And finally I left with cheese curds which had just spent a few days on an unrefrigerated counter when usually this cheese is fresh daily. I realized it when I got home. Huge disappointment. Et finalement je suis repartie avec du fromage en grains qui venait de passer quelques jours sur un comptoir non réfrigéré alors qu'habituellement, ce fromage est frais du jour. Je m'en suis rendu compte une fois arrivée à la maison. Énorme déception.
