I ask a million questions and she is always so open and eager to answer them all and explains everything so I can understand. This spot is the best health food store in Norfolk by far! I know from my personal experience that sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming walking into a health food store with so many different supplements and foods and not knowing what they are for or what I should be buying but at Living Holistic the owner Cassandra is SUPER friendly and extremely knowledgable about nutrition and knows her products very well. She will take her time to answer your questions thoroughly and fully explain things to you while suggesting different options. Her customer service is extremely good in a world where it seems hard to come by these days. If they do not have what you are looking for it's very likely that Cassandra can order it in as she is always adding new products to her big variety of products. 100% recommend!!
