This Fruit Store is included in the category of Grocery store.
Unlike the new NoFrills, this location is Very Spacious (inside store and parking lot) and Still use $0.25 for the cart! :)
Great store, great owner with a lovely wife who cares about customers.
Best no frills I have ever seen ! Very organized, Very clean and shelves are well stocked.
My wife does the shopping and she find good prices and products as advertised and cheaper than other local supermarkets!
Probably my new favorite place to stop and shop after work. Really nice staff and the store is always clean, not too busy during off hours.
Always convenient when the store is next door
Larger No Frills store with all your grocery needs. Large parking lot. Cashier's are quick, so no long lines.
The produce is generally fresh, good selection of meats, and ample parking.
Good produce selection and wide variety of products, as would be expected of a No Frills.
Yes yes yes to this No Frills! They consistently stock plenty of their specials and have a great produce section. With a family that includes a household of hungry teens, this place helps stretch our dollar with quality, affordable products. And, excellent staff who are willing to help - fast at the checkout and willing to check the back for extra product when required.
Can be crowded at times and they don’t open enough checkouts. Good selection. Good prices on most things though I find that a competitor nearby by beats them in the prices for cheese - by a pretty big margin and it’s been the case for years
Best produce around. Beats the higher end stores for freshness!!
No frills are always cool, cheap with great quality
The cleanest and most organized NoFrills I've ever seen. It's like a yellow wholefoods...almost. I love Wholefoods.
The problem is the low quality people that go to this store from other neighbourhoods. The parking lot is often bad. It has limited hours. The workers are probably doing their best but I've heard stories of them being threatened by customers. It's the store of last resort. I'd welcome higher prices if it got rid of the some of the losers this store attracts.
My favorite No Frills. Dont like to any other place. Clean and never over crowded.
The store is very clean, ompared to other no frills. The quality of the fruits and vegetables are great.
Very nice and well organized stor
Great selection of goods, clean and helpful staff.
Nice place to shop , less crowded as compared to other nofrills, friendly staff
Very clean store Friendly and helpful staff Lots of variety to choose from
Doesn't price match superstore or shoppers drug Mart even thought they are under the Loblaws banner and within same geographical area. I'll be shopping at the other no frills that does
One of the best no frills experiences. Massive selection of fresh items at unbeatable prices. No better grocery store in this neighborhood.
Huge and very nice no frills, fruits and vegetables very well distributed
Too long line-ups for how busy the store is
Big bright and clean location. Everything is well stocked. We will be visiting again from Oshawa, thank you.
Rumi Isles fresh produce clean store Friendly staff couldn't ask for more they always have everything that's on the special sometimes longer than the special and still on special
Was a nice visit, but need a better fruit selection.
Fairly close to home with lots of parking and reasonable prices. Clean and organized. Certainly one of the better places to shop your groceries in Pickering.
Not too busy and pretty clean best of all is the health food section which I've never seen in any no frills
Prices are good and quality is good in fruit and vegetables. Staff are always very helpful.
It's your every day no frills but the trolleys were extremely worn out and rusted. Felt unsafe to use them.
Great local spot with friendly staff and good covid safe set up.
Great store to buy produce. I would never buy meat here and prefer to buy at Metro or Costco. The store is clean & organized and cashiers are quick. Update: They recently added a Health Food Section which is really great. Saves me a trip to Loblaws. Prices are the same as Loblaws and Superstore.
Good place for grocery and the staff is super friendly and you also get great experience all time you go.????????
Always open during stormy weather when you have to go out and get a few things...even when others are closed due to road and visibility hazards
I love this store...things are welll organized and very tidy place ,,,ambience of this store is very quite you will get everything you need,,,even beers????staff is very co-operative as well as owners mike and lori bell are so cool i will visit this store again and again thsi place deserves 5 stars
Everything we need on a weekly basis and the PC Mastercard / PC Plus at check out is a single tap unlike some No Frills locations where they make you double tap.
One of the better No Frills locations in the GTA. It's well maintained, stocked and clean compared to other locations
I used to love this no frills but since ownership changed I feel the new owners don't order enough stock so when you go in they never seen to have it. Sometimes I go multiple times a week to get an item and they just never have it. The one that drives me crazy is bagels specifically no name plain bagels. They used to always have hardly ever was missing but since new ownership rarely there. I actually called the store on monday because they hadnt had any since since ad started. Spoke to someone and they said oh i think theres a problem ordering them or theres a shortage. He said no we still dont have a delivery. So i decided to go to the morningside and Lawrence one and wow the store was stocked with everything. The bagel shelf stocked with all kinds of bagels tons of plain as well as a few other displays of plain bagels. So there is no shortage of supply its that dave & charlottes dont order enough clearly seeing that they need to place larger orders. Not sure if this is how they run their other no frills store. Start ordering enough stock for your customers.
Ownership changed and this location is just fine. Good produce, pre-packed meats No Frills is known for and concrete floor. Much better run than in the past. I am changing my rating to be fair to the new owners:)
They have worsened the shopping experience with the way they manage self checkout. Now it gets 3 stars because it's No Frills, where you can always get good prices. But this store in particular has a problem with the self checkouts. First they had a single line in the middle of the pandemic with people who wanted a cashier holding up the front of the line and you were not allowed to skip ahead to self checkout. Now they have restricted self checkouts to only those with a hand basket. Absolutely ridiculous! They might as well just take them out and hire a few more cashiers.
This by far is got to be the best no frills I have ever come across there is such a great selection of everything so clean plenty of staff on hand and everyone seems so friendly I was amazed at the selection the fruits and vegetables and of all the meats great job
Lines are consistently long and slow. Open some more registers please.
Fruit leaves much to be desired. Everything else is ok. They don't price match shoppers drug Mart, but Superstore does. Go figure.
Clean and well stocked usually. Parking lot can be an adventurous
Nasty staff. They lack basic courtesy towards their customers. Prison guards have more decorum than the employees that work there.
Good grocery store. Prices reasonable and staff always friendly and helpful.
Very nice No Frills
My go to No Frills even though it's not my closest one. It's never packed in there and the layout is really good. And the fact that it has a self checkout makes it even better if there's a long line
Always a good shopping experience...friendly staff...good selection and prices.
Like it when less crowded. Also noticed more students work opportunity then other locations
I do most of my grocery shopping here.
This is a very nice and clean No Frills. The staff is friendly and they have almost everything you'd need on a daily basis.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The aisles are well organized with good quality foods and the prices are great!
I prefer this location versus the Pickering one.
