Best Sausages in Ontario! I live in Ottawa and regularly visit my family in Welland. For over 20 years I've regularly placed a large order of sausages with Rick to freeze and take back to Ottawa. I haven't found any shop in Ontario that can offer the flavours, size and quality of meat that Rick and his staff serve in their Store. When I BBQ these sausages for my friends in Ottawa, they are amazed at the quality, selection and freshness. I only wish there was an easier way to get these sausages to Ottawa. Kudos to Rick and his staff!

They changed there famous beef jerky, it used to be dry and amazing, now it’s vac sealed and very damp, I dried it overnight in hopes it would be the same as before but it’s not . Maybe COVID is to blame but either way it’s not the same.

The small country market serves the best assortment of deli meats, marinated chicken breasts, steak as thick as you want, all en f it fresh. The is a great butcher shop. Rick and his team are friendly, efficient and a pleasure. The weekend BBQ is a great stop for lunch. A little off the beaten path but well worth it. Bring a cooler bag and an ice pack, you'll see why. I highly recommend the honey garlic sausage as my favourite of many.

Country Corner Meats is an excellent place locally to purchase your meats, sausages and everything else. My dad used to have Lincoln Meat Market in Fenwick in the past and RICK'S SPICY AND REGULAR KIELBASSA tastes exactly as good as my dad's. It is a great place to know that the quality and freshness is always there and the service is friendly. The sliced roast beef and gravy is great for serving on Kaisers and great for any quick suppers. When you shop and save at Country Corner Market, you will become a regular customer.

Very dissatisfied April 23 the wrong emails are being sent out with the wrong prices on the specials. The young person was obviously new not wearing proper food handling, people behind the counter without masks. Then to top it off I went to pay and the debit was down.

Just got sausage and other things from the Welland location, good prices, but the owner treated his staff absolutely terribly. It was uncomfortable being in the store and I felt the need to console an employee after one remark from the owner. I will not return.

The owner needs to have better customer service interactions. My mother in law bought some chicken yesterday, and when we went to cook it, it had an awful smell. So a few hours later she went to return it and got nothing but bad attitude from the owner. It was purchased that day and was already bad. He fought with her and wouldn't smell it himself, tried to blame us. I'm sorry but when your in the customer service industry you need to treat your customers with care. We will never recommend this place, the owner doesn't deserve any more business. We are appalled by his attitude and accusing us.

FALLS BMX PARK (Falls BMX Park)

Country Corner Market located in North Welland is close to Fonthill - Pelham, Thorold and Fenwick. It is a great little Butcher Shop - Deli and Grocery Store. They have excellent products and fresh local produce when in season. They also serve lunch and prepared heat and serve meals. Their butcher shop has my absolute favorite chicken which is free roam farm-raised. They are well known for their great selection of many sausage flavors including my favorite pumpkin sausage. They are all amazing!

Amazing!! So many delicious things to choose from and the staff is exceptional! Friendly and helpful. When asked if they could help, I told them we are new to the area, and they packed us a gift bag full of goodies at no charge! Amazing customer service. They have new customers with us for life!!

Well I haven't eaten any of my purchases yet but first tried a couple things from there at a friends bbq a week ago and they were amazing. Today was my first time in the store. Wow! Clean, fresh, huge selection and really helpful staff behind the counters. Prices seem quite reasonable for the quality. The other customers in the store while I was there were obviously regulars and they were all making recommendations. I'm impressed so far!

My first time in the store, I was a little overwhelmed with the selection available. I chose a variety of flavours of sausage... thai, curry, spice mango, another freaking hot. Every choice was unique and delicious and made fresh in store. Well worth the visit, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome people, super friendly service. The butchers won't oversell you ( eg. suggest a more expensive cut of steak ). The steak is phenomenal and the deli is great. Rick's Roast Beef is dynamite and the Sausage Rolls are the best I've found since I left England 9 years ago. I just ordered the Xmas turkey after having the best turkey I've had in years for Thanksgiving. Definitely recommended, sorry if all the sausage rolls are gone by the time you get there ;0)

Purchased some steak sub meat earlier today got home opened it up only to realize a horrible smell and grey and green tinge to the meat. Called the store had the manager argue with us that it is supposed to be like that because it doesn't breath. I'm sorry I enjoy meat allot and have never cooked or eaten a greanish steak before. I am all about supporting local businesses but this will no longer be one of them This could have easily been solved had the manager just had me being the item back for inspection.

If the meat is 1/2 as good as the hospitality it will be a winner. Rick and his team were incredible hosts for our first time there. We decided to grab a steak sandwich after the shop and it was excellent. Brisket, pork butt, sausages, flank steak, chops right down to the fresh bread and cold meat looked amazing,,,oh and don't forget the bacon! We'll be back for sure!!

