The customer service employees weren't helpful the selection of fruit was horrible and had to go somewhere else to get what I needed since Sobeys didn't have it. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because 1 employee Sharon went out of her way to try and help when none of the other employees could even say hello when I tried to speak with them. Sobeys should thank Sharon for being the only good employee or thing in that location this time around .

This location has quickly gone down hill. They are constantly out of stock of items, staff are now disengaged and they keep moving things around so you cannot find them. It’s hard to believe that my once favourite place to shop is quickly becoming my least favourite place to shop. I went in to find strawberries and blueberries and all they had was organic. After searching for 10 minutes to find someone to ask I found out that the regular produce was mixed in with the organic produce. Whose brain child was that? I am quickly considering going to somewhere else.

It feels like a maze when you enter. The milk and such are at the forced furthest point in the store. Hours suck too, used to be 24x7 and more local. Prices are not competitive either. Produce is on par with no name stores. What else can I say. Not pleased.

I used to spend $1000s here till the cashiers became abusive over mask protocol. One refused to check out my groceries and I had to move them to another conveyor. The cashier there stood back 15 feet like I was carrying the plague. I now shop at much better priced stores and save lots of money as a result. I like Sobeys and the variety for vegans/vegetarians us amongst the best in town, but it's becoming frustrating when checking my receipts afterwards to see so many errors. It normally has to do with a sale tag in store but rarely comes to fruition upon checking out. Absolute consistency would be nice. Cashier staff is always helpful and friendly, but I as a consumer usually dread the "follow-up" when a mistake is pointed out as it slows down the line and garners attention from all who are in the vicinity. Today may have been the final straw with regard to my business, but I do appreciate the consistent kindness from the staff at checkout hence the 3 stars.

I was at Stratford Sobeys today such a big store it's beautiful they have everything. I forgot to tell the cashier lovely lady Ellen and she was on the express desk I forgot to give her my shop the block coupon l went to the car unloaded my groceries came back in and explained it to her and she added my 15 miles on for me without a complaint she was the nicest cashier I think I've ever met she is worth the drive to Stratford for everything is so fresh they're the meat oh I just ate steak I will drive there to buy my meat it's worth the 40-minute drive there and back.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice products but I always feel like it's a strange selecting. This is the most expensive grocery in the and the price doesn't reflect better produce, baked goods or anything else. Way too much plastic, completely understand plastic on the produce and the bulk section is anemic. While I say strange, I can always find something interesting here I can't find anywhere else, just not sure if I need it. Like how many dyed turquoise or rainbow orchids do you need? The most annoying thing are the signs over the aisles. For some reason one side is always different than the other so if you're trying to find something it forces you to go out of your way to see if what you want is on the other sign. A personal pet peeve is I always get shocked when I use a grocery cart here. Makes me feel like a not particularly smart mouse who isn't learning to just shop somewhere else.
