So I went to go fill up my gas tank one morning before I go for a trip to Edmonton to see family. I fill up my tank go inside and proceed to the counter. The man at the front about 40 to 50 years old, very miserable looking, stand-offish guy(No offence to anyonebut his most defining characteristic was a lazy eye and thick glasses) behind the till puts my payment through to the debit machine which I have a little bit off trouble getting my chip to work. The guy grabs the machine out of my hands very rudely to which I tell him please "do not put your hands on me", because he touched my hand in the process. He then tells me that maybe I "Should learn how to use a goddamn debit machine"! I was outraged so of course we had an altercation and some words. The man then decides he's gonna pretend to take a picture of my car and then hits my car with his hand (no damage). I personally think this man is tarnishing the extra foods name, and should be replaced immediately. He is crazy, very unstable and myself and a few of my friends will refuse to go there now.

Pretty basic as far as Extra Foods goes, almost nothing allergen-free compared to other similar locations. Still the best prices in town for stable goods, though.

Friendly staff. Everything is clearly labeled in the aisles and easy to find. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering any questions you may have about over the counter prescriptions.

Asked them to put a donation box somewhere. They said they'd get someone on it. Came back a week later to check. The box was still where I had set it down....empty????. I'd have thought they would have given more attention to a non profit organization that helps animals, and I'd have thought wrong. Wow. I was just there for a business trip...one night. We decided to stop for our groceries on the way home...we live 140km from St Paul.... as the next large grocery store for us is 20km farther then home. It is super expensive. We shop No Frills in Fort Saskatchewan...same company. If we lived in St Paul we wouldn't be able to afford to shop there every week.

Meh - They took the arrows off the floors so everyone is all up on everyone's else's space with no masks or care for courtesy for those wearing them. Cashiers are great - kind and understanding so it seems. The floor staff could use some work. Produce is always bist putting out new product with is great but finding a grocer for help looking for items - isn't so great. We usually run in grab an item or 2 and run out again. No big shops in awhile.

Fantastic store, probably 70% or more cheaper than bulk stores like Walmart etc. Awesome sales, amazing variety and fun merch Friendly, efficient and fast (but not rushed) staff, so we'll trained. However. I believe that they should have more leeway if something is really wrong with a product than only being about to do a max of 10% off on things. For example the almost completely dead plant I bought. Besides that I have only been twice but that store is amazing. With very unique and various foods and products like make up and a full Pharmacist manned(or wommanned,lol) pharmacy! Oh and the great prices gas station in the parking lot.

No one picks up the call in customer service.and rain check policy is not gud. If something is on sale and limit is 4 and it's out of stock they only give rain check for 2.it should be the limit of that item and also they stopped keeping Indian and Asian food which is not good as this was the only store and v used to love shopping there. Managers should be taking care of this issue but ride along the breeze. Bathrooms are easy to access if needed.
