Not impressed with this business. Ordered (online) a "deluxe" $70 bouquet for delivery, what was received was half the size of bouquet advertised. Delivery service (a day later than requested) was equally disappointing, as was the attitude of the King's employee toward the recipient when calling to confirm delivery. The single star in this review is solely for the freshness of the bouquet. Spent just under $100 (including taxes, delivery) for a $30 grocery store bouquet, very disappointed! Will definitely not be surprising anyone with flowers from King's ever again, since customer service not a priority with them.

Today June 22nd 2018 I visited Kings Flower shop in Simcoe to purchase some flowers for my front garden. I ended up spending only $30 which is half as much as I budgeted for because they had a great sale on. The lady who served me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and as I pulled away in my truck with my purchases, she waved to me goodbye. Now that may sound trivial but to me it adds to the overall experience which was an excellent one.

We stopped in to buy a tree. We had a gift certificate for Kings from some friends. We walked around for a few minutes and it was like no one worked there. No one bothered to ask us anything . We found a suitable tree and went inside. The lady was quite pleasant and said, "Oh I can cash you out outside there," as my husband was carrying the tree inside for us to pay for it. The tree was okay once we got it home and watered it. I would visit there again. perhaps the Spring season will bring better service and inventory experience. To be fair though, the lack of service and stock... was possibly due to the time of year as the seasons end was eminent.

I asked for a contemporary flower arrangement for a funeral. They did an amazing job!!! The flowers were beautiful and didn't have a "funeral" look. Will definitely do business with them again.

Great little flower shop, but honestly, they've got to do something about the pot holes at the start of their driveway. There is litetally no way to avoid them.

I work in Texas while my mother and sister live in Simcoe. I discovered this floral shop online and have ordered flowers for Mom and my sister for several years now, for birthdays, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day. The staff at the assisted-living facility take photos of the arrangements delivered to my mother, and my sister sends photos of what she receives as well, and they are exactly as shown online - often better. Completely worth the joy & happiness Mom & sis experience! Thank you, King's Flower and Garden, for doing such a fabulous job! (Note: the chocolates & stuffed animal arrangement for my sister's birthday included items of higher value than what I expected. Extremely pleased!)

Although, made a purchase here to support a local vendor, the lady that helped us was not friendly or forthcoming with assistance. Prices are very high. Good selection of garden nic-nak items. We may give it one more try.
