I have always been a fan of their beer,not because I'm local or I live 2 km away lol. But because they make quality products. Example, I'm drinking an in house only Double Double Dopple Bock. Coffee infused with great after tones of chocolate malty goodness! My favorite beer of the year so far from our local brews.

The online ordering and delivery time was great. Been loving the radlers. Just tried the watermelon and raspberry and once again Waterloo Brewing has given us the perfect balance of flavors adding more excellent brews to their lineup. Many years enjoying all their products without any disappointments. Keep up the awesome work WB and thank you for the great products and service.

The new taproom is a great place to grab some flights and tasty food. All their beers are on tap, along with seasonal and guest taps. Most of the menu incorporates their beers, but you need to get the nachos - caramelized lager onions are a must have on all nachos.

Great place for hanging out with friends! Core beers available but they also have specialty brews only available in the Taphouse. Currently have an English Ale with cranberry! Amazing! Good vegetarian options - love the veggie flatbread and the cheese panini! Coming back on Sunday for the $10 nachos!! ????

Nice beer. We got to try a few. Ordered some food and it was good too although the brie/flat bread was not what we expected. Maybe it needed more brie!! The pretzel was really nice with its beer dip!!! A must for sure. Our server seemed to be in a rush. We ordered some drinks and she would come to ask if we wanted to order food every 10 mins and then asked if we wanted more drinks while we were still less than half way our first. We ordered the rotating taps and asked her to bring them when we would finish the first drinks. She came right away with the taps so we had to drink them while we were also drinking our other drinks. Not sure what was going on there but she was certainly rushing

Heard a rumour they had a bad batch of Waterloo Dark and decided to can it anyways. Well I bought a can of something but it wasn't Waterloo Dark. Very disappointed they decide to can a bad run of their dark. It was brown, flat, and tastes only like malt. I guess the rumour is true. I won't be buying beer from them again. Must be bad ownership to make a decision like that! All that loyalty over the years drained down the sink.

Don’t get me wrong 5 stars for the beer, but we tried the restaurant last night (Valentines day) for the first time. Had a reservation at 7. We waited 20 minutes to be asked about drinks. We waited 56 minutes for our app which was just bruschetta Mind you, then another half hour for the meal which was just a sandwich and another 40 minutes for desert roughly. We had movie tickets after we had to beg for a refund for. We sat there over two hours for bruschetta, a sandwich, and a scoop of ice cream. While other tables were finishing and leaving and getting food in a timely manner. I’m super bummed out Val day plans were kinda ruined just sitting and waiting. They should stick to what they know. Not to mention the server was nice but kept touching my boyfriends back which was kinda weird. That was only when we saw her that is. Which was rarely. Won’t be going back to the restaurant portion✌???? Still love the brew though.

Great beer but terrible service. Employees were dismissive and a bit rude. Tried to sit down for one beer mid day on a weekday and we were turned away despite almost every table being available and the place being a ghost town. They should probably notify people they don’t accept walk ins. We decided to go over to the store area and the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Will probably take my business elsewhere next time.

My son-in-law introduced me to that gem and I have been there multiple times since. Well worth the drive from Milton! Be aware that their "Radler". especially filled in your own growler, is highly addictive - I was totally sold on Somersby until I met the "Radler"........my wife really loves their Chocolate flavored dark beer. For sure a Must See location!

We hosted a surprise party at Taphouse last night. Julie was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to reply, answered all our questions and made sure the night went without a hitch. Price: reasonable for branded and quality Waterloo Brewery stuff My experience: I love this little shop. I went to UW and discovered this from my friend in Kitchener after I left. I'm from Toronto but I try to make a stop when I come to Kitchener to grab some craft beers and sometimes pick up a gift. They always have cute gifts to get for people for example the Waterloo masks when the pandemic started. I've gotten the beer paddles as a gift, which were a hit. The gift shop is memorable, I know what else I want to get next time I visit.. Consistently positive service. Very friendly and happy with the service. Cheers ????

Not every selection available from website. Find it to be a small. I purchased a cup and beer gift bundle which was mislabeled I was told. Instead of offering me the price as labeled, they would not give me their mistake cost. I found out after I was still charged more. I paid 11.49 on something labeled 9.99. Maybe since it's such a small store you would be on proper pricing better.

I recommend the Tacos for lunch. Beer - all are good. Trust me. (I enjoy non-IPA). They also have great burgers , Schnitzel and kettle chips. Our waitress recommended a blue cheese ranch dip. Perfect.

I used to like the Waterloo but I find it sometimes gives me indigestion. I recently decided to switch back to Guinness, which is smoother and has never given me indigestion. If Waterloo changes their dark brew recipe I may be tempted to come back and give them a 2nd chance.

