Walk to other stores if you have to. Hey locked out wheel chair access and are rude when you ask for change

I'm in a wheelchair and unable to access store from front entrance, went to the back door which is wheelchair accessible and it's locked? I knocked and store clerk refused to open the door for me, he just shook his head no and crossed his arms and walked away. Very frustrating for me, do they really think locking the back door will help them stop shoplifting and robbery? It was a slap in my face to be denied entry, I won't be going back there again and I will lodge a complaint with the city and whomever else I have to.

The rudest service. Went here to charge my laundry card. Old lady might've been having the worst day in her long years. That does not give anyone the right to treat me the was I was treated. Still the same attitude as before, I tried to give this place another chance. They've failed to treat me like a human being.