Usually a decent experience. Until today while my wife was unintentionally standing in the express aisle and the staff berated her for it. "Excuse me, (dripping with attitude) in case you didn't get the message! This is the express lane". New born baby at home and end of the working day. So sad to hear how some (Im sure it's an isolated event) staff single out the average customer.
Great place to pick up weekly groceries. Clean, well stocked/organized and low prices.
Always good produce, they provide different options and have an aisle dedicated to healthier food options.
Well organized grocery store, lots of weekly specials.
Comparatively cheaper groceries and helpful staff.
GOOD PLACE TO GRAB GROCERIES ,WILL PREFER IF YOU LIVING IN EAST OF MEADOWALE AND SHEPPARD .....OF COURSE GOOD FOR FOLKS LIVING IN PORT UNION.
My favorite No-Frills, I go out of my way to go here. Not only are the staff great here the other customers are not as pushy as other stores. Must be the area.
This is the best No Frills location I have been to in Toronto. Even on their busiest days it's not nearly as busy as the don mills and finch location. This location is up to day on the inside and has a much bigger produce section than normal stores. Also impressed with the layout of the freezers. Very easy to find everything I was looking for. One drawback that took a star off was from the line of shopping carts spilling out of the cart shed and completely shutting down the portion of the driveway. That wasn't the best for first impressions given the cart shed a couple rows down only had 5 or 6 carts in it.
Good selection. Parking could be a bit difficult. Last year a woman was backing up her car and hit my car. It's not the best place to find parking.
Beat No Frills in the Province! Have everything we need even a wide selection of organic options. Great prices and awesome service!
Always great to Shop here. Very helpful and courteous staff. Love this store and we gave . Pharmacy is great with 2 very good Pharmacists, always there to answer any questions. Made it our default store for for our grocery needs :-)
This store has to be one of the best grocery stores I've been too!! It's super clean and it's never overly busy!! Definitely better than any store in Scarborough lool ????????. The customer service is on point ???????????????????????? I actually enjoy coming here !!
They have changed the layout which has given the shopping experience a nice flow. Nice organic isle and the cash out is quick.
One of the better No Frills to shop for groceries. Too bad they don't carry the Nescafe Espresso.
Clean store, friendly staff. Try and shop mid week for easier shopping( not as busy )
Buggies were sanitized, fruits and vegetables fresh and great custom service
It is a good-sized store. Not too big and the prices are fair and on par with most of the No Frill locations. I went during covid-19 and they are using the single line method which is working very well at this location.
One of the better No frills I've been to. Been coming here for years.
Just grade Quality produce products Available Here.. Ontime when they give Offers buy & save the ????
Went there for the first time since the pandemic. Although this is my favourite No Frills, I don't think I'll be going back. They expect you to put in a quarter for your buggy AND they charge for bags. No other store charges for bags or for the use of buggies during this time due to concern about potentially spreading the COVID-19 virus.
First things first: if you work in a customer service role, you should portray certain attributes or at least pretend you care about the customers. I just spent the last 8mins looking for gluten free baked products where i asked at least 3 people who gave various versions of the same response of the general area. Excuse me if i was mislead to believe that grocery staff is there to assist with finding items that I can not locate. After having located some products from searching ourselves, we then proceed to checkout where we were met with another poor example of customer service. The cashier was as obnoxious and had her back turned to us the entire time. The attitude given when asked a question was uncalled for. The two stars given are really based on cleanliness of your store as customer service severely lacking. This is prime example of why we continue to shop at competitors such as Metro & Real Canadian though the locations are a bit further.
Great food variety and fast cash out. Least busy time to go is an hour or so before closing on weekends when it Iess busy. During the week early mornings and up to 3pm are the times when its least crowded. During the busy times parking can be a challenge due to the relatively small parking lot.
I have shopped here every week since COVID 19 put us all at home. I have thanked every employee for coming to work. I wear a mask and I follow the arrows. I was impressed by the procedures to keep us all safe which is why I have almost exclusively shopped there. Today was different. Very few staff on the floor were wearing masks and even less practiced physical distancing. A couple of young women employees were chatting almost shoulder to shoulder and passed almost brushing my arm. Not one employee paid attention to where anyone else was when walking through the store. With the increased cases of COVID 19 in grocery stores, this store needs to do better.
Nice and clean. Great produce. Nice having a pharmacy in store. Found the florals expensive.
Their avocados go bad quickly or aren't even close to being ripe. It's certainly not your biggest no frills. Cashiers are pretty friendly. The floor workers are helpful. Overall it's okay.
Great for groceries, just recently added beer and alcohol available for purchase which is nice and convenient.
Probably one of the more organized No Frills in Scarborough with friendly cashiers. I tend to find more things here than any other so they're definitely well stocked. Produce is always very fresh and constantly restocked.
It's a great store but if your disabled it's not fun, you have your disability and Express line is the same customers constantly arguing with me and the cashiers never say anything
Excellent, taking good covid precautions, and has a self checkout for minimal human contact :)
This is a good No Frills location. They have sales items in stock and they have an appropriate number of cashier aisles open based on how busy it is. They also have a price match so you just show them the flyer and you can get the lower price without having to go to several different stores.
I find the entrance to this store to.be "TOO BUSY" the produce is practically right under foot as you try to enter the store. It needs more space so multiple people can enter the store and look at the produce, which is usually very good. Long weekends, they run out of good produce and slim pickings are left behind. Also need more space for cashier line ups. Lines tend to bend around and nobody knows which line they are in after a while.
There are 3 No Frill stores closer that I could shop at but this store is worth the extra time to drive to. Produce is always good, store is clean and stocked, employees are friendly and helpful unlike other places these people will take a moment to help you willingly without attitude. Not a lot of people from an apartment next door rather shopping here rather people that have to drive shop here so it's not crazy busy, just busy because people choose to go there.
Shelves not stocked well, produce selection picked over. No thrills.
Went during week so no lineup. Felt comfortable cart handle wiped by staff as customer returned to stall, offered hand cleaner at door.
Stuff's pretty cheap, staff are way more helpful than others no frills I've been to. Has beer. Best budget grocer.
Clean, nice staff and great produce!
Great collection. Cheaper price compared to other stores, i.e. Metro
Great local grocery store. Friendly staff. Sebastian in produce goes above and beyond to please his customers.
Great No Frills location that is generally well stocked for sales, clean and easy to access from my house.
My favourite NoFrills, though lines can be long due to COVID-19 at times. The selection is good, and seems to sell to the local demographic very well. I've been to other NoFrills and they just aren't the same as this one. This one just feels cleaner, safer, and not as sketchy as other ones I've been to.
