Getting 2 stars because the pies are good but customer service is very weak. Was suppose to pick up a pie at 1130, showed up and there was some technical difficulties and didnt even bother calling to tell me the pie was going to be delayed for over an hour. Went back 1.5 hours later and was still not ready. A simple phone call would have resolved all of these issues. . . PS - multiple people showed up the same time as me for their 1130 pies and they were not ready.

Came for the pick your own cherries. Had a great experience cherry picking here! It’s a small quiet orchard with very friendly staff, had a great time and will definitely be returning next year! It was $15 for 3L of cherries, and cash only.

So I called to make sure they were open based on reviews... first time the phone was picked up and then hung up on me right away. Second was a very rude woman when I asked if they were open she said yep! Ok bye. Literally hung up so fast I had no time to say anything else ! I had more questions. So I call again! And no answer. Congrats to losing a sale lady! What awful service! She sounded annoyed the minute she answered ( the one time she did) I’m sure you’re very busy however this is terrible service and I will not be going to your farm!

Website says apple picking available. On arrival, staff informed us the orchard doesn't allow public on it. Went into shop to buy a pie, was told its order by phone only. None of this would have happened if one of our several phone calls was answered. Avoid.

In my whole life of picking blueberries, strawberries, apples, and other fruit, ive never picked cherries. So imagine how excited I am when I drive past this place. Unfortunately, this is not a happy story. I tried to go twice. Hours said they opened at 8. Went at 8:30, nothing. No one. Deserted. Feeling panicked at my dreams slipping away from me, I call. No answer on the phone number. Tried again a couple hours later. Same thing. I get it if they might be out of season, but for the love of god, update your signs because my heart is just about broken.

Amazing experience, not crowded at all compared to other locations we tried to go to today. So much fun in the sun. Cherries were sweet as well as sour but you had to go through the farm to find what you wnated. Excellent selection, massive cherries too. Only issue was the weeds you had to walk through but I'm just being a nitpick, wasn't a big deal for me but if you had flip flops it would be slightly uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful farm and a nice drive out there. 3L for $15 4L for $20 (this is what we picked, see pic) 7L for $30 *CASH ONLY*

HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE! The farm owners at Duffin farm are the rudest people I have came across in my life so far! The farm owners were unwelcoming from the beginning but only half an hour after entering the farm, the farm lady came at us yelling madly at the top of her lungs with an unleashed German shepherd at her side screaming for us to LEAVE THE FARM NOW. We were so confused? She was kicking us out and scaring us with her dog after we have already paid for the cherry baskets at our entrance! How rude is that! We tried to calmly question the mad lady about why she was kicking us out, and she claimed that it was because of COVID-19; however, there were many hours tell the farm’s closing and they never said that we had to leave half an hour after our entrance. Also the farm is very big and we were social distancing. Every person was picking at a tree. It did not make sense! To top that, the cherries were small and not tasty as compared to other cherry farms that I have been to before. So that was the cherry on top of the cake as well- pun intended!

They have very sweet cherry. I went there pick up every year since 2004. Since I ate their cherry I found that any cherry from store were tasted nothing. I also brought the cherry to our friends in Toronto. They love their cherry and apples. The cherry of this year was the best. The season last almost three weeks. Their fruit pie are also the best. My favourite pie is the peach pie. Soon will be the apple season. Their apples are great as well.

I have been coming here for years and it’s wonderful. The family that organizes the Cherry picking are great and easygoing. This year a 3L baskets of Cherries are $20. Their Cherries orchard produces awesome cherries

Worst experience I've ever had at a farm. Coming here with my family to enjoy some cherry picking, ended up with the staff yelling at us for no reason. When trying to talk to her, she kept on screaming and did not provide any valid reason for yelling at us to get out. Their dog was unleashed, and seeing their owner scream almost made the dog attack us. The cherries were not all that great to begin with. Never again.
