but that time the service was not good but I got very good service yesterday. I will visited again there, hope I will get same customer service in future.

Absolutely awful, ordered my daughters birthday cake last week and I’m so disappointed. Definitely seek other places if you need any custom cakes done. Looks nothing like the picture AT ALL. Was not called for any substitutions. This is definitely not worth $60. Looks like a 5 year old decorated it. Also the ugly salmon pink colour and the random gummy bears and m&ms that dyed the icing a brown colour. ????????

Came here to purchase an ice cream cake for my sister’s birthday and asked the staff to write “happy birthday (sister’s name)” on the cake. The girl working brought it to the back, then came back with it saying “the cake is too small so I just wrote HBD” which was fine, except for this huge pink smudge she left on the cake where she tried to write the name - realized it wouldn’t fit - then scooped it out. I asked her to try and fix it, but it made it even worse. My husband suggested sprinkles to cover it up. I then watched her proceed to take a scoop of sprinkles, pour it over the cake, then spread it around with her BARE FINGERS. She claimed she washed her hands but I wasn’t going to take her word for it, and at no point did I see her do so the entire time I was in the store. At this point I was irritated, so I asked for a new cake. But she said no, and the reason being was that this one would go to waste…So YOU messed up on the cake and YOU touched it with your bare hands and I still have to pay for it? I could get past the smudged icing but dipping your unwashed fingers into a cake I’m planning to feed some kids later? Unacceptable. Please encourage and train your staff to do better.

Super clean inside, a wide variety of flavours, the service was top shelf too! The young lady, Ava, who served us, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you want an ice cream other than the standard ‘White Rock Gelato’, then we highly recommend @marbleslabwhiterock

We came around Thursday 11:20 pm. The girl there was so rude and customer service was really really bad. And she didn’t even mix the stuff just gave us on top and while paying she picked the box for tip and placed on top of receipt printer in front of us . This was our worst experience with this shop. We usually came and there’s a other girl which is good but one other she don’t know how to treat customers.
