So, in the end, we end up buying the same food all the time. In short, it is managed with a convenience store mentality. It often happens that items featured in the flyer are not even kept in this store. So, I happen to do 5 to 10 km more to go to another Metro or even go to IGA where the choice and diversity are there. It does the job if we eat tuna canes or Kraft Dinner but that is not my case. Dans les autres Métro de la région, il y a souvent des dégustations afin de nous faire connaître des produits fins et de nouvelles marques. Pas ici. Seulement des grands vendeurs et pour un même produits que deux ou trois marques. Dans ces marques environ deux ou trois produits seulement de la même marque. Donc, au final, on se retrouve à acheter toujours les mêmes aliments. Bref, c'est géré avec une mentalité de dépanneur. Il arrive souvent que des articles en vedette dans la circulaire ne soient même pas tenus dans ce magasin. Alors, il m'arrive de faire 5 à 10 km de plus pour aller dans un autre Métro où voire même aller chez IGA où le choix et la diversité sont au rendez-vous. Ça fait la job si on se nourrit avec des cannes de thon ou du Kraft Dinner mais ce n'est pas mon cas. Soit dit en passant, c'est assez rare que je note mal un magasin dans mes local's guide Google.

Just missing vegan mayo.. I live close so i often go. Surely not the best prices but convenient. Place is clean and staff is kind. Les caisses sont généralement rapides, mais encore là, c'est fréquent de se faire ignorer part les employés qui sont trop occupés à jaser entre eux. Pas de Bonjour, pas de merci, pas même dire le coût de la transaction. La seule phrase que j'entends est généralement le : avez-vous la carte métro? Bref en général c'est un mauvais service. Parlons des produits..... Peu de choix. Chers. Et surtout loin d'être frais. Pour la quatrième fois depuis deux ans, je suis arrivée chez moi et le lendemain en ouvrant un produit celui-ci était moisi alors que la date de péremption était dans un mois. Cette fois c'était des pates fraîches Olivieri. Ça m'est arrivé également avec du fromage cottage, un pâté au poulet, et une brique de fromage. Évidemment je n'avais pas gardé la facture et je n'ai pas pu être remboursée. J'ajoute que j'évite d'acheter mes gros et légumes là car j'en trouve souvent sur place qui ne sont plus frais ou même qui commencent à être moisis. Moins dernièrement, mais je reste méfiante. Les dates de péremption sont aussi parfois dépassées sur certains produits et donc à vérifier. Autrement, l'épicerie semble propre en générale, mais je me questionne sérieusement sur leur façon d'entreposer les produits. Parce qu'autant de produits MOISIs dans que les dates ne soient dépasser c'est que l'entreposage a dû être mal fait.