I Love This Store! The produce, variety, safety and quality are fantastic! a person is at the door to sanitize hands & count people. The PC Express feature is AMAZING! Not only getting the groceries loaded into your trunk, during Covid, but a phone call to advise of possible substitions on the items that they are out of. Staff are super lovely! Fantastic store!
Good for grocery shopping, Halal meat available and Halal frozen options available as well.
Since moving to the neighborhood, this is my go to No Frills because it's clean and organized. The cashiers are really wonderful people and now they even have self check outs, sweet!!
The store was clean and well stocked
The new owners are rude and have zero customer service skills. Staff is disappearing for a reason. And the local Facebook groups have very few nice things to say about the location since the change. They need to start taking this pandemic more seriously when it comes to the number of people in the store before they get themselves shut down.
Used to be great, 5 stars. Recently it's not as clean, produce is terrible (often rotting), have had many milk bags leaking, and the selection of products is not as good anymore. Also very annoying that they removed a cart return and so there is only 1 now. For all these reasons, don't shop here as much now.
The store is always clean and smells fine, I would recommend shopping here. The only con I can think of is they don't have a large selection.
Good clean place for groceries. I wish they start stocking more south Asian groceries. Update: They have now started stocking some south Asian groceries like okra, egg plants etc. Halal meat is also available
Your place to be for all household essentials and needs. The shop encompasses a variety of organics and produce .
This place used to be so good but the new owners ruined the place. Everything is overpriced, the fruits aren't fresh and they don't restock the sale items.
Always clean and organized. This is my home shopping place
New owners have seem to forgotten we are still in a declared pandemic. There are no social distancing measures in place any more, all previous staff are gone (why?), they aren't cleaning the self serve check outs, shelves are no longer stocked. And who wants to stand in a line that wraps around 1/3 of the store inside? Its such a shame that these new owners are benefitting from the previous good reviews from the previous owners. No longer will be shopping here any more, thankful Metro is close by.
Great service. Can usually find great deals at this location!!
A pretty good selection, better than the nearby competitor, and the vegetables are definitely more fresh (fresher? more fresh?). However, some items are more expensive. Cheese, for example, is a full dollar more than it is at Freshco. But it's a good clean store and I find myself at this location more than the other one (similar distance from me)
I like shopping at No Frills. They usually have decent deals and good products. This location is more spacious than the one closer to home, which I like. They usually have decent stock levels of the items I need. It's often convenient for me to stop here on my way home.
Spoiled and expired items being sold here. This store has gone downhill still it has changed owners. The produce on a few occasions has been fit as hog feed. I bought items that have expired. Today to top it off a turkey I was going to throw in the oven is discolored a disgusting shade of beige.
Best NoFrills around. Clean, good produce. Do all our grocery shopping here
Need to restock on fruits and vegetables.
Large clean super market with a friendly pharmacy staff. I just wish the would sell Loblaws 7 grain bread which I have to drive to Pickering to get.
Updated Sept 28th: tried one last time and although it seems the line situation has gotten slightly better its still super crowded and very uncomfortable to shop safely. Lines aren’t down and around the back but you’re waiting a good while before checking out. Original concerns about produce, meat, empty shelves and quality of their fresh food is still applicable. I think we got one good bunch of grapes out of everything we bought so yay. I guess it will be a hit or miss here so shop at your own risk. Updated October 18th 2020: weeks later and no changes, possibly worse. Still 70+ people in line, from the cashiers all the way around the back to the egg section. Clearly not limiting the number of people in the store and when the owner was questioned he was extremely rude to a customer. I’ll take my money and safety down the street to Metro. They might be more expensive, but at least it’s a safer shopping environment. Original post during the first wave: Best to avoid at this location at all costs if you don’t want to contract COVID. It was one thing that they cut corners with their produce and meat selection when they changed ownership, but now they are not enforcing physical distancing and masks during the pandemic. Since they don’t want to be seen with lineups outside, they would rather have everyone line up inside. The lineup looped all the way to the back of the store going along the freezer side of the store. At least 60 people in line with people going in and out of the line to access the freezers. There was 5 people blatantly not wearing masks and not one employee seemed to care. Dave and Charlotte are doing a deplorable job running a grocery store that was basically gold before. All they had to do was keep it going but they’ve chosen PROFITS OVER QUALITY and PROFITS OVER SAFETY. We will be shopping at the Pickering No Frills now because this location is no longer safe in my books. You have lost our business until we hear in our community that things have changed for the better at your store.
Needs staffing to keep up with the produce demands and keep the cleanliness and organized the place
Good place to get groceries. Staff is friendly and they are willing to help. One of the good no frills in the city.
Bring quarters with you if you want a cart, otherwise you have stand and wait for a cashier to open his or her till when cashing out a customer. Found the prices similar to and sometimes higher than Farm Boy, without the same quality.
I'm surprised at some of the reviews here. Today was my first visit to this location and I found it clean, well stocked and not overcrowded at all. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Found some great deals too! Definitely going back :)
It’s one of the better no frills. Just off the highway. Always kept neat and clean. Great prices. 4/5 stars due to service. That could be improved a bit.
Store is organize and clean... they should make another line up for 12 or less items shopper for a quicker and not so long check out.
The bakery is always understocked and when it runs out on the shelf they don't restock it fast enough. On the plus side the rest of the store is amazing
A nice No Frills, lineups can get pretty long sometimes, variety is ok but not great
I like this no frills. I find the staff friendly and shelves are almost always stocked nicely. Produce is usually fresh. Unless end of day on weekends.
By far the best under rated no frills in the area. It is clean. Produce are always fresh. Much better and cleaner than Joseph's on Morningside and Kingston! Sorry Joseph
Not well stocked this time and found some items on the wrong places so at check out I had to put things back due to different prices.
One of the best places in the neighborhood; tried to apply properly social distancing, products are re-stocked as much as they can. Cashiers are helpful and work with diligence
I visited at noon on a Friday and Helpful staff during the pandemic made it fairly painless. Mind the directional arrows on the floor, bring a quarter for your shopping cart rental, and the jury is still out on whether they accept Visa (?) So come prepared with MasterCard or interac
Prices are good. Fruit and veg is fresh. Meat is good unless you want higher end beef - but hey, it's a no frills!! We go weekly
Didn’t have a single item in stock from the flyer when I visited a few weeks ago. I love No Frills and wish this location could be my one stop shop, but was severely disappointed by the lack of selection available the day a new flyer came into effect. Staff are friendly, so bonus point for that.
