(Translated) Very poor service at the Sept-Îles store, especially if you have a problem with your purchase! There is a little lady who will not tell you everything about what you are going to buy. I lost 1 stone on a ring at the same time 2 days of use after repair not even 24 hours after 3 stones fell, I returned it to the head office in Montreal for examination and all he found to tell me is that it's my fault, that it arrived all wrong, well yes of course !!! Avoid at all costs !!! There are much better stores with better service than this jewelry chain ... Go see town square;) (Original) Très mauvais service au magasin de Sept-Îles, surtout si vous avez un problème avec votre achat ! Il y a une petite madame qui ne vous diras pas tout sur ce que vous allez acheter. J’ai perdu 1 pierre sur un bague en même pas 2jours d’utilisation après réparation même pas 24h après 3 pierres sont tombées, je l’a renvoie au bureau chef à Montréal pour examination et tout ce qu’il a trouvé à me dire c’est que c’est ma faute, qu’elle est arrivé toute croche, ben oui bien sûr !!! A éviter à tout prix !!! Il y a des magasins bien mieux et avec un meilleur service que cette chaîne de bijouterie... Allez voir place de ville ;)