My family had a very disappointing experience this weekend. Our order (planned weeks in advance) was forgotten before a large gathering and we were lied to prior to picking up our order. When you pay over $1000 you expect quality, timeliness, and effort which Country Corner Market severely lacked. When a company or business makes a mistake, customers expect it to go above and beyond to rectify the error. Severely disappointed with the interaction my family had with the owner. Unprofessional to say the very very least. Undeserving of a 4+ star rating.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Rick the owner was looking hung over and like a lost puppy! No protocols in place for covid! 14 yr old cashier argued with me over wanting to pay cash on $110 order saying she already put debit button in! First and last time ever going back! Was shopping there this afternoon, young man was preparing a macaroni salad in a large plastic bin. He was not wearing gloves, so was in the salad almost up to his elbows with bare hands. Don't think that is a hygienic way to prepare food.

Well worth the drive from Cayuga, the guys at the meat counter are great, super helpful. My friends from Simcoe we're impressed by the sausage selection and bought many varieties. I also got sausage and other items but grabbed a small roast beef while there. It was fantastic, I'm no slouch in the kitchen but you can't put out good food without great ingredients. It's worth the drive for us. Thanks all!!!

We love their Sausages! My favorite is the Honey Im hot. Best place to shop for my sausages because they are always delicious, fresh and 1 sausage is really the size of 2. A must try to is their marinated Steak Kebabss. I also love their pepperettes.

I usually do not write a lot of reviews. However our experience yesterday at the Country Corner market was above and beyond! In this day and age to have this kind of experience needs to be commended. I brought my senior Mom to check out the Country Corner as I have been impressed with their products, specifically the free range poulty products. Mom is from Fort Erie and this was her first time there. . We were greeted by a sincere hello from the girls and than a friendly conversation with the owner. The "welcome" to her as a first time visitor was wonderful, unexpected and actually restored Mom's faith in customer appreciation. We want to say thank you so much for taking the time to welcome her and the intro special was fantastic. (By the way she LOVED the chipotle steak). All the little things, even to take the time to ask what kind of dog she had added up to make this visit the high light of her day. She will most definitely be back as of course will I. We would like to wish you and the entire staff a wonderful Christmas Season and all the best in the New Year......we will certainly be telling everyone. again a heartfelt thank you and our appreciation

Just fabulous. Staff always pleasant. Pear and blue cheese sausages are my absolute favorite. The greek are also great. You just can't go wrong shopping here. Worth every penny you spend. The store is like a little market you would find at Kensington or thé St. Lawrence but without the horrible drive to the city. We stop in and stock up. Our favorite butcher by far,

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Country Corner Market provided assorted sandwiches, wraps and fruit trays for an event recently. The sandwiches were on assorted fresh breads and buns, the meat was delicious and plentiful!! The fruit was ripe and delicious! Everyone loved the food ~ nothing but compliments from all. I highly recommend CCM!!

Sausages come in a huge variety of flavours and meats. Usually good even when frozen altho I wish they were a bit smaller. We also ordered 2 of their striploin marinated steaks. $40. For Two. Yes they were thick but also heavy with marinade. Turns out they must have been sitting in the marinade for quite some time. We barbecued them as we usually do for quality steaks, but they were just plain awful due to the extremely high salt content that permeated the entire steak. Not just the surface. I think the butchers at the store need to pay more attention to the spicing and preparation of the store made offerings given some of the other reviews. It is a shame to see the quality declining. Quite honestly I doubt we will be back after having to throw out the steaks due to the careless preparation.

Ordered the lunch special. The girl serving us started asking us what we wanted on the sandwich by giving us options. Wanted sub sauce but she started wrapping it without asking. Then when we asked for it she said we'll we don't ask what you want on it. Soooo... either you do or you don't, which is it?? And the girl sweeping around our feet? Come on. Sorry not happy there today at all. Some wore masks some didn't. Some wore gloves, some didn't. Whatever.

I stated that I was new to welland and it's my first time and can I say the service was excellent not only by Dominic but by all the staff. i pretty much buy all my meat here, well priced and better quality then the common grocery store quality. Great deals when stuffs on sale, and the sausages are the best part of the store. My only complaint is the meat spoils very quickly, often before the expiry date. So make sure you cook it up the day you buy it or the next day cause after that its probably best thrown out.

I shopped there today . The service was great and the employees are friendly . I got the sausage . $50 worth . Looked awesome nice and big . Most of it peach . I was expecting a sweet sausage . However .. It was so spicy . Spicy enough that no one could finish it . The spice overpowers the peach . And was completely out of the picture for my 3 year old . I would highly suggest warning about the spice or rating the levels of spice .. Would have spent my money on a different flavor that we would have enjoyed more .