Doesn't serve beer passed 8pm. Meanwhile Walmart serves beer up to 10:55pm.
Good selection and good prices. Produce always meet and well stocked.
That one cashier Deanna is such a sweetheart, she always knows where to locate any item and always knows how to put a smile on your face also the store is very clean wow wow wow
One of the best locations I've been to and I love how organized the checkout was.
Bad staff and managers, did not follow COVID-19 capacity limits or social distancing. New owners seem good
This is my favorite store for groceries. Kind & friendly service. Reasonable prices Highly recommend.
Person who cashed me out didn't greet, which I found weird. Since they greeted the person before
Convenient place to shop groceries for port union residents. The store is clean and they take precautions like social distancing lines, hand sanitizing and plexiglass. The store is usually stocked with all the items and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Very well organized, clean and maintained, and the great low prices we can expect from No Frills.
Used live in this area, stopped by here after visiting my grandma. Super clean store, full of friendly staff.
One of the best Nofrills locations. Big store and very attentive staff, with organized checkout.
Clean and tidy shop. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Good customer service.
Not too busy very clean staff is great
It's all good. 4* because I think they can improve on the fruit quality.
They allow 50 plus people to line up in the store waiting to check out. This is supposed to be precautions? Limit the amounts of customers you let in if you're not going to have enough staff
Great store. Lots of registers open. Clean nice store. Definitely recommend.
The store is not at all bad, with a wide variety of products, pretty well stocked. When we went, it was very busy, meaning that the front half of the store was quite difficult to get through. It was a weekend, so that is somewhat understandable, though perhaps some additional thought to line organization and opening additional tills might help. Where this location loses points is in its carts. When we arrived, every single one was rusted, jammed, broken, incapable of moving in a straight line or at a consistent speed, or some combination of the above. I realize that the brand's stated idea is NO FRILLS, but clean, functional carts aren't frills, and are enough to make someone rethink buying from your store. In all likelihood, this is just another problem raised by the pandemic and the inherent lack of use, but it needs to be addressed.
I always find what I'm looking for here. Efficient and self checkouts make it easy. Only issue is cashiering staff. Stockers are helpful but the front end staff have no clue how to talk to customers unless their friends from their high school ...
This store is normally terrific. But current human panic has it resembling the 70’s and 80’s Soviet Union despite the excellent restocking efforts of the staff.
Decent produce, lots of sale meats and great prices. There is a 25 cent deposit to unlock a shopping cart so make sure bring a quarter if you will be using a cart.
One of the best locations around! Off Hwy 401 at Port Union, tucked away to itself on Island Rd. Good shopping experience here!
Always clean and friendly, the only downfall about this store is some of the employees. If something is out of stock, instead of checking they just say it out of stock. I asked another employee and they did have the certain item.
Good produce, staff, and prices. Is tucked away, but is generally a quieter location. Tends to be well stocked of flyer items. Overall a top no frills location.
Great deals! Fresh produce! Lots of parking! Conveniently located.
Wonderful grocery store! all the employees were so nice and charming! two boys in particular were so nice towards me so i asked for their names! Matthew and Patrick are such sweethearts, great grocery store altogether! 5 stars.
This No Frills location has the sales items in stock when they advertise them. Cashiers are friendly. Will recommend to everyone.
Good selection of fresh produce. Nothing special in the meat departmemt, but all in all a great place for some savings
Newly renovated. Very nice store for a no frills. Now has self check out.
I love this store, always clean and awesome customer service.
Excellent customer service and the store is always clean even their washroom.
It's well laid out like high end grocery stores. Only concern..the name no frills is not carrying its message in terms of prices. No frills should maintain no frill prices and not get into price war. Further a senior check out desk is a misnomer. Why does this no- frills management do what they preach? Implement senior check out counter. How should it be implemented..ask yourself this question..why and how you implemented this senior check out...
Conveniently located, with a good selection of products and reasonable hours. They recently underwent renovations to upgrade the look, and it looks amazing! They now have a health food section, sell some alcohol such as beer & wine, and overall increased their selection of a lot of items.
No complaints. Almost none covid lines outside. But possible inside.
Well stocked grocery, reasonable prices, ample parking. What more can a Senior Citizen ask for?
They must have self checkouts, whenever i went there, i have to wait for check out so long,
Since getting new owners this store has been a mess. Shelves look empty and store associates are very rude. I’ve been going here for years and it looks like they fired everyone who was working there in the past two months. All the really nice employees are gone. I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore, I will just go to metro 2 mins down the road.
I read the comment of "scally scouse" who posted a week ago. I went to this location this morning around 8am. Not too much customers compare than in the evenings or weekends. Funny was we need to line up (there's only 1 direction to line up at the other end of the store - near frozen area) to keep our social distancing but no customers go to Self Service Counters (all counters - almost 6 counters was totally empty when I lined up there even I think all counters is working totally fine cuz I saw there's green light is ON @ the top of the most of the counters). They should separate the line between self serve and full service. (just my own opinion).
Nice store with alot of different food options, plus friendly staff makes this a one stop shop for the week :)
Dont bother coming here on Tuesday or Wednesday. All the fresh produce and sales are gone by Monday. Thursday and Friday produce are very fresh.
Disappointed with the meat session.. Nothing is available according to the flyers
Nice clean store. Most sale items are plentiful and easy to find.
This is my neighbourhood grocery store. I can usually find whatever I am looking for at a good price.
like the store as it is convenient for me to drive. Wish they had a seafood section like some other larger no frills.
The location is good, store is clean. But they're always out of stock of almost everything. I live near it so I go often, but half the things I need are never there. Don't waste your time, goto Metro down the street. It's more expensive, but at least they have what you need to buy.
The store offer almost everything for the daily use. One can get fresh vegitables, fruits, bakery's and then any merchandise you need. Staff is friendly, still need training to become fully verse with store. The store accept master card only. It is very convenient for the community around.
Good location for the store and it has enough parking for the amount of shoppers that tend to go.
I stopped going here because they stopped accepting Visa as a payment option. Now due to Covid I see a complete change in the way how this store is managed. Not only they accept Visa now but the store is clean and the carts are cleaned frequently. Even have sanitizers available throughout the store for customers. Staff are friendly and will walk you to find what you are looking for. They really do a great job. I see myself shopping here even after Covid-19.
I come to this store usually on a weekly basis. It is kept clean and neat and large assortment of items. Plenty of room for carts in the aisles. Produce is fresh and staff are courteous. Lineups might improve on weekends if they installed self checkouts like other stores. Other than that, it compares favourably to grocery stores in the vicinity.
