You need to provide a dedicated exit for those who don't find what they are looking for or just don't want to wait in a lineup because there's only two cashes open and 25 people in line.... Having customers pushing through a lineup of other customers in order to exit is inexcusable in todays climate...

Shopping cart sterilized, all the products were displayed on the aisle, clean floors, clean shelving, sterilize I mean, not that crowded. Followed my shopping list and of course bought a couple of extra things is it always do. Cashier was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. I like going to the store.

I will never step foot in freshco in st Thomas again they don't even deserve a star for this rating but unfortunately you have to give one to give your comment. Everytime they have a sale on you go to get something that is on aale they never have it. And when they ask no one seems to know what is going on. So far that is the worse grocery store in st Thomas. So why go there this seem to be a habit with this store.

Normally we don't have any issue with freshco. Prices are great, staff is Excellent. But more recently my husband went and was looking for agave nectar, he asked for help and the employee helped him. Then another person in a different coloured shirt (possibly a manager?) made a comment saying "you people are always coming here looking for high brow products in our cheap grocery store" very rudely. I didn't understand the need for the comment as the store did actually sell the presumably "high brow product". He was also quite rude to employees as well. I feel very badly for the employees who work under this person and felt that his customer service skills were quite terrible and no one should treat customers or employees like that.

I'm disappointed with how COLD it is inside. Why do I need to wear a sweater to come shopping? Even your staff are all dressed in sweaters.... Please consider adjusting the temperature to a reasonable climate If you need a cool spot to chill out, this place has lots lol I am however pleased with a new young man they hired because he is extremely pleasant and seems to like being there Even does a flick of the receipt as he hands it to you ????seems If I may add a suggestion for all FreshCo stores, is please have lights on your tills. It's so hard to see who's open or not without a light on their station. Thanks ????

My favorite grocery store in St. Thomas. Many items, fair prices, friendly staff and A LOT parking spots. And they even price compare with other stores so just bring in your flyers and they'll match it. FreshCo rules!

Store is good with a good variety of items but one the cashiers named Leslie with red hair gave the worst attitude ever when she was reminded that she overcharged us by scanning the same item more than once. She didn't admitted she was wrong and we demanded to speak to the manager which again gave us a rude attitude banging the items around and finally giving the money back that they over charged us. Customer satisfaction should be reviewed for some individuals.

Wonderful ! I have made a request of a product that I need on an on going basis and Mark and Steven were happy to accommodate me. They not only ordered the products but help me to get it to my car , Staff there are friendly and efficient . Nice clean store and happy customers , they even have a public bathroom .

I have always loved shopping here because I always get great deals. They aren't annoying about price matching like some stores are. The quality is decent and I generally get the majority of the things I need here. While exotic food options are not always the easiest to find here, I find it suits my needs well.

Congratulations on being the absolute WORST shopping experience I have had since the covid 19 pandemic began. I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this store today with my mother who has health issues and is not capable of doing her shopping independently. This store was complete and utter chaos and did not follow any of the pandemic protocol whatsoever. Customers were given a free-for-all within the store, not follow arrows nor practicing anything remotely close to social distancing. There was no organized lineup for checkout within the store and customers were all clustered together. When I asked a store employee where I was supposed to line up because the marks in the floor pointed to nowhere, I was told to line up anywhere behind an open cash register, which was not possible with all of the other customers scattered around. I suggested that perhaps security or an employee could assist with organizing this better, and the store employee walked away. Once I was finally back outside I spoke with the security guard about my experience within the store, the same store employee from inside the store rolled his eyes at me, and another customer began yelling profanities. This shopping trip has got to be the most disgusting shopping experience I've had in recent history and the manager of this store should be absolutely ashamed at how this store is being run during a global pandemic. If this store is not capable of following proper pandemic protocol, it should not be operational. I will never again visit this store based on this horrific experience. I will continue to do all of my grocery shopping at any Loblaws franchise, because shopping in their stores is orderly, organized, and a breath of fresh air compared to this particular Freshco location. I hope this honest review of my experience here will urge other shoppers to stay far far away, for their own safety and the safety of others.

Overall I find FreshCo to be expensive for your everyday grocery needs. They do have some good sales from time to time if you watch the flyers and that's about all I go there for. Another drawback is that there limit on price matching is only 1 unit of anything price matched.

I really enjoyed going to this rash go because everything that is on sale in the flyer is always stocked and there is more than enough cashiers open so that nobody has to stand there and wait in line too long. A Freshco shopping cart was left outside of peoples homes blocking the pathways. Freshco was called and apparently they cant do anything about it. I`m sure they would be doing something if someones vehicle was blocking THEIR entranceway.... It`s a five minute walk...send someone to get it...its that simple. It is your property not the people who are being inconvenienced by it.
