I was extremely disappointed with this place. I had placed an online order to be specifically delivered same day (as it states on their website). I paid a fee to have it delivered, and was given confirmation it would be delivered same day. Not only did it not get delivered....they asked the recipient to pick it up herself!!!! The man I spoke to on the phone was unapologetic and extremely rude on the phone. When I asked for a refund,he just said he would put more flowers in my arrangement to compensate for delivery. I was extremely disappointed and unimpressed with the level of customer service with this establishment. This is only one unfortunate incident, but be forewarned, they may not deliver it the day you requested.

This past week, my father (Dwayne Jacobson) passed away and there was no one else we could think of who would do such a great job. We've been using Ernie's services for years for both a regular flower delivery to the office and also one-offs such as funeral arrangements or bereavement bouquets. The feedback we get on the one-offs is great. And we certainly were enjoying the weekly delivery at least whole we had regular office visits. Once things get back to normal, we will certainly be resuming those regular deliveries.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers and was quite disappointed by the arrangement. Nothing seemed to go together and was put together with little attention or skill. The "customer service" also left much to be desired. First and last time for me.

Went to get fresh cut flowers for my mother's birthday and thought I'd try this place. I'm glad I did :) I was in a bit of a time crunch and they made it work for me and within my budget ! What a gorgeous bouquet! ???? My mother loved them! And they're lasting a long time too! Highly recommend and I WILL be coming back.

Ernie helped me put together donating 70 Potted Flowers to White Rock Seniors Village. I would highly recommend Ashberry and Logan to anyone looking for flowers in the White Rock or South Surrey Area. Just off Johnston Road, Ernie provides excellent service. Ashberry can do everything you can think of if it comes to floral arraignments. Attached is a photo of me in front of Ashberry and a photo with the 70 potted flowers that Ernie helped with.

Amazing flowers arranged and delivered same day. To celebrate our anniversary I ordered flowers and they were better than I expected. Friendly and efficient delivery for a reasonable price. A week later the flowers are still looking good- a sure sign that they were very fresh when they were delivered. Highly recommended!

I have NEVER been more disappointed than I am with this company. A friend lost her father so I ordered what I expected to be a gorgeous display to express my condolences. What she received is a limp embarrassment that looked like I sent the cheapest arrangement I could. No babys breathe as was advertised. Huge gaps. Old limp flowers. Absolutely disgusting service and even worse flowers. Rude uncaring replies to emails by Ernie. Spend your money elsewhere.

The absolute worst experience! Not only did you lose my flower delivery order for my mother on Mother's Day, you did not even seem the slightest bit apologetic. The man on the phone was extremely rude. You did not even offer a partial refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.

My experience with them was excellent. I had ordered a orchid arrangement for a funeral tribute and it was beautiful. This company also (at no extra cost) put the orchid in a nice black ceramic container for me. I find that they always have excellent prices and good quality of flowers, plants, and decor items. They do a great job of window presentation too.
