Nice place I've only been there once and it is clean as well as the floor pattern is just like any other small food center yet it's well organized as for the people who work there..they get a two thumbs up from me thank you for the good experience ????????

Been thinking about this grocery store pretty much weekly they had a beautiful plants that you can buy for a very reasonable price that's what drew me in. I couldn't believe they're produced The selection that they have the quality of it and the layout of the stores ingenious lots of wonderful prices savings and choices the store was very clean that's grocery experience I've had shopping in some time add it to your list ????

Ever since I moved in the neighborhood I've been doing my shopping here, affordable and the groceries I buy are right there for what I need. Sold me bad sour milk. Didn't know it was bad until I'd already given my 2 year old son a few cups. Terrible experience for all involved. Milk was dated March 9th. I'm writing this review on the 7th. Bought the milk last week.

Love the Store, I mean how can it be a bad day when your shopping in a Grocery store? Was looking for fresh egg roll wraps but unfortunately didn't have any, they carry wonton wrappers but not what I needed this trip, so we had to run to another store for the wrappers, but no biggie. Cheers

They store decent fresh produce and frozen food. They do not store to natural or special diet food at this. It's not a big store but had decent items and good customer service

Bad customer service especially the cashier. We spent more than 400$ but the cashier is just standing not helping. I can’t believe it. Before they bagged the grocery now they can’t even help to care to at least help to bag. I’m not coming back here anymore.

The prices are very good!! Constantly have specials on things we use everyday! I wish it had a bakery tho. The service has been great. I mean in these times it opened at a weird moment! So far their produce has been fresh and for such a small store it’s packed with a little of everything! I’m still not used to the layout of the store tho, I was a Safeway customer for the last 17 years so I still am reading the signs in the rows!! lol! I really wish they were part of Optimum Points though, it’s one reward program I constantly use. Other then that it’s a great little addition to the neighbourhood!

Clean store, good covid directions, available boxes or 1 free cloth bag. Excellent selection and price of produce. Average selection of dairy. World foods has a very limited selection and strange lack of dry beans.

Low prices for some things, but still less products than Walmart for example. it's good if you need something and you are lazy to go to bigger stores. I like small carts, and staff is friendly.

They're stuff is inexpensive and the staff is great. The one guy in produce is just awesome. Totally makes your day. Produce can be a 50/50. They also reuse boxes!! One of the main reasons I go. No plastic bags!!

Did you know the manager here condones theft from his store? As a representative of FreshCo he publicly stated that theft is acceptable and they no longer have store security. Why pay!? Food is getting expensive with carbon tax added on, so just walk out with it.

Staff are super friendly and location is convenient but I won't be returning until FreshCo protects its customers and employees during the pandemic by requiring shoppers to wear masks and offering hand sanitizer.

All my produce goes bad a day after I get it home which is unfortunate because I saw what seemed to be a manager training his young staff in the produce section and they were doing a lovely job setting it all out. Clearly it has to do with the franchise and not the store manager.

Wow I've been using Similac in store coupon for the last 6 months and out of all days I'm told they DO NOT accept or never did accept the coupons for baby formula! Notice the expiry date. Use to get great service for these coupons which I've been using here for 6 months now...... thanks for making harder to feed my baby!!!!!!

Not bad, prices are ok. The bagging process is a little wonky (have to bag everything yourself and they didn't really let me know before hand) Glad that it's here, but we find ourselves going to WalMart etc for better pricing

Clean and well organized. The aisles are slightly crowded though but I have a feeling that is intentional due to the place embedded in a residential place, so lots of walk-in traffic. Selection isn't big, but it has all the stuff you will need. Prices are competitive and the staff are friendly. Will go back if I have the chance.

terrible rude cashiers. Wasn’t even asked if I needed bags, also when someone says “Thank you, have a nice day” could at least acknowledge me..,Loved loved loved the old cashiers from Safeway... now it’s a shame and I rather just make the extra commute to Walmart to get my groceries. Completely disappointed in the treatment by staff here. Not worth my time or money.

Really enjoy the Freshco shopping experience, 33rd street location being my go to place, but all locations offer excellant products, pricing and parking. Rarely ever waited behind anymore than 1 person, and usually no one. Stellar rain check offer on sald items! Nothing but positives here!

I couldn't walk around the store without 2 staff members following me everywhere I went from the moment I entered the store. I was profiled based upon my appearance which is not much different then many other males in my age group. I am not a shoplifter by any means, nor do I act shady in any way but I was still treated as if I was going to steal everything I could get my hands on. My girlfriend noticed this happening from the start which she was not impressed with the treatment we recieved from the store. We have only recently moved into the area and have already decided to travel to other grocery stores further away. Someone will be standing at the end of an isle watching me and doing so thru the entire store but never actually doing a single thing one might expect a grocery store clerk to do. This has happened 3 different times all of which have been at different times throughout the day so I can say for certain it's not being done by chance.

Very aptly named fresh co is always fresh. Sometimes when I visit there and the people don’t feel like happy as they used to be in the beginning when the store started. When you’re visiting the business it’s like! You are just a buyer and not a customer!!

This store is #1. All the staff stayed on when it was changed to Fresco.They are a true Family group. The owner was the manager when it was Safeway.He is an amazing man. He works alongside his staff. Everybody smiles. I recommend to go check it out.

Been going this former Safeway for 10 years.I dont mind the selections. Certain items are quite cheap.Some are the same as co op or walmart. As someone who bikes and only can fit a few groceries in my backback my experience has been great so far. If you want to do a big grocery shop id go early in the morning because after 9 pm they usually will have 1/4tills open and you have to bag your own groceries like superstore.And might only have 1/2 belts open after you pay so customers groceries might get mixed up. And unfortunately there are only 2 employees from the former Safeway that have carried over. But im optimistic the experience will get better. Employees were quite helpful directing me to my items.

Horrible experience, staff keeps following me around the store as I shop with my baby, one staff even looked into the carseat and my baby as I was checking out, my husband never gets this kind of treatment as he is a white man, just disgusting!

Great addition to the neighborhood, finally a grocery store that has reasonable prices and a wide selection! Picked up some super sales! I think this is going to be one of those places to check often and top up the pantry. Was at Confederation Mall location the day before and they were out of the great chicken deal, but this location had some in stock! Didn't even know about this location, just noticed someone walking down the street with a FreshCo reusable bag, glad I stopped in!????

Quick stop for some fruit and snacks... the staff were pleasant and communicative. My cashier was swift and friendly. Like eight people in the 12 minutes I was in the store walked down the wrong aisle... hard to believe that we are this far into this and no one can seem to see the direction arrows.
