Seriously over priced... even Whole Foods is cheaper

I've been a loyal customer at this location for well over 10 years. I've seen their staff come and go. I've never complained about the prices I'm paying. I just pay what they want. I bought approximately $200.00 worth of protein powder, and vitamins a few weeks ago. I kept the receipt. At the time I didn't realise It slipped my mind to use my nutrition house points/discount card. I went back to simply get a refund, and re purchase the protein powder and vitamins. Well, it sounds easy enough to me, but the so called manager told me that he does not know how to do a refund, and the owner himself must do this. (sounds very fishy to me, that a "manager", doesn't know how to do his own job). Anyways, I've been back to this particular store 3 different times so far, and the so called manager has the same lame excuse. To add insult to injury, the so called manager talks over my voice, as soon as I get 2 words into a sentence. He has nothing but excuses, and can not do his job. He can only take monies to make a sale. That's it.
