Worst experience. Never go back to the store again. Cashier supervisor has no knwledge and trying to be oversmart and explaining very rude. I was asking very calm and polite way but she was so rude. She need basic training how to treat customer properly.

so small, pharmacy staff can’t pronounce drug names for the life of it, the only toiletries they have are a very small section of razors, shampoo & conditioner and body wash. if you want face wash, a specific kind or razor, a comb, hair ties ect, they don’t have them. produce is very mediocre (that’s generous) for a place called FRESHco

I love frescho. They have compliments brands, similar to Safeway but much much cheaper. The produce is fresh and always priced well. There is usually good sales on meat too. My one star missing is because twice I have come here on Sunday afternoon and they had no milk at all available, but were restocking or waiting for shipment. I highly recommend not shopping here on sundays. Regardless, this store has replaced superstore for me on most occasions.

The serenity and peaceful atmosphere of the facility, the friendly attitude of the staff, the quality of the items at store. These are some of the features if Freshco in Winnipeg. If you want queit environment for buying groceries, them you have to go to Freshco. It's indeed a great place.

Where to start... The only reason to shop in this garbage dump is a price point. Having said that, remember that it is YOUR job to monitor things as they are scanned to ensure you're getting the correct price. Especially bad on sale items. Quality is non-existent. Open boxes on shelves are rearranged, not removed. Watch the expiration dates too! Produce section is a joke on most days. Actually, just shop somewhere else. I want Safeway back

I love coming here in the morning all the staff are so kind and sweet. If you have any questions there gladly there to assist you with any questions concerns or where an item is. It is very well organized and cleaned to perfection. Always stocked affordable prices they price match as well. The security people at the front are so kind and welcoming. I like coming there and not struggling to find where an item is it’s so well organized it’s easy to fine. They only have reusable bags but they are extremely affordable. I recommend this place.

1st visit ????Nice and wide aisles , really bright !! Everything handy and at your convenience... A lot of the same as Sobeys, Safeway and Compliments stuff. Huge fresh meat deli ???????? Every store has different specials and loss leaders. Somebody's gotta pay for those Zamboni commercials...still like it !! ????????

I continue to stop in at this store and I am amazed at how bright, clean and organized this business is. The staff is super helpful and friendly and ALWAYS willing to help. Prices blow the competition away. I'm very pleased that we have one close to us. Keep it up FRESHCO.

First time in the store and while my expectations were tempered, prices were almost the same as the Safeway and Sobeys brands, so not sure why they classify as a discount grocery store. Self checkout was a horrible experience

I found It to be very cheap compared to, Safeway, Co-op, and No Frills. I would compare it to Wal-Marts grocery only part but with some different and even better products. There is also a deli and pharmacy

To be honest the store is clean, the carts are free at the moment, the prices are cheap and the staff are friendly, no weird scowls or faces and they have cantors for meat in the store, the prices are cheap for most things expect coffee was a few dollars more than normal, they do a good job stocking and the store has a good layout, i would recommend to anyone just needing a few cheap groceries to fill the fridge.

Have to check dates very closely tons of expired items on shelf. Not just in grocery but pharmacy too! Unacceptable

My experience with this store is very bad. They said we price match but if you go ask for the price match they will not price match to you even if it is superstore or walmart flyer. I am staying near to the store and its a new store and I have seen there big big banner outside and inside of the store saying we price match so even the superstore is just one block away from this store I thought I go here they will price match of superstore flyer items. But when I go there and ask for flyer price match they said no we don't price match. This is ridiculous they are just making people fool by putting big big banners outside of the store. I will not come to the store ever.

Online hours say opens at 7am, arrived at store to find it closed, not open till 8am, please correct your operating hours so people do not waste trips.

CASH SUPERVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I was very polite and patient and she was extremely rude to customers, staff members. The way she talked to her staff and customers too it was unacceptable and the cashier were apologising for how she is talking to her, other staff members and customers. The cashier and other staff members had better customer service than the supervisor. With literally no other issues in the store my dislike was the supervisor staff. The only reason I give 3 stars is an appreciation to the cashiers who owned up to the rudeness of the supervisor On the other hand their stock is good, produce is amazing I really hope they make staff changes and maintain this quality of produce and I wouldn't mind coming back even if they don't have airmiles soon.

