There are so many stores inside the Simcoe Town Centre. The ones we is most that are worth noting are the Giant Tiger, Bubbles Laundromat and Food Basics. The Bubbles Laundromat is so amazing the washers and dryers work so well and it is the only laundromat in Simcoe that when you want cold water for your wash your clothes come out cold, all the other laundromat in Simcoe they come out hot...figure that one out. And I'm so picky to use cold water because it lifts stains. Giant Tiger has such an amazing clothing boutique...Amazing!!! Food Basics always has great deals and the store is laid out great and the service is quick and good

Nice, quaint. Not all the places look filled up and some areas appear to be in construction. The Giant Tiger entrance from outside tells you to go into the mall instead but then you have to go around and try to find it because it's hidden back. Kinda confusing. Though an interesting mix of shops and small little food court area. I really liked that they had a play zone for children though. Parent monitored but super cool looking

Went there shopping.. And yikes this place is empty! It had been my first time going to this mall or if it's even considered a mall? Had a bad feeling walking into the mall. The store that caught my eye was the coles book store. Never will I go back after reading these other reviews about the cafeteria and the restrooms. Nope.. If your considering going to this mall do not be suprised when the store you were coming to shop in is closed.

Easily the most affordable grocery store in town, and with the recent renovations, it looks really nice now as well. I feel like there's been a dramatic improvement to produce, but being a "discount" grocer, it can still be hit or miss. No deli or meat counter (they do have an isle of refrigerated shelves with meat though). The other anchor tenant in this mall is Giant Tiger, and although there are other stores in the mall, it has always suffered from high vacancy rates, so you'll see a lot of empty storefronts.

I would not come here on weekends it's too busy can barely navigate around the store due to the cramped aisles. I found this store also had limited stock sometimes compared to other stores but if you can make it here during the week it's a no nonsense store and they do have the staples .

More then it looks like from outside. Bell store, Ardene's and Lavish Nails was great. Food Basics and Giant Tiger are the 2 big stores from outside, both have great discount prices on food and Giant Tiger has some nice clothing and home decor items.

This is a very popular place. I went here on a Friday night and this is where the Farm Workers from the islands do most of their shopping and meet up with friends. Seems like a safe place with lots and lots of men from the farm. The store was closed by the time we arrived so I couldn't compare the food prices. I would go back to visit in the day time...????????

Not much in this "Town Center" although my major attraction is Coles Book Store. Coles is worth the visit with great staff and selection. You'll also find a few gift shops that come and go - these can be intriguing during the holiday season. A big but messy Giant Tiger and perhaps a grocery store also - neither of which are stellar.

This is a sad excuse of a mall. Most of the stores within are no longer there and have been empty for a long time. Food court stinks like cigarette smoke. Only thing that is worth going here for are the cheap groceries at Giant Tiger and Food Basics.

This mall has very little selection left but enough stores to get you a small selection. Just don't shop at reitmans I had a bad experience when I took my daughter in for a dress for a Christmas party and I will not go back. Giant tiger has a decent selection which is also still here at the mall. Ardenes is another one of my faves to shop at because they always have some of the cutest stuff.

I like it. It good for variety. Although I don't think it's the best in prices. Yes they have some good deals but even the dollar store can be pricey compared to others. It is beautiful honestly one of the most perfectly lit malls out there. Not too bright not too dark. But like I'm saying friendly people there, just the prices arent the best. I suggest food basics if you're grocery shopping.

The store owners are good in this mall but the management and owners are terrible. The washrooms have stainless steel backplates behind the urinals that easily haven't been cleaned in over a year. Management...owners should be ashamed to operate a public mall in this disgusting way!!!! They did a nice job renovating the washrooms and I had hopes the mall was changing to a more professionally managed place. Now I see the new work quickly degrading due to poor cleaning still disgusting

It is a small town shopping centre going through some transition. Lots of vacant space available. Grocery store, Giant tiger and a dollar store as well as a small food court area.
