Je leur dis "J'ai mes sacs'"..."Elle a ses sacs" répète un employé à 2 reprises. j'essaie de donner mes sacs en même temps de vider mon panier mais clairement, je ne vais pas assez vite à leur goût. J'ai aussi des bouteilles de bière vide à échanger... "Vous auriez pu faire ça en arrivant au moins, ça aurait été ça de fait" me lance l'un d'eux...ok... désolée de vous déranger, la prochaine fois j'irai dépenser mon argent ailleurs ai-je pensé ... Puis une fois la transaction terminée, j'ai dû non seulement aller porter les bouteilles vides retournées dans leur chariot, mais aussi mettre mes sacs dans mon panier. ..pas question d'avoir de l'aide... rendue à la maison je constate qu'ils ont mis mes pommes bio dans un sac de plastique... j'essaie de faire ma part pour diminuer ma consommation de plastique et eux ils me forcent à prendre un sac de plastique contre ma volonté.

(Original) J'ai travaillé plusieurs années chez IGA et je parle d'expérience, IGA La Seigneurie Famille Girard c'est LA meilleure épicerie. Ils ont toujours à coeur de donner un service impeccable et de qualité. Leur contoire boucherie est super pratique: l'été par exemple, ils vous préparent des brochettes et des bavettes avec plusieurs saveur tout prêt pour le barbecue. Dans le département pâtisserie/boulangerie, ils font tout plein de gâteaux, pain frais de toutes les sortes (fromage bacon, graines de tournesol, aux noix, etc) et autres patisserie pour déjeuner et desserts. Le prêt a manger vous préparent chaque jours tous plein de repas fait sur place (vraiment il y a trop de choix pour tous les nommer). Sans parler du Bistro et de la poissonnerie. Pour la livraison, vous pouvez faire votre épicerie sur internet, sur place ou même par téléphone et ils vous livre quand ça vous arrange. IGA a été dépassé par les événements et ne réussit pas à fournir la demande. Vous devriez prendre les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer le service en réponse aux besoins.
