Appeller d’avance pour s’assurer qu’on peut me servir si j arrive avant 22h et rendu sur place 12minutes apres (19h45) finalement ce qui a ete dit au telephone ne tient plus et la responsable syndiquée n’ose ps dire qu elle s est trompé au telephone en me donnant la mauvaise information. elle appelle sa gerante, et la gerante refuse de servir le client et de lui repondre. en attente depuis 20minutes, la responsable sort par une autre porte en m ignorant et quand je lui dit: scuse moi? elle fait semblant qu elle ne m a jamais parlé. le metro de st eustache et a ste marthe est hautement a eviter. je crois que les gens du coin soupe à l heure de hochelaga...