A fairly clean and usually well stocked discount grocery store. Good location and generally good check out times. They hire a lot of local high school students.
I downgraded my 4* review from 4 years ago due to the serious inventory mismanagement. Re-stocking on many items we used to buy there often doesn't happen for weeks (or at all, there seem to be many short-lived changes in new SKUs as well). It's still the best grocery store around, but we are now compelled to complement our groceries at other places due to these shortcomings.
Very good place to buy all groceries, neat and clean place. ????
Pleasent shopping environment. Helpful staff reasonably well stocked.
Nice place to shop Groceries and fruits, Fair price ☺️
Standards have dropped in the past couple years. I used to go often when they first opened and it was awesome! Now is just like the other No Frills :( kinda dirty with spoiling produce. Sad face for second picks.
Good place but lack ethical values and the staff working over there is not well enough to their customers
good place to shop for groceries. carrot muffins a best seller with my kids. Better prices on staple goods. Need to lose the fuss over carts to carry change etc.
Clean and on sale items are appeared to be available at this store despite no other stores restock the common popular items. This store seems to have better quality items than others No Frills.
First time at this location and probably the last. The shelf was stocked full of these snacks, all expired back on September 14, 2021! Literally found just 1 not expired already. Alot of the meat was very high priced too.
Fresh produce Never too busy Clean location Good place to visit for those in the area ????
Favorite No Frills location. Clean, organized and not too busy. The variety isn't the same as the top tier stores, but the prices are much more reasonable. PC Points are good to have and the PC FInancial / CIBC ATM is convenient.
Best prices in the neighbourhood. Good produce with a few Caribbean items.
Best No Frills in Toronto. Well stocked, good variety, caring owners.
Can be very busy at times but is well stocked with friendly cashiers
Good shopping experience. Prices lower than other than stores in area. Plus PC points !
This store is always quiet and peaceful???? not kidding you can do grocery without any rush!! Highly recommend this location
The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is layed out easy to find everything you are looking for.
I wondered why there was no line up outside on a Friday morning and no one on the door monitoring...that's because the line up was INSIDE to get out!!! Sadly some"genius" eliminated the self serve line up and the access to less than 16 items cashier and EVERY shopper is now in a HUGE line up! and I do mean HUGE...now reliant on whether the cashiers turn their lights offor on promptly!! NONSENSE!! one poor woman infront of me had two loaves of bread in her hand -another lady had a stalk of celery! What on earth are you thinking?? Fix this and fix it soon or you will lose me and many other faithful shoppers to a more sensible approach to check out! Thank you for your attention.
Able to get items not available at Dacosta's No Frills.
Awesome place to shop. Lots of good buys
Due to the store is always busy. The turnover of inventory is fast. Thus, the products majorly are fresh.
This No Frills barely carries enough flyer (sale) items in stock. Once the flyer items are finished, they aren't restocked. A very unreliable grocery store. Update Oct 27, 2021: They were out of milk (advertised in the flyer) by 3 PM ????????♀️ Really unreliable
I like how fresh the produce are. I like the wide selection of merchandise. There's much selection but just enough not to overwhelm a shopper. The isles are not cluttered so if you're in a rush you can still accomplish your task in no time.
It's No Frills. I do prefer this location to others. Sometimes I am very let down by the produce provided; the options are sometimes limited or the ones available are just not that great. I really do wish they carried natural cranberry juice, a greater variety of fruits, and vegan salad dressing but for the most part it works. Other than that, this is my go to store.
So quite only issue is line up to pay the bill.
There is a vast variety of fresh food catered to diverse ethnic groups. I am also starting to notice the staff is from various different backgrounds which helps with customer service when shopping. I would like to see the parking lot entrance improvements. I would like to suggest the buggies from the parking area be dispatched to the inner area more frequently.
You will get mostly everything here related to food
Friendly staff, always stocked, great location! Parking lot can be hectic at times
The management is doing a great job! I am a senior and I went to the store today for the first time since the lockdown started. I was very impressed and felt safe.
I lost all my PC appointments because management could not be bothered to train their employees on basic POS knowledge. When I asked to only have $10 taken off, they ended up taking all the points and could NOT reserve it. So, because of lack of training, competence and knowledge I had to lose my money? Since the switch in management two months ago, the quality of customer service has deteriorated. Take the time to train your employees and do your job that chose to do, if you cant be bothered then don't waste my time.
This store was much better before management changed a few months ago. Now prices missing, less staff on the floor to assist and products I routinely buy are often all gone
One of the best NoFrills I have shopped at. I live in the area and shop for groceries here almost exclusively for many years. The shelves are always stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. The lines are not long and there are proper social distancing arrows and indicators inside, as well as outside the store during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also saw the employee who collects the carts wipe off the handles with disinfectant, and another employee sprayed disinfectant on our hands and carts. My only criticism is that employees in the store should wear face masks. I saw employees stocking shelves and cashiers without face masks which could put the public at risk for contracting COVID-19. Thank you for all your hard work and for being our source of food and essentials during the pandemic! You guys are professional and care about your customers!
Rude customers. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Today I conducted my usually grocery shopping at Mike and Lori's No Frills located on 70 Island Rd, Scarborough, ON M1C 2P5. I arrived around 2:30pm to find NOT EVEN ONE cart that was in working condition. There was people waiting for other customers to come out to take their carts. The part where you insert the coin was stuck and wouldn't allow you to release the cart. Instead, I attempted to find a basket which took 5 minutes in itself and used some of my reusable grocery bags to attempt to lug my goods around. Next, there was a scarce amount of produce available, almost like there was an apocalypse coming that I wasn't aware about. It was a complete disaster with garbage and fruit all over the ground. Not to mention, when I got to the eggs, it completely reeked of rotten eggs. There was also NO bags around to even put my produce in - that was another 5 minute challenge. When I got to the Cashier and asked for the Manager, she didn't know what to do. Not that I really wanted to talk to the Manager because last time I did, he told me to "go shop somewhere else." I think his name may have been Mike. Not sure what rules you people give your franchises, but this was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
In the net, you are showing that the store is open on January 1, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm. I am in front of the store, it is closed. Timing must be updated accordingly. Very poor management, we don’t expect this from No-frils.
Since this store went under new owners half the time the stuff on sale is never there and also lots of empty shelves and when asked about products I'm told oh we are doing inventory. Been told this for about two months now!
After rearranging the fruit and vegetables section, it’s very convenient to move around. Great job!
