I would say it is a good place to shop depending on what you are looking for, most prices are quite cheap and affordable. The staff has been friendly and helpful. If you look lost, high chances of someone offering to help you find what you are looking for, decent clothes et, some outdoor stuff, nicnaks, food + Drinks.

Didnt have everything I wanted. Was laid out differently kind of boxy. Ck. Outs were very slow . Clerks were very talkative to their friends .and the ticket kiosk was the only ck out opened with a line up of customers. We stood in line for almost 15 minutes before being able to ck. Out. Than they finally opened another ck. Out. I was a bit disappointed at this Giant Tiger. ????

My online shopping experience with this store has become a nightmare of sorts. Nothing but stress since first getting my order confirmation. When ordering the items were showing as being in my local store. They weren't ! When I received my order confirmation, they stated estimated next day pick-up. It's now been over 50 hrs. and nothing! One of the items are supposed to be picked up on the 22"nd actually but that was checked off as being in store when I ordered. Their customer service has just called after I put in a ticket for a full refund and they are just saying the order is partially ready. Even though I am supposed to wait for a confirmation email to go to the store which I haven't received yet. Again misleading! Oh and I almost forgot. Right after placing my order I was taken to a screen that stated charges were to come after pick-up at store but they've already charged me! Do not order online from these people as the right hand has no clue what the left is doing and what you see on their online website for ordering is all totally misleading!

They're milk is pretty low quality, the brand they provide has been known to go bad within a few days even when refrigerated. They have a lot of different thing for sale but with how small it is that's means ultimately there's less of everything. But it IS a good alternative to going to a giant grocery store, and finding what you need quickly.

I was so pleased to see that safety of employees and customers is #1 at Giant Tiger , this is the first store that has employees wearing masks. I like many things about this store, mainly that it is Canadian owned and operated. Instead of just charging you for bags, if you use your own bags you'll get a credit at the check out for doing so. As for prices, not quit as expensive as Wal-mart for excactly the same items.

I love this Giant Tiger! Recently remodeled, great selection of home goods, clothing, and everyday items. One stop shopping that is 100% Canadian. I love that I can go in get everything I need without having the headache of the "Big Box Retailer" The staff here are friendly and helpful, they support the local special needs students with co-op and hands on job training and sometimes providing the students with their very first job!

Absolutely wretched customer service. I have been dealing with an online order error for over a month. The company plain and simple doesn’t care! Promise to do something and you have to hound them to follow through multiple times. Can’t get them to email back and can’t get a human on the phone. Your good prices are not worth the hassle.
