This is a locally owned store, affiliated with Superstore. You have the advantage of Superstore sales with big box store. The staff are great and willing to help. They also have their sales at times. Just an all round great store.

This is a last resort place to shop. Canned goods are fine but the meat is almost always past the sell by date either that or they don’t have the flyer items. The produce also leaves a bit to be desired. Cashiers are great. But if you want fresh food and you can’t get to a larger store head to the co-op in Pugwash.

Decent selection, but they have next to nothing for babies or toddler necessities. As usual a grocery store in a small town.. the prices are jacked way up, but they occasionally have some good sales.

No worse than any other small town store for products but good help is hard to find... Came in at 5:45pm for some food and the kitchen staff were already done cooking, had no wedges left and refused to cook more.. Not even 6pm is pretty sad I must say..
