Nice open concept with lots of room to shop. There was noone at the door to monitor the crowd. Super reasonable prices....they didn't have the extra firm tofu but a lot of deals.

It was Very bad experience, they are advertised so many things and all stuff but when we went to the store they do not have in stock, even it happened two times with me, if you don’t have product then why you show off to customer??? If you are posting something special it mean you suppose to keep in the store Even I ask store supervisor (lady), she didn’t respond immediately, she called somebody else while she is able to help me at the same time but she didn’t. Even I called in store 5 times after some days to check stock but no buddy responded!!!! They are not that much busy , like they can’t receive the customer’s call I hope management can do something for customer so they can do shopping happily from freshco. . . .

I was not happy with this place. First off they had no one their cleaning carts, also non of the staff wore masks and the ones that did wore it under their nose or chin( so basically usuless). There were hardly and staff out so if you needed help forget it. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I like this store and walk over all the time, BUT I went last night and an employee restocking the produce section had his mask slidndown with his nose out. I have an autoimmune disease so this sucks to see.

Found everything, helpful people but not a spectacular shop, no fancy deli or fish counter or anything. It's a supermarket. If you want ordinary food, you will find it there.

Good store but minus points only they don’t have online pick up , curb side pick or delivery options even the inside store they don’t have any facility for disabled scooters or any other help for disabled. Administration should be aware for this as soon as they can Thanks .

What a cool, serene, and neat store!! The attendants are so cheerful and welcoming. I got habanero pepper and crates of eggs at very affordable prices. I will definitely visit again and again for larger shopping.

Lots of foods I'm not familiar with. Tried some new things that were great. Produce is excellent. Lots of deals. Helpful staff. Pharmacy. Lots of free boxes for packing.

This was my first time in a fresh co, and it was wonderful! The prices were low, and the quality of the food was high! The staff was super helpful and kind. One thing I noticed was that the store is plastic bag free, You can get a free box, or a reusable bag for 25¢. Way to go Fresh co for keeping it green!

I bought a pack of mini cucumbers on Thursday (encased in plastic on that cardboard tray), and they already started growing mold on Friday. I put them in the fridge as soon as I got home too. Walmart has fresher produce than that. The one good thing about this location is they have Korean rice cakes. That's it that's all.

Just had a frustrating experience at this store. My pineapple wouldn’t Scan cause Mother Nature didn’t have a bar code on it. The cashier didn’t want to call a clerk to get one with a bar code, so I went and got one with. Then she wouldn’t give me the pineapple I picked out. I asked about scanning practices. She and the supervisor said it didn’t. I was very upset, that they had 8 - 10 people walking around the store. And I had to get the code... I don’t use self checkouts cause they take jobs away. But on the flip side there’s. no service.

Was treated so poorly by the meat manager “in charge today”. Wouldnt provide store manager details. Another staff person rude. When asked to not cross arms at me he winked and laughed. I took photo and he held thumb up mocking the customer. Worst store you could shop at. Went elsewhere. Will never shop there again.

Not my favorite grocery store. Very limited selection. Prices are decent. Not the freshest choices ironically. I've had a couple different bad experiences there, first buying eggs that were already expired (why were they still on the shelf?). Second, they only had ground beef one day away from expiry date, no other options. I do prefer to be able to purchase everything I need in one trip, so I will have to avoid Freshco unless they have a terrific deal I must have.

We purchased two packages of pork ribs this weekend. Upon opening the packaging there was a terrible smell, when we opened the packaging but they looked normal so we washed them off and tossed them on the smoker. We cooked them like do every other weekend and they turned out horrible. They had this rotten taste to them. We ended up tossing them into the garbage and had to order something in. We will never shop there again.

This Sobeys has great prices..... oh I mean Freshco. Same products better prices, just everything comes out of a box. No Deli, Kitchen, Bakery or Meat counter, but that's ok with me. Only thing I've found at this location that you need to watch out for is expiry dates. Other than that enjoy your S̶o̶b̶e̶y̶s̶ Freshco groceries for less money.