Great location. Alot of parking and right off the highway. The staff are great and provide exceptional customer service and yes they sell Beer. 2 opportunities - this locations lacks variety, and the beer is warm. Other then that I would rank this location as one of my favs.
New owner has removed one buggy return furthest from the store. Alot of shelves are empty or not well stocked. Not impressed with the store anymore.
Big for a no frills. Parking lot is poorly laid out and there isn't a lot of buggy return places. Inside usually quite clean and well stocked. This one has some frills.
Always great prices. Sometimes gets really busy
I’ve been shopping at this No Frills since they opened and recently, with the change in owners, I notice the floor in the produce section hasn't been kept as clean as it use to be. I went there the other day and my shoes were sticking to the floor as it wasn't mopped down after a fruit or something sticky got on it. I've notice this quite a few times now. Also, sometimes I notice the conveyor belts at checkout could do with a bit of a wipe down. Overall, the store is still kept in good condition, but I think a bit more attention in these 2 areas would be good and in keeping with how the store has always been maintained. Also, years ago, before the store was renovated, they use to have a huge clock on the wall close to checkout. I miss that clock, it was helpful having it there. This is a great store and would recommend it to anyone. I would have given them a 5 if it weren't for the 2 items I mention above.
I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I wanted to purchase a large quantity of milk. As I was about to cash out when the store owner stopped me and told me that he could order extra coconut milk to come in tomorrow if I wanted to purchase a large quantity. He then told me that he would be out for the weekend if I bought all of it.I asked him how he could be out for the weekend if he could order some for tomorrow. He told me that he didn't have to answer my questions and "wouldn't go back and forth with me. I offered to put some back. I asked him how much i could purchase if he ordered some extra. He then replied that it was up to him and he would only give me two. He said that if I bought more than that,it would be wholesale. That point was not valid because the milk was not on sale and i was not getting any discount. The store had over 30 boxes of coconut milk. I refused. Not only did he raise his voice at me, but he demanded that I bring all the milk back to put it away myself. Found a Metro near by. They happily helped us with all the milk we needed! I'd skip the trip to No frills. Their meat tends to be cheap and gross and their produce spoils daily!
Neat and Clean. Also, halal meats are available.
I down graded my 5 star review from 4 years a go to 2 star, this nofrills used to be good but everything changed after the ownership changed.
I go out of my way to shop here. Great stock, clean with friendly staff.
Busy store with friendly staff. Shelves not alway stocked with advertised specials.
nice store.clean as always. been my favorite one for 10 years now.
Clean, well run, broad selection of dry goods and fresh produce with prices usually below the competition. But their meat selection is not the biggest, and the laundry detergent advertised in the flyer was sold out.
Great staff. I never knew that they had self checkout. I was glad that a staff member came up to me and mentioned it. He saved me a good 20-30 mins since I was all the way in the backend of the store.
Very poorly stocked, especially with flyer items. Very often a waste of time to go there. Pharmacy is very good and super friendly.
19-Dec-2020, Changing my review from 4 stars to 1 star. Agree to all the recent reviews in the past few months, the store service and lineup management is the worst now. I live 2 minutes away, and been going to this store for almost 10 years. Now I need to find alternatives. Original from 2 years ago: Good selection, nice and friendly staff.
Still some items missing or short We call it the yellow store.. Good store.. good prices. Eh
A value-based place to buy your groceries!
Great service. The staff were very friendly and informative.
It has all the basic no name food needs at low costs. 25 cents for the shopping cart and line ups are usually pretty good. Parking is fair, it's never really empty
Clean, well stocked!
It's a nice place to go you is very clean they're always making sure everything is fresh and at least the staff have a smile on their face and they're always happy
No frills has taken all precautions to insure safety of customers and staff yet still too many people not abiding by distancing rules or following flow of traffic mapped out in store.Police could easily hand out tickets. Perhaps they should let in less people as it gets backed up in produce and people going wrong way or just roaming around. Management should enforce. Kick people out
yes i really prefer to do my shopping at Dave and Lori No Frills.. I also would like to commend and express my appreciation to the Grocery Cart Attendant and greeter for his going beyond to help me find my cellphone which i thought i drop in the grocery cart when i unloaded my groceries in my car. He did not hesitate to ring my phone from his phone and i eventually heard my phone ringing inside my car where i drop it. Thanks God that yoy have a very nice, accomodating and honest employee like this young guy. He needs a big pat in the back. I dont know his name but he worked today at 10 am March 23 at the entrance door. Thank you so much DAVE Charlottes No Frills Esperanza Bicos Happy Customer
Great neighborhood store, but finding items in stock can be challenging.
Typical no frills store. Usually have adequate staff at checkout. No complaints.
It's a little but bigger and the one where I live. As for me they have a good selection of produce and I like the fact they have a pharmacy and they have a good selection of beer and ciders. And overall I just like to shop at this store.
Starting with the good, this store is clean and generally well organized. They have a pretty good selection of beer, which I like a lot. Now I realize this is No Frills, but that shouldn't translate to unfriendly and unhelpful, which is a fairly consistent experience shopping here. I was excited when they installed self-checkout because it's not like you'd be missing out on the great service. Also, the lineups for the cash are often quite long and it's crowded near the front when individual lineups are allowed. I used the self-checkout a few times with no problem. Upon my last two visits, they changed the policy. If you have a cart, even a small one, you can't use self-checkout. Now if there were a lot of people with baskets, this would make perfect sense, but both times it was off-peak hours and not too busy. That said, the lines for the cashiers were long as there were few open. On both visits, the self-checkout had ZERO customers. Even though I had a relatively small number of items and the smaller grocery cart, they still wouldn't let me use it. I was told that this was "company policy". This would be a great time to use your brain and make adjustments based on the location and the time. No customers in self-checkout and big lines for cashiers doesn't mean people want to line up. If this directive is coming from Loblaws head office then you need to tell them it's a bad policy. From a customer perspective, it's just another time I received bad service from No Frills.
For sure the best No Frills I've ever been too. Nice and clean, well stocked, friendly staff. What more can you ask for? And other than weekends it isn't too busy usually. So much better than the one at Morningside Crossing which is always a picked through mess and crowded.
Well stocked. Items on sale are available even on Wednesdays. Great job!
Close to home. This store has been recently renovated and contains a new area for organic milk etc. The store is clean and well stocked
Is set up well for social distancing. Great services.
Terrible since new owners took over. I will not go to this location until they get their lineups under control. Plan to spend your day there if you pickup some groceries there.
