In the end, it's only a bit of a wait in a grocery store and the employees seem new so I laugh about it but frankly, on the management side, it's -1000. In fact, it seems that there is simply no manager at this grocery store! It's always long and when there are a lot of customers, there are no employees and when there are no customers, it's full of employees! To understand nothing about it! (Original) Le personnel a vraiment aucune idée de ce qu'il fait... Je suis un client régulier car c'est près de chez moi et ça m'est arrivé souvent de constater de la lenteur et de la confusion aux caisses mais ce soir, c'était vraiment absurde. J'ai failli filmer car c'est impossible à expliquer. 6 employés, 2 caisses ouvertes et tout est sur stop alors que deux des 6 employés courent d'une caisse à l'autre avec une étiquette de prix dans les mains, manipulant les ordinateurs et ne sachant absolument pas quoi faire. Pendant ce temps, les files aux deux caisses s'élargissent et les deux caissiers sont figés sur place. Le sixième est à l'emballage et a l'air d'avoir aucune idée de ce qui se passe. C'est tout un cirque franchement! Au final, ce n'est qu'un peu d'attente dans une épicerie et les employés ont l'air nouveaux donc j'en rie mais franchement, côté gestion, c'est -1000. En fait, on dirait qu'il n'y a simplement aucun gérant à cette épicerie! C'est tout le temps long et quand il y a beaucoup de clients, il n'y a pas d'employés et quand il n'y a pas de clients, ça bonde d'employés! À ne rien y comprendre!

Il fait -2 à l'extérieur. Je n'avais aucunement l'intention de les porter à l'intérieur. Elle a même envoyé un employé pour voir si j'avais mes gants lorsque j'étais rendu à l'intérieur. Je me suis senti suivi et observé!!!???? Je suis un client qui a beaucoup de civisme et de respect. Je suis très vexé de la façon dont j'ai été traité et je ne retournerai pas dans votre magasin
