The food here is delicious - I had the Thai Tanic wrap and it happily surprised me. I was expecting average and it was utterly delicious. Service was a little slow but generally polite. Definitely going to eat here again.

It was gross. I got a chicken and rice wrap. I am I first time customers here. Anyway while eating almost swallowed a chicken bone choked and puked. Why was there a bone in there it was bad. Im calling the food safe people. It was messed up

Would be great for them to stop posting the dates that their open, if they indeed won't be open on that said day. Have gone down numerous times, with them saying that's when they will be open. To no surprise that again it is not. And refuses to update any of their hours of operation

I've been eating here for years, but in the last year 90 percent of the time I order, my order is wrong, no shrimp when payed for, no sauce, wrong cheese, wrong veg or wrong sauce...I'm not impressed. The lack of attention to getting a simple job done is rediculous.

Big wrap zone guy just had a lame experience at this location. I ordered the seasonal turkey wrap and I got about a third through it before I realized they forgot the cranberry sauce. It was so dry without it so I had to do something about it. Not a big deal. I asked for the wrap to be remade and he wouldnt do it because so had eaten a third of it. Offered me a side of it but sorry Im not gonna dip my wrap in cranberry sauce just wanted the wrap I paid for. Anyways he wouldn't remake it, like I was trying to cheat the system by eating a third of a wrap and getting another made. Bro, just remake the wrap it's not a big deal. People just want it the way it says on the menu I wasn't asking for much.

I love that this locating offers gluten free options! Loving their Veggie Lovers wraps. I hope more WrapZones follow the Okanagan's example and offer allergy-friendly wraps.

I love one of the wraps there but, I wish I could just make it myself so it's not squashed and broken into pieces by the time they finish "assembling" it. It's fast food and its young kids working there so I don't expect much more than what I got in the way of service.

I just tried the new cauliflower rice in my fave wrap the thai tanic. LOVED it was so good and couldn't even tell the difference between it and the reg rice I usually eat. Will be going there more often!!!

I've been here many times with 0 issues. Tried most of the wraps and they never have an issue with me making substitutions amungst ingredients (usually sub kale for rice). Smoothies are delicious as well.

This location lacks quality and cleanliness. I usually go to the Kelowna locations and always been happy with the food. Stopped at the Vernon location recently and the rice bowl had stale or old veggies, the rice was not cooked and hard. The female employee who worked the till had rather unhealthy looking, long yellow finger nails. Wont be back to this location.

Paid 11$ for a warm and mushy ceasar salad wrap there today. Felt like a big waste of money as I couldn't even eat the whole thing. Gross.

I love WrapZone and go there at least a few times a month the food is normally yummy and the service is always great. But lately when i have been coming in there has been one girl by the name of Taylor who always looks like she is off in another world and I don't mean just zoning out i am pretty sure she is taking something. The one day i went in the service was extremely slow and not in normal way slow like to many people, it was slow because Taylor was making the wraps and she looked like she was doped up and rocking back and forth while standing there and making food with her eyes half closed, she looked like she was having troubles putting the food on the wrap she was missing the plate and spilling on the counter.

I have had wrap zone once before in kelowna and LOVED IT. so I decided to try the one in vernon. I found not one but TWO pieces of short blonde hair in my rice bowl. it also dosent help that I asked for NO protein but ended up finding a few pieces of chicken in my bowl. so sick I had to throw it away.
