Dairy products are often very close to the "best before" date. Last month, I got caught and bought a bad milkbag. When I went back (couple of weeks later) to exchange it for a new one, they didn't want to give me a new one because I couldn't show my sales receipt. Ordered online with priority due quarantine, the delivery was expected to happen within 48 hours. After passing 48 hours since ordered I called the store to know what was happening, the person who answer was not able to find my order by name or by order number and said the only solution was to order again! I can`t even cancel it online. I've waited 48 hours and they lost the order, I've the confirmation number and everything but they don`t know what happen and can`t offer any solution! I often used to go to that store. But after last week, I don't think I will come back anytime soon. I went to return one of those big water bottles. They wouldn't take it because there was no label on it! Even though, they did take on of those bottles before. Is it my fault!? No, I bought it like that. I'm really disappointed. It's not the first time I had issues with them. I once came by every day for a week for my lactose free milk and there wasn't any. The employees are never there to be seen when you need help. I'm quite annoyed, because it's walking distance from my place and it's a bad place. Prices are way higher than any other store, and their produce is not as fresh as they say it is. Quite disappointed. In any case, the owners don't care, they didn't reply to any of the reviews. They don't care because they know there's always going to be someone else who's going to come to their store.
