A plusieurs reprises la sœur du gérant m’as encaissé, jamais un sourir, jamais de bonjour, ni au revoir ni merci. C’est une dame extrêmement désagréable et c’est vraiment dommage car elle donne une mauvaise image à la boutique au point où je me suis juré de ne plus mettre les pieds là-bas . Quand on est en contacte avec le client la moindre des choses c’est de lui dire bonjour. Quand on lui pose des questions on a l’impression qu’on l’embête, j’y était aujourd’hui et après m’avoir encaissé elle a posé mon ticket sur le contoir et a quitté la caisse sans même me regarder, sans dire merci ni au revoir!