Honestly this is a great place, i don't understand all of these bad comments. ya'll cant go to a discounted store and try and get a discount, it just doesn't work that way, so stop getting sour over that. I love the costumer service, everyone smiles and they're actually really friendly. If you live in the area i highly suggest coming here over superstore because prices are cheaper the costumer service is faster and better. overall it's a good store, the store is clean, well put together. Remember not everyone will have a good experience, maybe because you either give the staff a hard time for nothing or you're just having a bad day. Don't stop going here because someone wanted to be rude and leave a mean review.

The store provides alot of products in such a small space. Staff is friendly and always helpful when needed. I dont know what the lady beneath is talking about. The security is quite professional and friendly. Security guard always let's me know about nice deals on products even though its not his job. I have seen him follow suspicious people on the floor myself which makes me and my family feel safe.

I was in between the doors and I saw her asking the cashier something. I wanted to ask her what her problem was. I won't be going there again...

Not much difference from Safeway prices. Still pricey. Face lift is nice but was expecting them to be more competitive than they are. We have our prescriptions still there for now.

Though the store is well organized, staff is all OVER the place. No associates are in sight to help u during ur shopping experience but the cashiers up front are running around doing price checks and grabbing items for customers. I bought nearly 130$ worth of items my first visit, was pleased by cashier only to be met by the rudest supervisor. Redhead male is blunt and not understanding at all, cashiers are visibly worn out and apologize for him. 2/5. TLDR: good prices and excellent cashiers. Great selection of international items, however ruthless management needing improvement.

Prices were great. Only negative was after I paid and packed my groceries with my reusable bags I needed one more plastic to finish. The lady wouldn't allow me a 0.05 plastic bag as it had to be paid for and the next person was already being rung through.

The prices here are absolutely excellent but i don’t believe that they’re worth going through trouble with management. Multiple promos such as price matching, returns, double fresh guarantee have been advertised yet anytime i’ve been here they have not been followed. The management deals with public poorly, and has no sense of commitment or loyalty towards customers. The supervisors here are not aware with anything going on in the store. The male supervisor i spoke too was highly confused about anything going on and didn’t have a handle on his role at all. Another supervisor who attempted to help me out, also got stuck with their deal policies and left me to deal with this prideful guy? Absolutely disrespectful. The only time i’ve received good service here is from the deli, and cashiers (once in a blue moon). Pay the extra buck somewhere else.

First visit.. Very clean, laid out well. Love that they sell Cantors meats as well as the regular. Lots of willing help if you can't find what you are looking for. Found everything we purchased well priced.. lots of variety.. And.. where can one find roasted chickens for $7.99 anywhere besides here..

The Lagimodière location you don’t need a quarter for the carts so I went to the St Anne’s location and figured it would be the same. Nope. All the carts needed a quarter and no carts loose. I didn’t have a quarter so I asked the cashier to sell me $1 in quarters for the cart. She said no could only do change and refused to unlock a cart for me to use. Nice customer service. So I said ok never shopping here again and left.

1. I phoned to find out if they have tahini and they told me IF they had it it would be in the international section. They obviously didn’t get the point my call. 2. They only carry the large 1L containers of half and half cream. Maybe you should check out your neighbours to see the customer demographic you’re situated in.

Worst customer service: Sometimes they will return items without receipt and sometimes they call it outside their policy. How come policy gets changed based on the convenience of on shift manager? They don’t even have a proper desk where professional customer service executives. They don’t even know how to talk to a customer. Better buy it from Superstore, at least they value their customers and return packed items even if you misplaced the receipt. I had to throw packed item (food) because of this stupid manager.

The Pharmacist was super friendly and encouraging even with my fear of needles it was done and over with before I could even complain! I love grocery shopping at this FreshCo location. The store is always well stocked, the staff are so welcoming, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The customer service and all transactions have been seamless every time. The aisles are well lit and items are easy for me to find. I enjoy seeing the owner on the floor, greeting us customers and being hands on with the employees. They price match and offer great deals, which is a huge bonus. Overall, my experiences have been wonderful and I can't wait to come back for more!
