The server doesn't smile at all, and she doesn't offer samples either. The ice cream taste ...just fine. The older guy in the store looks like.... Let's just say he has to wear a hat or hairnet (which he doesn't) if he wants to work at a ice cream place.

So great! The man who owns it was so kind and had a wonderful and welcoming attitude. The ice cream and customer service was awesome! Unfortunately, I dropped my cone because I was in a hurry, BUT the owner gave me two new scoops!! So kind. If I ever find myself in White Rock again I will definitely be going back! Good one to pick and go...especially if you are planning walk along the waters watching the sunset. We tried Toasted Pistachio, Toasted Coconut, Fudgy Wudgy Brownie in all the three avaialble waffle cones - plain, choclate and charcoal black. All three tasted really good. Personally, we felt that the sugar levels are moderate to low in the ice cream and they are made from organic milk. Kids size waffle cone is good pick!

They have a really good variety of gelato flavors and cones (waffle, chocolate waffle, charcoal waffle). I tried a lot of flavors and settled on the Banana Fudge which I loved! Cute place with a lot of different cute cow models all over the store.

The icecream was okay, but it was a furnace inside of the store (this was during a heat wave). I thought I'd faint just waiting to receive my order; not sure how the staff managed to put in a full shift. There must be some sort of workplace safety standard the shop's management were violating.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Have been going to the place for 2 years, everything was good, but the lady running the shop has no idea how to treat other people. She confirmed the order 5 times and still managed to serve wrong and then even denied to replace it. Wouldn’t recommend anybody going there. Try other options on the Marine Dr.

Best ingredients hand spun by the guy who owns the shop. Always enjoy coming in here, since he was on east beach and now west- we stumbled in tonight and so glad we did. His mango passion fruit is my daughters "most favourite ever"! Sad we did not come in this summer due to covid but going to start coming again...local businesses need our support. Don't pass this shop up. Highly recommend!

They have the best ice cream here! This is also my niece's favourite ice cream place. She comes here at least once a month for ice cream. The other day my niece dropped her ice cream on the floor and the owner's were nice enough to give us a free replacement for the ice ream. Great people and great ice cream, highly recommend them!!!

This Gelato Shop is open all year round with natural cream products in small batches to ensure the taste is always fresh. The outdoor patio is a nice spot to sit. Open late, for dessert after our Marine Drive dinner. Locally owned and a long time White Rock business with frozen products, in cones or cups. Thanks.....

Super yummy ice cream. The strawberry basil was refreshing and best of all, dairy-free! Definitely going to be one of my favorite stops when I'm in the neighborhood. It's a bit pricey but it's made in-house so I think it's worth it.

On a Friday google says this location is open till 10, twice we came at 7:30 and it is already closed. Update your time it is a 35 minutes drive to White Rock. Waste of time.

I don't like making bad reviews but I just want to warn customers who are buying hot drinks from here. Don't get me wrong, their drinks taste good if you are willing to pay $4 for each half cup of small hot drinks. They have great selections of good tasting ice cream and drinks. But we were ripped off after buying 2 hot drinks. The cups felt so light when we got them. When we opened the cups, the drinks were only halfway of the cups and the rest were just foam. disappointed!

Crazy Cows at White Rock beach always has a line up so today I decided to wait. Unfortunately it was a big let down. The product was okay but not the best in White Rock area, not even 2nd best. I had 2 scoops which were more like tablespoon scoops for .5 shy of $8.00. I am not complaining about the price but the quality was not worth the premium put on the product.

We discovered this ice cream place a few years ago and we haven't gone anywhere else for ice cream. My favorite is cherry-pecan, which is an almost artistic combination of sour-sweet high note of cherry and earthy base note of pecan. Also love their espresso (flavor so deep) and maple walnut. It also feels good knowing that all ingredients are organic. The owner makes them there and he is a nice guy devoted to quality, we can see. A must try.

This is by far the very best ice cream on the strip in white rock. I had the just freshly made amaretto cheesecake and it was fabulous. Fresh organic ingredients and the owner encourages you to sample the many yummy flavours before making a decision. Every one I tried was delicious. Can’t wait to return.

The ice cream shop was uncomfortably hot inside. There was no organized line up, and crowded. No posted ice cream prices, many flavours sold out, and small servings. I watched as what it seemed to be the owner standing by watching these two poor girls working hard to keep up with how crowded the place was....give your head a shake and serve your customers or get out of business. Will not return.

Good service and delicious ice cream. The tiramisu ice cream had a strong flavour as it should. The waffle cone was also crunch and not overly sweet. They also have a couple selections of charcoal cones available as well. We got two waffle cones with a single scoop of ice cream each and the total was around $14.00 so it is definitely pricey.

Was disappointed with how stingy this place was with their portions! I got a double scoop cone and it was sloppy. The girl working there had no idea how to scoop the gelato properly and put it in the cone. She was using a spatula and was patting the gelato down...getting the cone all messy. My wife got 1 scoop and it was more like half a scoop. I come to White Rock often for gelato and this was my first time at this place and it was a definite disappointment and I certainly will not be coming back.

Was in here about a month ago and had 2 scoops. The ice cream was delicious! It was a cooler day so the shop wasn't too busy, and I ended up having a chat with the owner. He told us about how he makes the ice cream everyday and asked about our opinion. The only criticism I gave him was about the price board being hard to see and perhaps a small sign on the counter would be better (something just to show the price of 1 and 2 scoops). He was happy to listen to our concern and agreed it does make sense. Overall, great ice cream, friendly staff and it seems the owner does care about improving his business.
