Groceries are of good quality, but the parking is horrible. Very bad drivers who clearly don't know how to follow the rules of the road. My car got scratched twice before of these incompetent drivers, and it's nearly impossible to find parking space, especially on Saturdays. Heard about this place from one my friends. First I was hesitant to go here and buy meat or fish cuz I wasn't sure if they will give good quality products until o once earthen my friend for me some meat from there . Ever since then I travel All three way from Whitby to this store to get meat and fish,. So far the best ???? goat meat that your can buy compared to other Indian:Sri Lankan stores. Also their rates are much cheaper than they other stores that sell the same. They do also sell fresh fish even though there ain't much varieties. You can always find king fish prawns and salmon here.

The store is g8 but the staff are really careless ,Yesterday at 3:15 pm I had gone to yal and got dal,Chana and one mehendi.After paid when I check my things outside there was a mistake like they didn’t put my mehendi on .afterward I told to the cashier but the cashier asked me to bring my stroller to check the things , I told her to check in the camera but she didn’t listen to me .. why u guys put your camera on if it’s not in use ???Because of her stupidity I have to wait so long to check my baby stroller n I didn’t get a time to pick my son from school and one of my small daughter feel not comfortable inside in the crowd , it’s only 3 dollar of mehendi , if the staff was polite I let it go because sometimes it’s happen but it’s their fault and show me her attitude it’s not ok ..but later on one of the man solve all the problem after checking the camera , your staff is stupid , no sense of humour , loss my time to check all my things like I m a liar omg !! They really hurt my feelings ..

We went today July 28, 2019 at the Yall Market with my family to buy the small dry fish, just noticed: 1) customer service ( cashier) poor, look like impolite 2) washrooms dirty 3) None enough space 4) cashier told me: they don’t accept Visa card, only Debit card. But my card was debit but visa. Look to me, they need more information about different types of debit card.

He was very helpful and friendly and willing. I really felt welcomed. Fish market also has good staff. Friendly. I asked few questions about different varieties of fish on display. They answered promptly. I felt welcomed there too. Check out was not so great. Not so friendly. Typical Sri Lankan attitude. My review is only based on my today's visit. On last visit it was a great experience at check out. So it depends on the cashier who you go to...

Average east west Indian Sri Lankan supermarket. Literally has all you need with fresh fish and meat section. South Indian spices in big sacks you can get any amount you want. Its 50 g or 10 kg. Vegetables are always fresh and stocked all the time. Price is fairly low compare to other supermarkets. Have enough parking in the front and back of the store. Just some of the isles are very narrow and cashier check out counter is very confusing of your not a regular customer.