Never have anything that's listed in the flyer. If you don't get Verde one they'll be nothing left. They don't stock accordingly. Not impressed at all.
With change of ownership should come change of name from No Frills to NO STOCK , especially advertised items. Doesn’t seem to matter if you’re there Thursday when flyer breaks or on a Saturday, all you face is empty slots on the shelf. Covid has been around for more than a year, suppliers have caught up. Don’t understand why this store can not maintain adequate stock levels.
The line up too long ..I counted .15 customers leaving before I got in the young men have to do the math and not leave customers out too long
Generally clean store and better atmosphere amongst no frills locations. I drive the extra distance to attend this location. High turnover of food and fruit - which sometimes means items sold out.
Great prices and service.
Staff is rude. I was standing in line already for a few minutes when the male cashier decided to tell the lady infront of me he will be ending the line after her, completely disregarding the fact i was already in line waiting. He stated his shift was ending in 2 minutes and he wasnt taking me. Wasnt till i had to ask him for his supervisor to reopen the line with another staff. Cashier was rude and unapologetic, as if i was in the wrong for already waiting in the line. Staff needs to learn how to treat customers.
It's a no frills. Limited selections with low prices. What is confusing is why they allow price matching in the express lanes. It slows it down significantly.
There was a $1 indicator in front of the Kraft dinner sharp cheddar boxes. When I got to the self checkout it did not register as such. The clerk checked and came back with the $1 clip, checked with her manager who denied to honour the $1 value. Are you deceiving your customers here? Don't forget, these are hardworking people some of whom are actively searching for a job.
Very nice looking No Frills, seems that the produce section has recently been renovated. Also they sell beer now.
Really nice place with lots of options and fully stocked shelves! Not enough cashier's though... Always...... :((
This is one of the better No Frills that carry a variety of West Indian, Asian and PC products.
Half the shelves were empty this afternoon and the same last week. No Tetley Green tea for the last 3-4 weeks. Hardly any yogurt today. Hardly any potatoes today. Tired if having to go to another store to get everything on my list.
The best! Just moved to this neighborhood. Haven't been to a cleaner and better Nofrills before. The conveyor belt is cleaned after each customer and they even put an elastic around your egg carton and fruit packaging. The staff are lovely too. Thanks Dave and Charlotte! Have a blessed Christmas.
I used to love shopping here until Dave and Charlotte took over. They lack professionalism and frankly, basic human decency. I have heard them berate employees and well as fellow customers while shopping in the shore. I would avoid shopping here and give your business to a family who actually deserves it during these hard times.
This Nofrills location was crowded. Although, it doesn't normally have the grocery items I get at Cedarbrae Nofills but I guess they're catering for the community. I had a few items and one of the staff members allowed me to use self check-out. Which was great!
This is meant to be constructive feedback. I've always had positive experiences with this location. Please ensure that during lockdowns, you are prepared with all items that people are lining up for at opening. I lined up before opening and when I got in, the meat section was very empty and was told that ground beef would not be ready until 1030. Thank you for your service; it is valued and appreciated, and please continue to remain safe.
Decent, easily find what you need. Owner/manager is always on hand and sometimes is working as a cashier
While I appreciate the owner and staff working to stay open and stay safe for the public, I will no longer be shopping at this store. The ridiculously long line ups and poor management of the cash out line is unacceptable!! There is no reason a line up should ever be be half way around a store nor should one have to wait in a line at 8:0am on a Sunday when clearly the self checkout is completely empty when the chance to cash out finally arises! I have heard many residents in the area complain and tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the store and even switched to shopping at off hours, but it is not worth the cost saving to stand I line with 50 other people for 45 mins!!
I enjoy shopping here, helpful staff, clean environment and we'll organized. Good job
Was buying one item .had long line inside .asked about Express line for 5 items said .so I left......
Well stocked, including a surprisingly good beer section (I hadn't been here for a long time). Went mid-afternoon on a Monday, and there was no line-up to get in (for a change - since Covid). The single line inside for the cashiers was well managed and self-checkout customers with few items were recruited out of the line.
Once again, the items on sale are no where to be found. Since these people have taken over, they never have sufficient sale items. two thumbs down. I’ll find another location that actually stocks the sale items. Way to get me in in your store ????
The produce is anything but fresh! They sell mildew cheese! When I took it back to the store, the only action they took was refund the cost!
Store is well laid out Staff are helpful. Items are easy to find on clearly labelled shelves.... And as usual, "No Frills" prices.
I stopped into this store by chance. I was very pleased to find very fresh produce, clean store and great prices. It is not far from me do I will return..
It's not fun shopping at this No Frills location anymore! They have a self check-out section which was great under the previous management/ownership. Now.... oh boy.... line-ups are so long that you need an extra half an hour at least to get your shopping done. Rather than having two separate lines; one for people who want to cash out at a regular check-out and one for the self check-out; they make absolutely everyone line up in the same line and you basically have to wait in line even if there is no one at the self check-out. Oh, and because they have a self check-out area; they usually only open two to three of the regular check-out counters and this creates a HUGE line up. People.... simply make two line-ups; one for people who use the regular check-outs and one for people whom don't mind using the self check-outs (Install some signs will you???). You will be surprised how quickly your snake like line-up will be NO MORE. We no longer shop at this location because of this and we live two minutes from the store. I simply shop at the Markham and Steeles location on my way home from work. No line ups, no hassle, nothing.
Great prices on Meat during the week. Usually have some good sales on during the week.
Honestly I can't stand how no frills is treating there customers during the pandemic its insulting
This store most the time doesn’t have enough stocks, we’re at our senior age Make us drive back twice, specially on this Covid time, poor service, we’re not pleased at all, will shop at another no frills store near us, needs lots of improvement, not recommended.
The two reasons this particular no frills is getting a two stars are.: the location and the absent care from the employees
Shelves were kind of empty and only 2 staff for checking out so unless you do the self check you're going to have to wait...
This is by far the nicest No Frills location that I have been to anywhere in Ontario. The store is extremely clean and well kept with fresh produce. They staff plenty of cashiers so you don't have to wait in line for long. This is my go-to grocery location for my shopping. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed with their pricing policy.....!! Another customer and myself bought two packages of granola bars that were in a discount bin priced at $1:87..... when we checked out...... the price was $2:65.....?? This has happened to me a number of times at this location......go figure....!!
The management in this no frills is the best during this covid-19 period. Customers do not spend too much time in the line to pay for their groceries.
Awesome store. Not to crowded since it’s not in a obvious place. Some specialty products you might not find here since it’s a smaller store.
