Their store brand items are great and I shop there very frequently. The store is always clean and we'll stocked. The deli has a nice selection of pre-made salads and sandwiches and the Chester Fried Chicken is the best around! The store is big enough to stock a sufficient variety but small enough to find what you want and buy it in no time at all.

Soo Supervalue is located In a convenient spot for locals. I live downtown and I'm glad there's a small grocery store downtown. I do have to say that the deli and bakery make the store though.

I'll give this place credit for being located downtown, it's convenient for people who live downtown, and don't always have to drive up town for quick grocery trips. BUT every single time I buy produce from this store, it is AWFUL. Never any REAL fresh produce... I literally just bought watermelon from there this evening and it was no longer edible due to it being past it's expiration date. I will never buy produce there again.

Prices are double and sometimes triple of other stores. Employees are not friendly and walk right past you like you don’t exist. Only one employee working the deli. I don’t mind waiting a little bit when you see 3 other customers waiting to be served and have waited so long they leave, that is not good business.

Smells of mold or dirty water throughout the store. All items are extremely overpriced. Usually only stop here when I don't want to drive somewhere else which is rare. Place has went downhill and I'm surprised that they are still open. Cashier that checked us out was rude and clearly in a mood. Ignored me when I asked a question for no reason at all. Don't plan on going back anytime soon. Maybe if all of the rest of the stores in town are destroyed by some cataclysmic event then I'll go. Even that is a hard maybe.

Soo Supervalue is a great store. They have helpful staff who are really friendly. The deli has amazing chicken salad and tuna pasta salad. I work downtown so it's really convenient for getting things after work without having to traverse all the way to the business spur. It's exam week and I was running low on supplies. I stopped by to pick up a few items after class today. Imagine my surprise when I got home with only one of my items. I called the store and the Manager Mark was kind, understanding and very helpful. Knowing how important coffee is to a college student, he offered to bring the rest of my items to my home. You could not get this type of customer service elsewhere! Thank you for being local, being professional and most of all for being kind to your fellow neighbors in the Sault.

Great prices, super friendly employees. We we're lucky enough to arrive on a day that they had a seafood table set up with an employee there to give you personalized portions. Fish wasn't what we were there for, but we made a special trip back to the table. It was so worth it!

I have been going to pats iga and super valu before that. Most if the same people there. They are always helpful and friendly. The store is clean maybe the prices aren't the same as the box store but they pay city taxes. They have great sales and great meats. Its a must to shop store. If you can't find something ask.

I like the employees at Pats Foods. I really don't like the self checkout scanners. I came in for donuts but I was out of luck due to a milk incident. I guess the milk was extra explosive that day. I did get a brownie and wow it is so good but so rich. Little bits at a time.