YES!!! So glad we made the sketchy drive yesterday, beat the weather & enjoyed a couple hours enjoying some brews & playing Uno. The staff we friendly & helpful. The place was spotless, even on a super snowy day (any snow/wetness tracked in was quickly looked after). Plenty of seating to be had & eventually the place filled in a bit. Wonderfully decorated! Super easy to get to with plenty of parking. Close to some key highlights that end of Kitchener. The shop, just to the side of the tap house, is well stocked & staffed with some lovely ladies. All in all it was a great experience & we can’t wait to go back in the spring/summer when they open their patio.

Such a great place and atmosphere! We had our wedding reception in November last year; although we could not host a big event due to Covid restrictions, we had the most amazing experience thanks to the lovely staff and fantastic food and brews! The place has a welcoming and cool decoration, the staff is knowledgeable and made our night one that we will never forget. Definitely recommend.

The setup of the place is nice. It is a nice building with a good atmosphere. The menu isn't very extensive and the food isn't very expensive but it isn't cheap either. They have both cans and draft available. Including one guest beer (in today's case it was Red Circle's raspberry sour, which was very nice). They were having these happy hour special prices on beer on the weekends starting at 3pm, what makes the already not expensive beer become even nicer priced (I'm not sure if it is always available or something seasonal). The kettle chips with onion dip were every nice, the dip was surprisingly light and fresh tasting. I didn't order the nacho chips because we weren't really hungry, but I saw some people ordering and they looked very good (and a large portion as well). The ice cream sandwich was delicious, two chocolate cookies with Waterloo dark and real vanilla ice cream in the middle. We ordered a couple special beers (beers not available on tap often) after having a flight, the chosen ones were the Raspberry Sour from Red Circle and a Salted Caramel Porter ,which we ended up getting a couple of cans in the bottle shop after. The experience ss a whole was nice and pleasant.

We just had dinner at the Waterloo Taphouse. The burger off the grill was absolutely amazing. One of the best burgers I’ve had at a restaurant. Service (Jessica and the manager)was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for dinner and drinks. Enjoy!

This is my new favorite destination for beers. I tried the Amber and Draft beers and they were delicious. Glad I went there when they had an offer of 48 beers (2 crates) for $100 - a great deal. The team is great here and answers your questions patiently. I would be looking forward to trying the Oktoberfest flavor.

Good pay, most of the employees are friendly, and good perks to the job, some socialization, some training, some supervision, definitely a team environment and makes you feel a part of something big. On the bad side sometimes long or varying hours, lack of training, lack of help or supervision, some people, minimal socialization, abundant cleaning, parking, ancient machinery, and certain things around the whole company.....without cause.

Absolutely love their products, especially the Waterloo Grapefruit Radler. I have yet to find a better summer drink but for those looking for a traditional beer I highly recommend the Waterloo Dark. Not usually, a fan of darks beers but this is remarkably light tasting and easy to pair with food.

haven’t had the opportunity to check out this place yet but i’m not sure i will be. nearly got into an accident by one of their representative driving a company vehicle when he was at fault yet still decided to give me the finger and yell at me, doesn’t end there, he then decided to follow me close behind (if i would have tapped the breaks he would have 100% hit me) and continue to throw the middle finger in the air (continuing to show his intelligence) and mouthing off. sorry for the one star, i’m sure it’s a great place.

We had just moved to kitchener and as the patios finally opened, my wife and I decided to go to the waterloo brewery for our 5th anniversary. It was by far the most fantastic experience and food we have ever had and the drinks were out of this world amazing! I will with out a doubt highly recommend visiting. Ask for Randy, by far the most amazing waitress we've ever had! She definitely made our night feel absolutely special!!

Tonight we had reservations for 12 to have dinner at Boston pizza and enjoy the comedy show at yuk yuks. When myself and my friend celina who had made the reservation arrived at 630 they said they couldn't accomodate our reservation. So we said we can wait for a table if that means we could eat there and they flat out turned us away. We ended up at waterloo brewery across the street which our server, Miranda, was awesome and so patient! I guess this is why nobody wants to go to Boston pizza anymore. It's really sad that you didn't want to make money, your customer service is so subpar I rated you a one star because there was nothing lower. So waterloo brewery benefited from our bad situation, and you definitely accomodated us properly. You guys rock and our food was amazing!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my nachos!

First time here wasn't the best. Waited about 15 min to get a drink, and then sat another 35 minutes. Our waiter did not return. We decided to leave and waited up front to pay. Another waitress offered to cover our drinks, but i refused and paid. Thanks, but no thanks, will not be returning ????