Very clean, we love doing our groceries there.
Huge parking lot for this no frill's. Out of all the no frills i have been to this one is very clean and looks very updated. Prices are very cheap at no frills if you have never been before, but their product selection varies
Nice one .... things are nice and tidy not too many people.
They need to get new carts and be more diligent about cleaning the counters.
My favorite No Frills location. Always well stocked. I usually use PC Express pick up and I seldom have substitutions because of low stock.
Good variety of products. Aisles are clean. Cashing out is relatively fast. Staff is friendly.
Wife works there . She's so productive and loyal to Mike and Lori .
The staff was very courteous and helpful. I had a few issues that needed resolving and was very pleased with the assistance I received.
Service is abysmal. Not allowing carts in self checkout is ridiculous.
Great location. Everything is always fresh. Prices are great and enjoyed the dollar sale they had!
Has a variety of Organic dairy, produce. Line ups often.
I would say one of the best maintained no frills in Scarborough
This store has steadily gone downhill this last year. Food prices have increased I guess to pay to upgrade the store to sell liquor. They constantly run out of every day items and have cut back on staff so you have longer waits at the checkouts. I recently bought a bag of flour that had expired in April 2018 an it had bugs in it! That means all the flour on that shelf was at risk of infestation. When I returned it I got only a shrug. No alarm or concern about selling a way out of date product that was infested! Although this is a local store, it is worth it to try and find something with decent service and products.
Unnecessary wait times due to lack of management and organization. The cashiers are waiting for clients while the shoppers are lining up way too far to see each other. If you want to spend 40 minutes to get some apples in the middle of the day just go ahead
Rude and arrogant management. This used to be a great community location but the new ownership has effectively ruined it. Spend the extra 5 mins and go to the Pickering location you won't regret it.
Usually great place to shop meat is good and prices are not too bad .One complaint though I purchased a pack of all beef bologna on Saturday July 2nd 2016.No Frills brand yellow packaging. In all honesty I don't remember checking the date at the exact time I purchased it ...Nevertheless.I assumed it would be a suitable expiry date .So while getting ready to make a nice bologna sandwich I noticed the date which expires tomorrow on July 5th 2016.I will post a pic so you can see the date just pissed that I paid over 5 bucks for bologna and now I have nothing....Please ask your staff to check products and remove when warranted....
Good. Busy as the only low cost shop in the area.
I shop here for the convenience. However, lately I find a lot of empty shelves. Also you rarely find the small carts near the entrance.
Good prices, usually several manager sales beyond what's in the flyers. If there's a lineup to get in, it usually doesn't take long to get in.
Good place for a quick visit. Not that crowded as compared to other locations
Very clean with a big selection. This location carries alot of PC brand items that other no frills don't carry. The mornings are pretty quiet and you can be in and out in minutes
Got almost everything u need. Not the biggest but not the smallest . Usually clean. Produce is generally good. Nothing really not to like or dislike
Come here most times...some times good sometimes not
I used to like this location but then they changed owners and slowly it went downhill. Many produce items are far from fresh. The selection on the shelves is more limited than it used to be. The only constant is the pharmacy and its wonderful staff, always helpful and with a smile.
My favourite no frills ! Clean with a variety of fresh produce.
Great customer service and offers curbside as well as self checkout.
Great produce area and they have upgraded the store with more organic produce and the health food section. The store os always very clean and lots of stock.
Nice clean and bright store,a good place to shop.
To the wonderful store management at this location, I am hoping you can let me know how long it takes to do a price check on an item. It was amazing to see no one on the floor, while I stood there at a lane with the cashier, who just helplessly stood there with me for 10 mins for her team members to answer the page. It was great to see the line form while I blocked the lane for that long for one item. No Frills can’t be beat ????
Clean place to shop. Also the frozen items are kept frozen and not allowed to thaw.
I have not been to this location but owners used to have another location near me. All reviews about rude owners and poor customer service are true and my experience at the other location was the same. I don’t think the staff are bad people by nature but when owners are like that, it cannot but affect the staff. Owners purposely do not stock up on sale items - it was the same at the other location. I’m so glad I now have new owners at my No Frills and sympathize with those at this location.
My experience today was very good. The cashier WAS friendly and helpful, she even asked me if I had my own bags. I go to that store at least two times per week. The carts were not blocking the drive way today either. .
I have received being doing more of my grocery shopping here and haven't been disappointed.
Took back an item on recall. The cashier that I went to was pretty rude. Thank goodness that the cashier that came to help was helpful and knowledgeable about how to handle recalls
Love Mike and Lori's. Always clean, always fresh foods always in stock. It's a little farther then the No Frills by me (that place sucks) but well worth the extra 10 minutes.
The cart boy was rude
Love that they renovated it and it looks so much better. It's not our local no frills but it's the best one in the general area which is why we travel a little farther to come here.
I was racially profiled at this location a few months back. I was embarrassed in front of allot of people by the owner Lori. By far the worst no frills in Scarborough, I never received such awful treatment I should've went public with how I was treated by Lori and her employee. Terrible place.
Social distancing protocol adhered to. Clear lines on floor for each aisle visible. Line up to pay organized with light color indicator on each cashier.
Nofrils is better and chipper than Metro. All cash registers open. Pleasure to shop.
Great helpful staff. I work in the area so its the go-to place on my way home. Location is great too.
why does it show extremely moldy strawberries in the google images does this store not keep their produce stored properly
Great services. I recommend (No Frills) to buy what you need to stock up your home.
Love this store. Clean, big, well stocked and easy to get to and from hwy
It used to have fresh produce but recently, low inventory of flyers items, Its frustrating and disappointing. I can't afford to come twice to get some groceries. Next time, I will to another store.
Lots of fresh produce at this location. Store is kept very clean and lots of parking
Good variety of products such as fruits and vegtables with low prices.
I wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Kadeem. I was there on June 30 and he was most helpful. His positive spirit and customer service helped to ease my anxieties. Thank you Kadeem!
Very friendly stuff and it doesn’t smell bad as the others ... by far my favourite location from many I’ve been to ????????
I love this store ,clean, friendly, & close to my home..
Great customer service, clean store and adhearing to Public Health Rules. All my items was available . Thank you
Best no frills around the area the one at morning side the lines are horrendous
Good selection, with pharmacy and ATM. Produce not always the greatest on Sundays.
As per normal the shelves were well stocked and the prices were great! Found everything we needed and picked up a few things which caught out eyes.
Clean. Bright. Good prices. It would be good to have some fresher vegetables...but it is a discount store.
