New to the area and had tried several pet stores for our new born puppy! This is the place to go! Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcomed and cared for! Constantly ordering and keeping stock in the products we buy by the month while always bringing in new products and ideas for our babies to discover! 100% reccomend stopping in for the experience if you have not yet! Our pug Bruce just looses his mind when we tell him we are going to ruffins!

My kids are interested in getting pet birds. The owner was very patient and answered their many questions about everything bird related, from the cost of having them to their daily care. I was really impressed that she took so much time with us. I live out of town but will make an effort to buy pet supplies from this store again.

This is my favourite pet store in the region. The staff is knowledgable , kind, and attentive. They are my one stop shop for everything aquatic , dog and lizard ! The owner was even able to order a hard to find item and deliver it to my house. I tried ordering the same item at other stores in the area and they were not very interested in helping me. This place also seems to have the best prices in the area on a lot of things. Great selection , great people , great products. Keep up the good work !

I went in to see if they had a specific dog food that I usually buy elsewhere, and to compare prices. They had just received my dog food but it wasn't in the system yet. Instead of asking me to come back another time, the sales associate was able to put it in the system for me in a few minutes, and at a competitive price. They also have a points system, which is what I have been searching for from a pet store! I spend a lot of money on dog food and accessories, it's going to be nice to get rewarded every once and a while! Great customer service; I will definitely be going there for all my dog needs from now on!

They are always so helpful. We feed Fromm Weight Control & when we ran low they ordered it in for us but before the shipment arrived they gave us a few Fromm samples to tie us over. So very thoughtful & very much appreciated.

New staff (Under new management)are super friendly and helpful....what they do not have answers to they will research and or call the owner to make sure the information they are passing on is correct....we were in on a Saturday and they stayed late to help us with questions and making sure we had everything before we brought our finches home

Super friendly owner - well versed in canine needs and takes the job seriously enough. But every time I go in I see the birds they are very obviously neglected with filthy water bowls and terrible diets. I don't even own a bird and I know this - not sure how the owner doesn't.
