Not or goto grocery store mainly because it is not nearby but we go here when we are in the neighborhood. Some unique fresh foods from Asia although I find they sometimes pale in comparison to what you get in Asia. Basically a problem with shipping the product that far. Quite a lot of product selection. Some translations could be better. See photo. :)

Would give a 10/5 stars if I could for their excellent teamwork and going above and beyond for me. It wasn't much , but my ring finger flew off as I grabbed my groceries at the checkout and I had 5 employees go on a mission to find it for me. One even pulled out all the carts just to check if it made its way underneath there (no luck). I was about to leave after giving them my phone number if case they found it but it seems as though they were determined to find it for me right away. I actually ended up finding it in the same exact spot I stood when it flew off, but nonetheless I was truly taken away by their help. Thank you to those employees for doing that for me!!!

Osaka does an excellent job of having full, well organized, orderly shelves. Hot food is always fresh and it is a consistently busy place. Prices are also very good. I am not a regular shopper there. But when I am at Park Royal, I will make an effort to stop by and pick up something.

A young male staff working in self-checkout is really rude. He wasn't willing to offer help and removed the shipping cart without asking customer.

This T&T supermarket actually encourages customers to use more plastics bags: - plastic bags are everywhere in the store - if you dont use their plastic bags, you bring your own bag >> you bag them yourself

We go there specifically for items not always found at other markets easily, ie kimchi. We obviously take advantage of the many other fruits, veggies and some frozen specialties we like, while shopping there. In addition to treats that have more variety of flavors like Pocky. We are Squamish people, so unfortunately adjusted to Western/ Canadian food s mostly and still require therefore a western market shop also.

I been ordering since pandemic .well Organized, we'll packaged most important staff are Super friendly and with professional answering phone calls, to fullfill customers ordering need fresh produce, picked by everyweek all the time never been disappointed with the freshness mostly important i would liked to thank the staff that who personally helped us delivered the good since the website isn't working .And we're unable to drive to do any groceries she is the one who we trying to figured out who she really is until we saw her in person and we dont know how much we really appreciated her for all her time and effort everyweek we placed online ordering .This is the best location you can never be disappointed getting your online ordering. Too much T&T and not enough Osaka. I.e. instant ramen packs from Japan are much better than the ones make in Hong Kong. Bring back more Japanese products.

I hads the worst experiences.so far at this store If you are gonna buy meat from here be careful with the lady there, she is very rude and not into helping the customers. You will be ignored until you ring the bell ask for help Worst Customer service, ever ! also the lady with brownis copper hair at the cashier help us ran our groceries are really rude also she doesn't seem to speak really clear she just shout out loud Excuses me sir do you need bag . She then be really sarcastic about it .customer service need to be improved.I will never ever recommend if this place if you want a great customer service.

A great supermarket with top quality products at great prices. I have been shopping there for years and I have always been very satisfied with my shopping experience.By far the most impressive store I've ever been too. Makes sense since it's in a beautiful neighborhood. This location is really friendly and service is always nice and happy and very helpful . If you look for help i suggest find this young lady with the big cart that travel around the store . If you need any helped with finding item in the store .

We shop regularly here. Produce generally quite good. The two stars is for some of the service staff esp the ones working behind the food counters. In this instance I was purchasing Blue fin sashimi. A sign above the freezer told customers to seek an emplyee for help. After locating one in the meat section, she told me to go to the seafood area to get assistance. After 10 mins, a worker accompanied me to the freezer. She said the fish is in the freezer and I can just go help myself. I pointed at the sign which DOESN'T SAY SELF SERVE. It is at -50C. She located a package for me and told me to go the meat section to have it weighed. I went there. There was no one. I waited and politely asked to have it weighed. She abruptly said: Just put it on the weigh! I did. As I didn't know if the readout was KG or LB. I asked for clarification. She stumbled and finally said it was KG but did not proceed to price it out. 1/2 hr to buy a very expensive package of fish? Horrible service.

Giving a positive feedback to praise their consistent, extra courteous service, this young lady that doing curbside pick up extremely fast , I walked upon for a question and she been extra helpful as well, extra friendly service . Well management. They have a lot of products variety and different brands . That you must tried when you in this store. . I visit this location frequently since I live near by , I feel it's one of the best store in park royal mall .also it safe and must wear your mask all time at this store to shop .

Line up is really ridiculous 1 line 3 cashier no customer counter . We don't have much time on our break to come buy food for 1 or 2 item and then line up 10 to 15 min break to buy our lunch .This management area really need to do something about it .

Oct 8,2021. 2:30 pm I was putting some fried fish into a container from the self-service area and an Osaka supermarket female employee from behind the counter starts shouting at me in another language besides English which I did not understand. Then I left the area because she came at me,shouting at me.I waited for a minute and went back to get my fried fish.The employee gets even more angry by telling me to wear gloves.I told her I used the soap gel to sanitize my hands.She became even more angry and was verbally abusing me by pushing me to wear gloves.Her over-reaction scared me so I rushed quickly to the cashier to pay and left. The most unpleasant and stressful experience ever there as a long-time customer.I will avoid the hot food self service area from now on.

My wife recently started using the online shopping service through TNT Supermarket I'm always so impressed with the quality and price of my groceries. fong has been the employee helping me whenever I come to pick up my groceries. And she is just amazing with my groceries. Always a pleasantly surprised with the freshness produce and quality of the food. that was chosen and the packaging standards. Very pleasant experience and great customer service from Fong . you'll get phone called from her letting us knowning that why some item on our shopping list will be outstock because due to quality and short dated , also she also spend extra mins helping us pick out the item that we usually forget or need last min . All we need is to come in and line up to pay for the items in customer services counter she is one of our best to go personal shopper!! I recommend this store and her .about the services that everyone I talk to .keeps up up the great works
