Exceptional service and attitude and, of course, amazing food! Everything came out hot and made according to order. The only complaint I have is small - the wait time was a bit long. There was only one car in front of me, but it took at least 5 minutes to receive my order. Worth the wait, though! If you are in a big hurry I may suggest passing, but if you have some time and want hot, tasty food, definitely stop here!

I couldn't review the inside cause of covid19 so drive thru review time !!!! Menu is clear and clean, most restaurants dont wash there menu but they do Taking my order, they gave me as much time as I needed to look and didnt rush Answered our questions When we got to the window they was friendly, one worker was sanitizing which great !! Ask for alot of sause and he gave us a small bag full Everything tastes fresh Bread was not stale !! Everything was done in a timely manner

Service was beyond slow. With nobody ordering ahead of us we were ignored by every staff member that walked behind the counter and made eye contact. Not hard to say "be with you in a second". Had I not been in low blood sugar (Diabetic) we would have left. The Buffalo Chicken was good hence the two star. Customer service was a -3.

Arby’s is always one of my favorite fast food chains. Their roast beef sandwich is always so good and I feel it is a bit so called healthier than burgers or fried chicken. The best part is that when you sign up online you will get a free gyro sandwich for now.... when you buy a drink. Not bad isn’t it? This is on the way out when we left Niagara for Toronto. Thanks!

I don't personally like deli meat but if you do this place is great. It is a fast food place so don't expect anything fancy. If you don't like deli meat there are other options but not many. The curly fries are really good and I love there triple chocolate cookie. In all the arbys I have ever been too the workers were friendly and helpful. They don't serve any alcoholic drinks. It is a good place to bring kids.

Went in today & tried their half pound roast beef combo. Half pound my rear end!!!! More like a quarter pound. They really skimped on the meat, and I didn't get any napkins (from the drive-thru). The only positive thing about my experience was that the girl at the drive-thru was really stacked.

There aren't many Arby's around anymore so when I see one, it catches my eye. I don't have high expectations, but the last time I had Arby's in Orillia, it was very good so I pulled in here during work and the staff were top level and quick. I decided to try the "double Montreal" sandwich and it was honestly very good. The bread was nice, good deli mustard, and the meat was virtually the same as a traditional deli. This is definitly a good location.

I never used to like Arby's, something always seemed off about their roast beef. I love roast beef, so I was really disappointed the last time I tried their food. This time, though, it was amazing. I have avoided Arby's for years because I didn't think I liked it. As it turns out, I'm not the only person that thought that they weren't good, years ago. I just talked to someone that said they went through a period where the quality didn't seem to be there which is right around the last time I tried them. Whatever happened then, the food now is great, and I can't wait to go back for a roast beef and cheddar.

Food is always great here, and staff is friendly. Only complaint is that drive thru is painfully slow most of the time. Even with only one car ahead of you, expect an 8 to 10 minute wait at times. Not sure what makes it so long sometimes. Other times it's only 3 to 4 but never less than that.

Cleanliness is good, service is friendly and a 7 out of 10 on how fast the food actually gets to you. Menu selection has a variety of items to choose from and overall quality is a 8 1/2 out of 10. My personal favourite is the traditional gyro with curly fries. A good place to eat if you want something quick but don't want to keep eating at the same fast food places.

Was passing by this location and decided to stop for dinner and my experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Due to a little mishap while ordering, the manager offered a discount on the entire order and gave me a couple extra chicken fingers. I wish I lived closer to this location because I would go there frequently. Great food and great customer service is hard to find nowadays!

Not the best place to go for a meal. Got a fish sandwich and asked for extra sauce, well on the way home I decided to pull over and check and as I thought there was no extra sauce. So I went back to let them know and fix it. When I got there I told the guy they didn't put extra sauce on and this guy says "I can give you extra on the side with a knife and you can put it on yourself" I was like wow, I told him NO you guys didn't do it and it's your job to do it so you guys can do it. The Arby’s restaurant is a nice place to sit down and eat after a hard day of work. If you wanted a really good chicken sandwich, then this is the place for you. They also have ham and beef sandwiches. I would recommend the Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich. Get it with fries and a mozzarella stick and it’s the best. Best fast food chicken sandwiches in town. Sometimes it can take a while. Their tables are clean maybe a few crumbs but the tables are clean. I would recommend this place.

We made a large order (40 sliders and 25 medium fries) in advance for a small wedding reception. The food was ready fresh off the stove. Staff was friendly and madevthemsekvea available. Despite the size of the order it took no longer than 10 minutes in and out. Food was great as well.

Love this place. Great for the whole family. I always order the original hold the red ranch. I dont even know what the ranch us but it's not for me. Curly fries are amazing my kids love them. Only four things on the kids menu but it was good enough for them

Wow i haven't had arby's since i was like 10 year's old i tried it a couple days ago and wow i love the they're crispy curly fries and oh my God they're cheese sauce with that is the best milkshake sandwiches are really good there I want to say it was a nice other option than McDonald's or Burger King

I haven’t been to Arby’s in quite a few years. However, decided to go there and grab some food with the family and all I can say is WOW! The girls there were so nice and friendly! I was really quite impressed as I haven’t encountered people this kind no matter what fast food place I’m at. The food was amazing and great portion!

I come here for lunch fairly regularly. Food is always quick and of decent quality. Decor in the building is very out of date, but it kind of adds to the character of the place. My only complaint, is the employees seem to have a severe lack of motivation. It doesnt effect service or quality of food, but they all look like unmotivated zombies just putting in there time. I would suggest the owners do more fun things to help on that front.

Arby's is a fast food restaurant that specializes in roast beef and chicken. The service is great and the staff are super welcoming and nice. If you're interested in grabbing a meal, I'd recommend the chicken Swiss burger with bacon and curly fries

Arby's have never failed I'm everything they do. Their new Orange Milkshake is a super hot and the taste is fantastic. I wonder why there aren't more Arby's around Ontario. The staff at this location are friendly and welcoming.

Very good Arby's!! Extremely generous with the roast beef, the past few years I've gone from a Regular to a Medium because it seemed their sizes got smaller. But this Medium was really filled up, I'm taking almost half as leftovers. My fiance got a Large and his was huge!! Wish there were still Arby's in Toronto!!!! Will be back for sure.

Been ordering for years... from 2004 to 2014 I moved away and moved back in 2017 since then I've been ordering about once a month... inconsist is the best word to describe my experience. I've had so many cold orders ... complained owner reimbursed me.... had so many orders wrong.... again today ordered a med beef and cheeder and was charged for one.. but only got a classic beef....i shouldn't have to analyse my order before I leave the drive through... never ordering from this location again. Im tired of going through the drive through having my order made wrong and having to drive back to have it remade... I don't have time for that

Really disappointed in our order today. The Jr. Ham and Swiss burgers had hardly any ham on them. This is my son’s favourite menu item and he noticed the skimpy portion right away. Also, our curly fries were mostly overcooked hard pieces instead of nice spirals of potato. I’m seriously thinking I may not go back.
