Terrible customer service provided by people who stand behind a giant sign stating they will not tolerate: intoxicated people, yelling, harassment ... nor bad service - UM, YOU ARE THE BAD SERVICE! Actually, it's not just BAD, it's horrible.

Very organized during these tough times. MT returns should be allowed every day and not just 2 days per week. Ridiculous for a city of 53 + - thousand people. Good job in spite of this.

Beer is here. I am here. The money was here but now it’s beer. All aside, Mark and Tanguay make this place awesome. They have exceptional waiting service and are very polite and patient. Top grossing beer store in Ontario for a reason.. people keep coming back for Mark and Tanguays service.. and of course beer!!! I used to live right down the road from this place.. but now I will drive the extra 40 minutes after work is done at 3 just to come here. I get home late but at least I have my frosty boys

Thorold Road breweries is limited they are not receiving empties nor do they have a full selection of beer. Everyone is forced to go to Lincoln Street with empties and a better selection of beer, thus making the store very busy. This is not including the fact that it's Christmas
