A great, true European bake and retail store. Expensive, thanks to euro, cdn dollar value, but there baked goods worth every penny.

Has really gone down hill. The so called new manager takes breaks during lunch time so it takes twenty minutes to get a sandwich everything is in boxes not on shelves and inventory is really poor. Could not even get cheese cut cause we were told it had to sit out for two hours to be cut but never was a problem before. This keeps up i will be going to london.

Manager is never available in store and has never respected covid save prodical. Deli meat is handled by all staff with no gloves limited washing if hands if at all .sandwichs and vegetables r handled un gloved and mayo mustard r left on a an dirty counter. Bread is cut un gloved and pastery is hadled un gloved and not properly dated. Hope nobody eats germ contaminated. Food.

A great stop for homemade soup and a freshly made sandwich with the meat and/or cheese of your choosing. It's really hard to leave without enjoying a delicacy from the bakery.
